Customer feedback regarding the store indicates a mixed sentiment, with both positive and negative experiences being reported. Many customers appreciate the helpfulness and kindness of employees, particularly at the checkout and in assisting with project ideas. However, there are serious complaints regarding insufficient assistance on the sales floor and issues with product returns, particularly concerning paint. Communication and staff support appear to be significant areas for improvement, as several customers have encountered unhelpful responses from employees when seeking assistance.
- The employees at the checkout section were very kind.
- Orlando was extremely patient and willing to help without making me feel like a bother.
- Employees have always been helpful and polite, often approaching customers to ask if they need assistance.
- The staff recommendations for tool rentals were spot on, and the tools functioned great.
- I feel very welcome; it's like my second home.
- Both employees just repeated that I could cut it at the self cut station without offering real assistance.
- Customer service was unhelpful regarding paint returns, stating that paint is not returnable.
- Most of the Home Depot staff were not too friendly and didn’t like to help.
- I was disconnected multiple times trying to reach the window blind department; very frustrating.
- Some employees seemed inexperienced and untrained, leading to a lack of assistance.

Nice experience this time. I got some help right away at the front door - it was great! Because I dislike wandering the aisles clueless Ha! Sometimes it's overwhelming, but I've learned to read the signs above and check things out before I ask for help now... Honestly, Home Depot used to be very stressful for me. So, Thanks for being there! And Open early in the mornings: YAY !!! TY ✌

I will say the employees at the checkout section were very kind!
But the store needs to work on making sure staff are more helpful elsewhere. I was needing some wood cut, and asked two employees for help with cutting. Both mentioned a self cutting station, and when I explained that my disability makes it hard for me to grip the small saws at the self cutting station, both just repeated that I could cut it at the self cut station. I ended up having to cut it myself and will likely have to have a neighbor help me with cleaning up the edges now, due to my struggle with keeping the saw steady.

Bought 10 gallons of premium Behr exterior paint to the tune of well over $300. After beginning to paint the house I discovered that the dried color was really different than the swatch. The color we picked was a grayish green. Once painted and dried it appeared a much lighter minty blue green color (like toothpaste) with no grey undertone. The colors were similar but the essence was not the same. I called and explained to customer service what the issue was and asked if I could bring the paint back and choose another color. The customer service representative told me that Paint is not returnable, but if I wanted to bring the paint in, they would be willing to make sure they hadn’t made a formulation mistake. I appreciated the offer but I told him that I lived almost an hour away so if I brought the paint back I was looking for an assurance that I would be leaving with a paint color I wanted. I told him my fear was they would take a look at the paint and say “sorry we didn’t make a mistake” and have no explanation for the drastic difference in color and I would have then made TWO hour and a half long round trips for paint I wasn’t satisfied with. I told him I completely understood that under normal circumstances paint should not be returnable, but in this instance, the color was so different than the swatch— if it was determined that the paint was formulated correctly— I should be able to exchange for a different color based oh my dissatisfaction with the product.
I was told I would have to come in and speak with a manger. I asked to speak to a manager on the phone as, once again, I live almost an hour away. Was put on hold for a long time and then told that they couldn’t find any managers and one would call me back. It’s been over three hours and nobody has called me back. I’m on a very tight time crunch to paint this house and I’m extremely frustrated with this whole thing.

The average roof replacement cost for a residential home typically ranges from $7,000 to $15,000, depending on factors such as roof size, chosen materials, roof pitch, and labor rates in your area. Premium materials or complex designs may increase the price.
The cost to replace the roof of a commercial building typically ranges from $5 to $12 per square foot, depending on several factors such as roof size, material, labor rates, building type, and local code requirements.
Several factors influence roof repair cost, including the extent of the damage, roof accessibility, material type, labor costs, and whether it’s a general repair or an emergency fix. Minor repairs can start around $150–$400, while major repairs may exceed $1,500.
Roof leak repair cost generally ranges from $300 to $800, depending on the size and location of the leak, the materials required, and labor intensity. Complex leaks involving structural repairs or interior damage will cost more.
Flat roof repair cost for commercial properties usually ranges from $500 to $3,000, depending on the roofing material (TPO, EPDM, PVC), the extent of the damage, and roof accessibility.
Mobile home roof replacement cost typically ranges from $3,000 to $8,000, making it generally more affordable than traditional home roof replacements, due to smaller size and simpler structure.
It's not necessary to stay home during roof replacement. Roofing work is noisy and can cause vibrations inside the house, which might be uncomfortable. Most homeowners choose to leave during major parts of the project, but our team ensures safety and keeps you updated, whether you're home or not.
The timeline for a roof replacement typically ranges from one to three days, depending on the size and complexity of the roof, weather conditions, and material type. Larger or more intricate roofs may take a bit longer, but we always aim for efficient, timely completion.
To hire a roofing contractor, start by researching local companies with good reviews and proper licensing. Request quotes from multiple contractors, verify their insurance and certifications, and ask for references. Always ensure you get a written contract that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.
Check if a roofing company is legit by verifying their business license, insurance, and local certifications. Look for memberships in professional associations, read customer reviews, and ask for recent project references. A legitimate company will be transparent and provide all documentation upon request.
When choosing a roofing company, consider their experience, customer reviews, warranty offerings, and quality of materials. Make sure they provide clear communication, detailed estimates, and a solid portfolio of completed projects. Local expertise is also a major advantage for understanding regional roofing needs.
Warning signs that your roofing contractor might be ripping you off include vague contracts, pressure to pay large upfront deposits, lack of proper documentation, and unexplained price increases. Always ask for itemized estimates and written guarantees, and avoid contractors who avoid answering your questions directly.
