The Home Depot - Pahrump, NV

If you order things make sure they explain the paperwork. I ordered a no flat wheel for my gorilla wheel barrel and was waiting for a call. No call after two weeks and checked at service counter. Was told associat noted it as a "carry out". This means I took it that day! This is incorrect. I was "ripped off" still waiting for a call on this situation.

They are always helpful here. Will point you in the right direction or take you right to it. They have a wide range of things for the home and other projects you have. The prices are about what you would expect.

Everything you need & GREAT prices too. The workers are friendly & helpful as well. I will be returning MANY times ❤️

I love how I learn new things about their store for future help every time I go. The people are SO nice. They even have a gentleman who comes in to build the models, and he was extremely helpful when I had questions about a product. Great customer service

Overall, good place to shop. Would have given 5 stars had it not been for 1 employee at the customer service counter being rude.

Everything we have used them for has been shit, dishwasher dosent work or drain correctly windows leak. Because we had these changes done by the seller home depot dont cover it for us. Trash company and trash work.

Continued 5/12: we have a tooken apart window with no answers calls or check ups for a month ive called and called, window still wasnt ordered nothing was in place to fix my window Crazy i will be contacting BBB if its not fixed by June 1st

I'm here about 3 to 4 times a day and have no issues.... I suggest a pro card for purchase it has made my life a breeze not needing my receipts

Just moved to Pahrump and went in to get curtain rods and curtains. They did not have what I needed in stock, but Marie and Cory were able to help me pick something out and place the order for me. We couldn't figure out why the Veteran's discount wasn't showing up, and they both went above and beyond to try and figure it out. It ends up we have to place the order ourselves, through our account, in order to get the discount. Even though we did not end up placing the order in the store, we received excellent customer service! Marie even helped provide references for other things we need, like a dog groomer and vet. They both deserve 10 stars!

Great hardware store. Great Garden Center and everything wrapped all together! Good selections of any thing you might need in an old fashion hardware store!

Glad there is a HD in Pahrump ..store is clean and organized. Item in app was exactly where it said it was. Hommer was very helpful.

We need a Lowe’s! Stopped by for a quick trip, only needed about ten concrete retaining blocks. After having to explain that the floor pallet was empty and another pallet needed to be dropped. Finally, the fork lift driver shows up and starts dropping the wrong pallet. Eventually I get my block, and head to the cashier. She sends me and another customer inside because she is processing a credit card application for this other lady. I refused to drag all this block inside and she calls for another cashier. After 5 minutes, I call the store and ask for an another cashier. By the time she shows up, the credit card application is done! Who turns away paying customers to do paperwork?

Had some returns that needed to be found since that card Ai used was no longer in use. The ladies at the front counter were amazing thank you for all your help.

Went to get plastic storage boxes and some sort of tool my husband wanted. The staff near the tools were very nice and helpful.
