Ryan with Ridgeline Decks is the real deal. When I asked Ridgeline to build a dog house for a fundraiser he did not hesitate, all in from day 1. To say I was BLOWN AWAY and in awe of the quality, talent, customer service and delivery is an understatement. When a company takes their time, money and resources to help a non-profit with no ask in return, you know they are a genuine company. People are STILL talking about the jaw dropping deck and dog house he built. TALENTED!!! Also, I would like to add that they customer service following the fundraiser, to the person who won the dog house mansion (basically the taj mahal) was above and beyond. I can't say enough about Ridgeline Decks and all who work for them! We were the fortunate winners of this amazing dog house and as you can see Hazel loves it! What you may not realize is RD took time out of their schedule to build a ridiculous dog house for a non profit and put all the detail and craftsmanship into it they do on their jobs for paying customers. It says something when a company is willing to give back to their community like they did. I was so impressed by the owner and workers who delivered and assembled the house on my property. They were responsive, polite, and fast! Based on this alone I'd recommend them for any deck job or other project.

I am very pleased not only with the excellent outcome of the work done but also with the efficient, courteous and punctual manner in which it was carried out.

After seeking several bids around town, my wife and I chose Ryan and Ridgeline Decks to complete our project. We based our decision on Ryan's expertise and professionalism, as well as Ridgeline's reputation of being one of the best deck builders in town. Stephen and Zach were our installers, and these guys were top notch in every respect. The quality of their work and the consideration they showed was impressive. Ryan is the type of guy who will make sure every detail of the project is perfect for his customers. I am a bit of a perfectionist, and they far exceeded my expectations. I even had a small request after they project was complete and paid for, and Ryan took great care of me. I hired Ridgeline to replace an older deck. Ryan and his staff designed an incredible deck that was not just well built and functional, but was a real piece of craftsmanship. The crew were professional and friendly. Most of all, everyone involved in the building of the deck was proud of their work and that is who you want building for you.

We recently had Ridgeline repair some structural issues on our10 year old deck that was built by another contractor. We were so impressed with their commitment to quality. They identified two main issues and solutions to correct them. They were very professional and easy to deal with. We only wish we would of had them build our deck in the first place. We chose Ridgeline Decks after seeing the quality work done for a neighbor. Our patio cover turned out fabulous. We can’t wait to enjoy it this summer! The crew was great. Very professional. Shortly after completion, a wind storm blew off some shingles. Ben, the supervisor, showed up within two days and replaced the shingles as a courtesy. That’s excellent customer service!!

Excellent experience from start to finish- The deck is amazing and a huge improvement from the previous that was removed. We changed our newly purchased "Victorian" home into a more modern farmhouse look- the desk was definitely the largest part to complete the look. The 2 man crew stayed on task, arrived on time each day, rain or shine- Very good communication from the crew, and they cleaned up each day! Ryan and his crew at Ridgeline Decks did fantastic work. Even with the challenges of material delivery during Covid-19, they were able to complete our job on time. We have an older home that had a 40+ year old deck that was falling apart. Ryan listened to what was important to us in a deck, provided us with an idea for design, incorporated our suggestions and came up with a fantastic finished product. During construction we made a change to include covering the decks from the weather. No problem. They were able to make those changes and still complete the deck on time. From demolition to completion, they handled everything. We absolutely love it. This deck is sturdy and durable, and the cable railings from CityPost are almost invisible, which was essential for our view. I would highly recommend Ridgeline Decks.

I've worked with Ryan the owner on several occasions and have seen a variety of his amazing projects. I wouldn't want anyone else but Ridgeline Decks working on all of my decking needs. I highly recommend Ridgeline Decks to all of my friends, family and clients.

