Fernando Castro and his crew was timely. I work night shift, I knew they where coming. He called me to get me know they were at my house. When I arrived they were removing the shingles. He explained what was going on & if I had questions to ask. They cleaned afterwards and I'm so happy with my new roof. Now, I can repair the water damage caused by a damage roof. The process started with Arya & Malik explanation of the process and how it will work. They contacted Tesla to remove my solar panels. I was not able to contact them. Once the job was completed. Fernando took multiple pictures through out the process to keep me updated.

Bright View Exteriors recently completed the installation of a new roof on our home which was damaged by a hail storm back in March. My husband and I were very impressed with Jonathan's knowledge of the product itself as well as his explanation regarding the process and time line that we could expect and the codes that would have to be adhered to in installing the roof. He also assisted us with filing a cliam with our insurance company and handled any subsequent issues with the insurance adjuster who was assigned to handle our claim directly. He was professional and at the same time very personable. Our interactions with Frank and Jerson were also very positive.

From the first inspection to the final cleanup, the experience was smooth and stress-free. Malik, Eric, and Arya were the technical reps I worked with, and they were all extremely knowledgeable, patient, and transparent about the entire process. They helped me understand my options, worked with my insurance, and kept me in the loop every step of the way.

Jerson, the install manager, made sure everything ran like clockwork. The crew showed up early, worked efficiently, and left the property spotless when they were done. My new roof looks amazing, and I genuinely felt like I was in good hands throughout the process. Can’t recommend them enough.

When the Bright View Exterior Team (Arya, Malik, Eric, Jerson and David) represented by Arya and Malik, came to my door, I knew we needed a new roof from the evidence of leaks that I have been seeing in certain places around the house. There were others that came by, however this time I was inspired to allow them to show what they had to offer. I found each one of them that I met to be truthful in what they told me would do. I also found them to funny at times, personable and just Good people.
My new roof was put on in the time frame that they said it would, when they were able to get to it. Circumstances beyond their control caused the actual installation to be delayed, however the Eric stuck with me and kept every one of the commits they made. I recommend them to all who needs a new roof.

I am so glad that I opened the door for this company as I normally don’t and the roof wasn’t a priority at the time. Muhammad was awesome and so professional in walking me through the insurance company process and was able to assist whenever I had a question. He was very prompt with his assessment appointment and courteous the whole way through. Jerson was great as he walked us through not only the selection of the shingles but everything else that was involved with installing a new roof. He provide a clear written printout of everything that he was going to do and the shingle delivery went exactly how he said it would and at the time he said it would be delivered. Pat and his crew came promptly on the day of install and went right to work finishing with time to spare and cleaning up like they were never there. He even followed up with me a day later to make sure we were happy and that everything was indeed cleaned up. Everything just went wayyyy better than I had expected and we love our new roof. Bright View Exteriors just completed this week a new roofing system on our home in Bethesda, MD (zip 20817). We give them 5 stars and fully recommend them for your roofing project. The company has a very professional crew and fantastic management team.

More specifically, the crew of 8 members installed the entire roofing system in one day in a high quality manner, with at least one or more managers on site during the entire installation period (David, head crew; Dennis, install manager; Eric, operations manager; and Malik and Arya, customer relations and technical service reps). The new roofing system had the most state of the art products, including high performance "fiberglass" roofing shingles, a waterproof "synthetic" underlayment with ice and water shields, and premium flashing/pipe/boots/drip edges. Numerous colors and types of shingles to choose from and colors for the flashings. Finally, clean-up was super with our customer review and inspection with the management team at the end of the project. With significant landscaping surrounding our home, this was a must.

Brightview did an excellent job on my roof 1 day. Everything was cleaned up. They also did my siding. I had one problem with my siding, and they came back and replace the whole siding and gave me new vents for my inconvenience. The experience with them was great, my sell reps were Arya and Malik i love those 2. Everything they said. I would get done I received. I also cannot forget my installer manager, Jason. He came back and made sure that everything was taken care of and it was great working with him as well. If you need a new roof if you need siding, brightview is the people to call 1 day installation and they're done. They arrive at my house at 8 AM and they was done by 5 PM.

There are so many red flags with this company. The door-to-door salesmen don’t take no for an answer — they followed my neighbor into her garage after she repeatedly told them no. They don’t have pamphlets or clipboards or branded hats or even matching shirts. They told another neighbor they’re working with “Susan” down the street and I know for a fact that there is no Susan in our entire neighborhood. I have them on video trying to dodge our cameras, literally ducking down to not be seen. I called Bright View to ask if these were legitimately their employees (and if they were, they need much better training) but only got voicemail, and no one ever called me back. Then they were seen on our street after dark, at 8pm, just sitting there in the same truck as the day before, with multiple men inside — who does roof inspections after dark?? So sketchy. This was so alarming that our neighbors called the police multiple times (non-emergency line), and the police have started patrolling our neighborhood and those adjacent. This cannot be a legitimate company, or if it is, they’re up to no good.

