AC went out. I was expecting it needed to be replaced. Manny diagnosed and fixed it. Just from my short time with him, I’d say most genuine and honest man I’ve met. Hope I don’t have more travel trailer problems, but if I do, I will be glad to call them.

I called this company for an RV repair. They were out of town but tried their best to help me go over the possible malfunctions over the phone for 2 days but weren’t able to finish due to my move out of town. I have to say what a top notch business they are even though I didn’t end up being a customer. They knew I was leaving but still tried to help. The other RV repair place didn’t call or text back for over 4 hours and still didn’t help. If I’m in town again these people will be my first call. Thank you for your time in my RV needs

Manny is a kind, knowledgeable man. He also takes the time to explain everything he does, shows you how to do maintenance and explains the pros and cons if you don't know how to ready your hot water heater for winter storage of your RV. He shows up on time, is up front about all charges and and fees, and is affordable. His work is clean and precise, his wife Jill, who calls and explains the appointments and is very sweet. I can't give the RV DOCTOR 12 STARS, but would if I could,!!! My husband and I are very satisfied with Manny's work and definitely recommend him.

I called in the morning for a water issue, Jill answered the phone right away, said Manny could come over in a few hours to check it out. He came earlier than expected, very professional, saved me money because I didn’t need the part, just an adjustment. In 20 minutes I was all better.

RV Doctor are the best! Manny The mechanic and Jill, his wife that runs The office are the best. They scheduled the appointments on time and Manny always shows up ready to work. very knowledgeable when it comes to a lot of repairs on an RV and takes the time to explain them in layman terms so you can understand it. Plus, he comes to your house doesn’t get any better than that prices are very reasonable for the work that he does, very neat and clean! and very conscientious of his surroundings! highly recommend him anybody needing RV repairs. They won’t rip you off!!!!

I called him to help me with an electrical Issue on our coach.he was getting ready to leave for the day so he spent nearly an Hour on the phone troubleshooting the problems we were having,he went through the generator and the shore power and the power inverter and breakers and fuses and wiring,we got a complete electrical class over the phone.Im sure he can't do this for everyone for I'm so thankful for this very smart guy. I hope to meet him some day. Thank you for your help and time.

Called RV doctor for an AC problem. They scheduled a call and came out on time
Manny was a real trooper. Even though it was 114 in the afternoon, he went after the problem. The fan motor bearings were failing. He had a new motor in the truck. Lucky for us. Spent almost an hour up on the roof of the rv doing the r&r. Took his time to properly run the new wiring and get it all attached. Cleaned the condenser. Tested the capacitor and thermal switch
All OK! YaY! AC now running cold and smooth. Price was fair for the part and labor.

Jill and Manny, owners and operators of RV Doctor Mobile Repair, are the best! They are honest, trustworthy, exceptionally knowledgeable, qualified, and experienced. Their prices are fair. They are very kind, courteous, and professional. They are also hardworking and do a great job staying in touch with you till the job is done.
We know this because when our A/C began to fail we contacted Jill and she communicated back and forth with us until we determined what Manny would need to do. After Manny checked it out, our warranty people said to replace it. When the A/C came in, Manny promptly returned to replace it. Both times he made an extreme effort to answer thoroughly all our questions and give us all details of our situation, and there were no charges beyond what our warranty would pay! They were A-1 all the way through!

These guys are the best! No doubt. I was getting scared of my breaker box getting burned out in this 2024 summer with a heat wave in the middle of the desert. Temperatures are reaching 117° and these two helped me solve my problem for free. Meaning, with just a little communication and advice over the phone, solved my problem. Incredibly knowledgeable people! We Love them!!

Our A/C stopped working before a trip, Manny arrived on time had the problem diagnosed which was a fan capacitor. He had the part on his truck. He completed and tested the system start to finish 1 hour. The RV Doctor is my first call, with the best results. Great people to do business with.

I had mixed feelings, bc Manny was not only punctual and reliable, he came out two times without charging me. This was considerate on his part. He also honored the fact that I was in a time crunch.
Here's the problem: He did not solve my issue. Since the camper's electrical system checked out, he was dismissive and attributed my problem to "user error," and he claimed that the camper had lost its charge bc I had had it in a friend's field all winter.
However, prior to renting an apartment, I had been living in my camper in an RV park on a hookup, but all it took was hooking the camper to my car, and towing it for five hours, and it would no longer hold enough of a charge even to power the propane heater for more than an hour. I had boondocked successfully many times, but was suddenly no longer able to do so, even with my solar panel.
Manny acted like the entire problem was my fault, and told me, "You don't know your camper, do you?" I felt completely deflated after he left, because of his condescending and patronizing attitude, and his implication that I was ignorant about my camper.
I am an educated woman, but have significant chronic illness, which means that when I'm tired, I don't function at my best. I felt that he and his assistant were treating me like a child. He even slowed down his voice to speak to me, as if I were hard of hearing.

All I can say, is call the RV Doctor. Manny is incredibly knowledgeable and works efficiently. Jill will move heaven and earth to get you scheduled and find parts. As a team they work to get you repaired and back on the road while working to save you money.
We had 9 mechanics and techs, over a 5 year period, try to find out why our jack alarm would not turn off, with no luck. We are full-time rv'ers and my husband had to get under the coach and rachet strap the jacks every time we moved. Once we called Manny, he had it diagnosed in 30 minutes.
I could go on and on....