My wife and I were selling our house and the inspection report came back with a support beam needing replacement. I called and Ryan got back to me right away and scheduled a visit for a quote. After reviewing the situation he informed me that all the support beams should be replaced and gave me a reasonable quote. Since we were leaving in less than a week we were in a time crunch to have the work done. Ryan and his crew got the parts ordered and completed the job within that time frame. They were professional and courteous throughout. The work looked great and my wife and I felt a lot better about leaving the new owner a safe and great looking deck. 10/25/2019 Ryan and his crew arrived with their truck-trailer and materials and turned my very old porch deck into something new and modern. I'm very grateful for the help and service they gave me. My project was much smaller than the larger ones they normally do. There is a reason why they are such a busy, successful company. THANK YOU RYAN and Ridgeline decks. We set out to do a deck project that incorporated a roof and a sunken hot tub coming off of the second floor of our home. Ryan along with an engineer helped us design the deck. The final product exceeds our expectation with both quality and design. The deck has a tasteful privacy wall that is incorporated into the design flawlessly. The roof was crafted with pine and cedar as is an extension of our current roof. One of the things I like most is that he matched the siding perfectly to our existing siding, so there is no tacky mismatch siding. Our vision was to have the project look like a part of the home and not an after-thought and he was able to do just that.

The deck has some custom design features that are important to have with a sunken hot tub. He included a way to remove part of the decking in front of the tub in order to maintain and repair the tub. It is an ingenious design! He also custom built our stairs to accommodate my mobility issues by making the stairs with shorter steps and less steep. This was really important for me and he made sure every part is solid. He allowed us late in the project to add an additional 3 1/2 feet to the deck for aesthetic reasons, and I am so glad we did. He didn't price gouge even late in the project.

The entire project was built with care and attention to detail. It included some collaboration with electricians and also the hot tub company for timing of these two things to take place. We started this project in mid February, unknowing the snow was ready to dump on us. The crew persevered through the snow and terrible weather and finished in mid April. Great craftsmanship like this takes time to produce and is not done in a short timeframe.

His team is nice, respectful, and professional. He hires some dedicated men and they are very good at what they do. The clean up of the project was also done quickly and they didn't miss anything. We were asked to inspect the entire project for any flaws that we saw that could be quickly redone if not to our liking. Ryan is worth the wait, he is a great builder and a man of his word. The final product is a phenomenal addition to our home and I could not be more pleased we chose him. When we decide to add to our awesome deck we will be reaching out to him and his team. I would recommend Ryan to anyone wanting a good, quality product, he loves what he does and it shows in his work.

We just had metal railings (Fortress) installed on the front concrete porch steps and back deck steps. Beautiful railing, sturdy, great quality and value, we feel safe now. Ryan gave us a bid on Mon. morning, we accepted and job completed Tues. I fell off the steps and broke my wrist 2 weeks ago so we definitely need railing for safety. Ryan's team, Jose and Jason are so precise, meticulous in their work, it's pure perfection AND they are super respectful and nice guys! So many homes without rails on steps, please be safe, especially in winter and prevent what happened to me. We highly recommend Ridgeline Decks! Thank you for your quick response, job turn around time and outstanding work. We truly appreciate your care and concern that you shared for our safety.

Ryan and his team replaced an old, wooden deck on my 1924 Craftsman home. I was happy with the advice Ryan gave me about keeping the original size since it went with the character of the home. I love the grey birch decking, the white railing and the LED lighting. It's exactly what I had in mind. The guys who worked on the deck were friendly and cleaned up each day. It's beautiful! A few months ago, after reading the many outstanding homeowner reviews for Ridgeline Deck's projects, we contacted them to discuss making my wife's life-long dream of a backyard treehouse a reality. Since we lacked trees of sufficient size and location, we had decided that the structure would be built on a large deck adjacent to our master bedroom.

Ryan, and his team at Ridgeline, took her conceptual drawings and transformed them into detailed design. Along with the creation of the new deck and "treehouse", we also decided to completely renovate two existing decks (one of which supports a massive hot tub) so they would complement the new deck with synthetic decking and metal railings.

Ridgeline executed this very complicated and challenging project to perfection and created a structure that far exceeded our expectations in every respect.

We had a very challenging deck removal/replacement project. The original deck was supported by ornate, custom built, brick pillars that matched the homes overall brick exterior. Our goal was to maintain the original look of the house and attached deck. To do so, the challenge was to find a way to retain the original brick pillars and not add any traditional post supports, which we felt would detract from the appearance of the home. Ryan and his crew accepted this challenge and did an excellent job! The finished product met our objectives fully and the workmanship is of high quality! Ryan’s bid for the work was very competitive and the Ridgeline crew started and finished the project on schedule. Without hesitation, we would highly recommend Ridgeline Decks.