We just had a new roof installed by Bright View Exteriors. Eric and Jonathan came out and assessed the condition of our roof using a drone and determined that we had quite a bit of wind damage. They came out again to actually go on the roof with our insurance adjuster, worked with our insurance company to get coverage for us, then got started. The roofers arrived when they said they would and cleaned up thoroughly when finished. Today, Jerson and Efrain arrived to inspect the work to be certain everything was done to the standards of Bright View Exteriors. It was. From the start, everyone on the Bright View team was professional, polite and thoughtful. It was clear that they take pride in their work. Bright View Exteriors is fully licensed and insured. My husband and I highly recommend them.

Jonathan and Eric stopped by my house to inspect my roof after a bad hail storm in Hampstead. I allowed them to do an inspection. They were very thorough. The inspection took about 30 minutes. They spoke with me after and said, although the storm was bad, my roof had very little damage and would be fine for years to come. Very honest guys, if I ever do need anything done with my roof, I will be reaching out to them!

I had the fortunate experience to work with Eric. He did an absolutely awesome job & took care of everything. He dealt with insurance, scheduled installation & had EVERYTHING completed in less than 2 weeks. I’ve never had a contractor act so quickly & remain on top of everything the way Eric did. My experience with Bright View Exteriors has been phenomenal. We had an inspection done by another company with whom we filed the claim, but they left me in the dark for months. I came across Eric’s post online, where he was sharing his work, and reached out because I didn’t know what to do about the other company. Eric came to my home, performed his own inspection, and provided a consultation. By the next week, he had contacted my insurance company, reopened the claim, and got a new roof on my home within two weeks.

Initially, we were timid to make such a significant investment before doing our proper research especially since we have been disappointed by salesmen and workmen before. Where do I start?!? My experience with Bright View Exteriors was amazing! I was fortunate to work initially with Ali. He conducted a preliminary assessment of my roof, and walked me through the steps of a successful roof replacement. Ali worked proactively with my insurance company to ensure the all requests were addressed. He did an outstanding job, but it gets better! Once the roof replacement was approved, Eric stepped in, and walked my wife and me through next steps such as color selection and scheduling for installation. I was shopping around for a new roof for quite awhile but Muhammad sold me on going with Brightview Exterior. He was very knowledgeable and trustworthy as a salesperson. He assured me that my roof will get the best replacement. He worked hard with getting the approval from my insurance so i can get the quality roof that i wanted. Outstanding service even in extreme heat, upper 90s! They were very smart to work in shifts for health & safety. They prioritised my roof replacement because it had been leaking & thunderstorms were expected. They installed excellent materials, cleaned up thoroughly & gave me a very good price. The roof is beautiful, too. Communication was excellent with Jerson, the installation manager & Eric of sales. They are committed to this very difficult work but they are easy to work with. They coordinated with the general contractor who is doing other work on the house. I will have them back to do the shed roof & install flashing when I re-side the house. Bright View is more than just a roofing contractor. I worked with Jerson who is a true consumer advocate. He battled with my insurance company to get a fair settlement. Insurance tried a lowball settlement of less than $1,000 - Final settlement was a Full Reroof and all New Siding. Every circumstance is different so I can't guarantee the same phenominal - but he sure came through fir me. Also had Bright View complete another project while on the job. Fair prices and quality work. Highly recommend!

I’d like to compliment the excellent service received by Jerson and Nelson from Bright View Exteriors. I placed a leak repair service call with my home warranty company on Thursday. Initially, my appointment was scheduled for five days out. However, I reached out to Bright View, and Jerson returned my call right away. He was extremely professional as I made a plea for an earlier appointment with the pending rain/snow over the next two days. Jerson was very understanding and went above and beyond to squeeze my appointment in for the next day! I cannot explain how relieved I was by his kind gesture. Nelson was the tech that visited for the repairs. Upon inspection of the damages my house insurance deemed that those particular damages weren’t covered. Nelson reached out to Jerson to explain the situation. They both showed their extremely kind side and decided to place a small tarp to the area where the water may infiltrate as a courtesy of theirs. Jerson took the time to listen to the issue that I’m having with my insurance and provided such knowledgeable tips.
