Great company to work with. Nothing but praises. I really didn't have time to deal with Insurance people. Solterra (Brandon) did all the work from beginning till the end. including any follow ups with Tesla since I have Tesla Solar on my roof. Recommended.

The Soltera Roofing company completed the repair of my roof by properly installing the Flashing and Cricket around my chimney a few days ago on October 5th when another area roofing company failed to complete this job properly in 2021. Essentially, the previous roofing contractor had installed the Cricket and Flashing improperly causing a leak which was revealed by Soltera Roofing through a photo analysis of this issue before they began the work. Soltera Roofing completed this job for a good price and provided a detailed report with pictures on the results of their work via email which was outstanding.

It was an easy process with friendly service. I had a couple of special questions and they were quick and thoughtful with that as well.

Recently I hired Soltera to fix my roof of my new house as a gutter and spout were missing from top roof causing water drain from 40 feet to my lawn. They came and noted all the fixes needed. Recommended some more options within good budget. The water leakage issue is gone and I loved their service and attention to details.

Kudos to Soltera!!! I worked with Chris from the beginning of my project, to the very end .. KUDOS!!! There was always constant communication about any and everything I had a question about. Even when he was off work; if I called with a question, he answered. If my insurance company asked for something I didn’t understand; he walked me through it. On the day of the replacement, the crew was at my house before schedule (about 7:10), and my neighbor said they were packed up and ready to go by 12pm .. and that was after they cleaned up her yard as well. They left my property spotless and my roof is beautiful. I’m very pleased with the results! KUDOS!!!

Chris from Soltera was very professional. Initially I was was not sure if he genuine. I thought, ok, another sales man trying to make a sale. However, it turned out that he is really passionate about what he does. He communicated effectively, and worked me through insurance claim, and finally installation of the new roof. Soltera was also very patient as I worked through a very confusing, and unnecessarily complicated approval process with my HOA. I will definitely use Soltera again if a need arises.

joe & chris very were professional and came out on time and did a great analysis. this company knows their stuff. they detected a hole in my roof/fascia where squirrels were hiding/entering - ive had half a dozen contractors on the roof previously and nobody found the hole but this company did - will definitely short list them - owner is very friendly also, calls before and after the appt. to followup and address any concerns

I been needing some maintenance on my roof for some time, But did not the extent as to how much repair was needed. After calling companies and hearing outrageous quotes with very little customer service I was discouraged.
