Did a great job on our Doors at UFCFit. Very efficient in time . Kolten got the job handled very quick and high quality !

Quality work, flexible, and easy to work with. We had two identical carpeted bedrooms, pulled carpet from one, found hardwood that needed refinishing. I mistakenly assumed there would be hardwood under the other carpet. I got busy with life, and didn't pull it up until the night before the refinishing job was scheduled... there was subfloor and not hardwood in the other room we were going to refinish. The team was unfazed, still came out on time, reassessed our options and were able to stay near the initial estimate in the same scheduled time frame. A positive attitude goes a long way with me... and the LVP we ended up installing (when they'd planned for a refinishing job) looks great.

Kolton and his team took our flooded apartment from sad to fabulous in a very short period of time, leveling out the sloped and damaged floor, replacing soaked drywall and insulation. It wasn’t easy and the short time frame and pinched budget made it even trickier. Very satisfied!

Nextgen remodels is awesome! I reached out to multiple companies who all said they were not able to help with the sort of project I was looking for. Then I came across Nextgen, I asked them to give me a backyard fireplace and they killed it, no questions asked. I had a concept but Kolten just took my idea and brought it to life, giving expert advice and meeting all my timelines. I recommend them time and time again.

NextGen helped us with a major remodel to rework a side dining room into a nursery, and open up our kitchen to our living room. Work was very professional, and communication was clear throughout. I did quite a bit of research before I hired and the thing that stood out about this company in particular was that Kolten actually listened to us as we scoped the project, whereas other people we interviewed seemed condescending or like they wanted to tell us what to do with our house rather than listening to what we were asking for.

As the project progressed Kolten remained very open to our ideas, worked with us to figure out how to deliver what we wanted, (even as we were figuring that out ourselves) walked us thru the process as it went along. We absolutely plan on being return customers!

Demolition and restoration jobs were both done professionally and timely. All phases were coordinated and completed and done to my satisfaction. All the working crew were friendly and polite. Highly recommend this company.

I gotta say, Next Gen did a remarkable job. They are very professional and meticulous in their work. I just wanted a simple job, but they surprised me and went above and beyond. It was what we agreed upon and very fast service. The job was done in a timely manner and no cleanup was needed after they left. The gentlemen listened to what we wanted, and he picked out the flooring that was better than what we had in mind. Great customer service, great job and I would highly recommend this company to anyone. They also moved the washer/dryer and toilet out to do the job and put them back in place and hooked up when done.