CUSTOMER SERVICE! Our 5th wheel trailer brakes shorted out in Pahrump on a Sunday. I called Rv Doctor. Jill explained that they were unable to help with this issue. But she didn’t stop there! Several phones calls later, she had us safely in an RV Park, and set up with Bell Welding and Trailer Repair. Can’t tell you what it meant to have Rv Doctor willing to talk us through a very trying time.

If we could give more stars, we would. We lost DC power to our 5th wheel. We called and Jill said Manny could fit us in after noon. He arrived about 2 pm and quickly diagnosed the issue was a bad converter. Jill tenaciously worked the phones with our extended warranty company to get approval for him to replace the converter right then with one he had on his truck. He noticed a screw missing from the heater box and fixed that. We know now that we were not getting proper airflow and heat from the propane heater.
The extended warranty covered the repair. Thanks to Jill and Manny, we had lights and power and were warmer with only our deductible cost.
They are both very nice, very helpful, very professional and knowledgeable. We cannot recommend them highly enough. Yes, they are that good!

We lost power in our motorhome. We had power at the pedestal and knew it was coming into the coach. We checked the breakers and nothing helped. I called Manny, he talked me thru a couple of things to do and our power was back on in the coach! He is our RV tech for as long as we are in Pahrump. He is the best. Thank you, Manny for helping us over the phone.

My husband and I needed help with some RV mechanicals a couple of times recently, and Manny, the RV Doctor, gave us the exact help we needed both times. He’s a real pro - arrived on time, listened to our woes, and fixed us right up. He works with Jill, who is also friendly, efficient, and helpful. I won’t hesitate to call on him again if (when) the need arises.

Can’t appreciate them any more than we do. We were just passing thru Pahrump and needed help with our water system and they were out to help us in a few hours! Jill was fantastic and I think the techs name was Manny and they were so nice and also fixed our problem! I would like to thank them for taking care of us and getting us back on the road! I was contacted as promised with the time window for the repair guy to show up. Repairman arrived early - which was great! Super friendly, asked great questions about the problem and immediately jumped into work. Solved the mystery quickly, effected the repairs and completed the job. This was a no hype, no BS, straight forward repair visit just like you would hope for but is rarely seen or experienced in this day and age. It's no wonder they are booked up in advance!

Manny and Jill were friendly and knowledgeable and were able to target the issue with our inverter. Manny took it one step further and wanted to know why the issue happened and not just bandaid the issue. He called the manufacturer and was able to assist us to get back on the road. Hello, The RV Doctor is awesome. This is the second time that I have used them. The first time was an electric issue on my trailer and Manny found the problem. This last time I had a refrigerator that stopped working on my trailer and Manny let me know that the motor was bad it was still under warranty he took care of all the warranty BS for me and ordered all the parts. My refrigerator is working great now just another great job from the RV Doctor.

We also had a great experience with Manny. In less than 15 minutes he found an electrical short that everybody else missed, and fixed it!

Living here in Southern Nevada it gets pretty hot. These guys had a backlog of calls and was 3 weeks out before helping me. My A/C stopped working and because Manny was near me after completing a customer, he stopped by my RV to get an idea of the problem. He happened to have the part needed to get my A/C functional again in his truck. Needless to say we're cool again and it only took 3 days rather than 3 weeks. I highly recommend RV Doctor.

Excellent customer service. Manny is extremely polite. He came out looked at my air, gave me some tips as I wasn’t using the thermostat correctly and didn’t charge me. I gained knowledge and for that I am so appreciative.

We own a Jayco Luxury 5th Wheel, and out on our 3 excursion we encountered an issue with our LCI leveling system. Fortunately me met Manny with RV Doctor. He was beyond helpful, with his cheery attitude he walked us through the whole system, explaining what we did wrong, what we needed to do, and fixed our issue…I offered Manny money, he declined…that’s something you often don’t see anymore. I’d highly recommend RV Doctor for any repairs or services, you’ll be dealing with an honest person!

Called to see if they did 5th wheel suspension work, said no. But they gave name and number of someone to call. All the other shops/RV repair places, either didn’t text or call back (RV Masters didn’t even answer their phone during business hours). So give them 5 stars for great customer service, even if they didn’t do any work for me. Great job guys/gals!

I was stuck at a Walmart with a dead battery in my motor home, I can't get to the battery and needed assistance. I called around noon on Saturday left a message saying I was stranded and would appreciate a quick reply. I received a call Tuesday. Would not call that very quick. Thankfully there were 2 good samaritans parked near me and got me back on the road in a little more than an hour.

I have to give an update to my last review. Many & Jill have got to be the nicest most professional and honest business owners I’ve come across. Once again I had a problem with my trailer and when I couldn’t get the help I needed from other repair shops here in Pahrump or Las Vegas Many was able to help me fix our trailer. Even if I’m on the road from now on I will call ( The RV DOCTOR ) I highly recommend them for your RV repairs. If they can’t help you with it they will recommend where to take it. On a Saturday, we called the RV Doctor/Manny. He attempted to help resolve our issue via telephone, going above and beyond. Ultimately our issue requires a new part for our water heater.

Within less than 48 hours, we met up with Manny who installed the new part that he’d ordered for us. Thank you, Manny!! Highly recommend!!

Our breaker switch went out in our RV. It was cold and the day after Thanksgiving. We live in Az. But called the 800 number I found online. We did not know we were talking to someone in Nevada. Manny was able to talk my husband through the problem and got the breaker back on. Thank you Manny and RV doctor for helping even from another state. We highly recommend them.

Manny and Jill are awesome! Manny replaced the check valve on the back of our rv hot water tank. He finished in the hour estimated to do the job and absolutely no leaking from the hot water tank now!
