I would like to take a few seconds to say that if you are in a challenging situation and need help look no further than right here. Stacy was awesome, in fact the entire experience was amazing. Not only did she get me to come in after a horrible experience with a dealer in Las Vegas she 100% did absolutely everything she said she would. She got me into a great car with low miles and at a monthly payment that’s almost unheard of these days. Stacy, you are the best and anytime we are in the market for a new or used vehicle you are always going to be my first phone call.

This dealership is great to deal with due to their friendly, informative and super helpful salepersons and staff. We purchased 2 vehicles with trade ins, twice there in different years and have felt that we received the best deal each time. Also our experience with their service department has always been great, no complaints. Their service department is friendly and professional. To also note, their free auto car wash is a nice benefit and money saver which is available when you purchase from them.
Pahrump Auto Mall will always be our first choice when purchasing or needing service on our vehicles.

2022 Sierra 1500 65000 mi., one of the worst service experiences I have ever had, first trip warranty work on the second turbo, weeks later got a call for an $1100.00 additional charge, and I bought a $4,200 premium extended warranty. Said they forgot to charge me ?? Truck makes a new noise rattling under the dash, before I could get it " scheduled" A/c clutch failed, tried two weeks to reach service to schedule repairs, they attempted one call back, I called them 6 times, decided to have my mechanic do the repairs, 3 attempts to reach the parts counter, with engine size year model and past repairs done in their shop they could not match the A/C compressor or price it without last 8 of the vin#??? Truck was in use without A/C.
No help at all, FYI, I pulled the part # in 2.5 min at GMC parts online. Then matched to vin# later to verify it was the right part. Another case of computer tech not a parts technician. Will recommend to all do not wast your time with a spoiled dealer who doesn't care about helping their customers only sales.

total bate and switch dealer. advertised 6 cars with low mileage and in the 14k range after driving to the dealer we met a troll looking salesman claiming they sold all 6 cars in the last three hours. funny no one was getting cars delivered nor was there any other customers to be seen thru out the dealership. stick to vegas dealers and save your time.

I WENT IN FOR MY SCHEDULED OIL CHANGE APPT. THEY GUY THAT HELPED ME WAS RUDE FROM START TO FINISH. I ARRIVED EARLY TO GET A CAR WASH AND WHEN I CHECKED IN THE GUY SAID HE RUNS THE CAR WASH AND THAT HE WOULD OPEN IT BACK UP AFTER THEY DID MY OIL CHANGE. AFTER MY OIL CHANGE WAS COMPLETED HE GAVE ME THE PAPERWORK STATING THEY DID MY OIL, FILLED AND CHECKED MY FLUIDS AND TIRE PRESSURE. I ASKED HIM ABOUT THE CAR WASH AND HE SAID AND I QUOTE "YEAH, NO I DON'T FILL LIKE OPENING IT BACK UP SORRY" I WAS NOT HAPPY BUT KEPT MY MOUTH SHUT. HOWEVER, WHEN I GOT IN MY SUV IT SAID MY OIL LEVEL WAS AT 18%, I WAS STILL COMPLETELY OUT OF WINDSHIELD FLUID AND MY TIRE PRESSURES WERE STILL ALL OVER THE PLACE. I CALLED AND SPOKE TO THE MANAGER AND HE CAME BACK OUT AND HAD TO FILL MY FLUIDS UP AND ADD AIR TO MY TIRES AND SAID I COULD RESET MY OIL GAUGE TO HAVE IT SHOW 100%. I HAVE NEVER HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE WITH PVAP BUT THIS LEFT ME IN A STATE OF IF YOU PUT THIS ON MY PAPERWORK SAYING YOU DID ALL THIS HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO BELIEVE YOU ACTUALLY DID MY OIL CHANGE? YOU DIDN'T DO ANYTHING ELSE YOU SAID YOU DID. ALSO THEY PUT I NEED NEW TIRES AND FILTERS. I JUST HAD THE FILTERS CHANGED AT MY LAST APPT. AND THEY ARE STILL FINE. I ALSO ASKED THEM WHILE THEY WERE FILLING UP MY TIRES IF I NEEDED NEW TIRES AND THE MANAGER SAID NO THEY WERE STILL GOOD I JUST HAD A LITTLE CRACKING FROM THE SUN BUT MY TREAD WAS STILL GOOD. SO WHY WAS IT ON MY PAPERWORK. I DON'T LIKE DISHONESTY. WERE YOU TRYING TO TAKE ADVANTAGE DUE TO ME BEING FEMALE. I AM LEARY OF GOING BACK IN THE FUTURE. THIS LEFT A SOUR TASTE IN MY MOUTH.

Well, I’m sorry to say but your service department is lacking service. I tried to make an appointment on March 21. Left a message. Never heard back again on April 1 actually the 4th. No call back finally had to come in to make an appointment for the 21 April.. I was smelling an oil’s burning and wanted to have them diagnosed it. They told me back in December of last year that it looked like I had an oil leak, but they couldn’t tell where it was so they pressure washed underneath and told me to come back later so I made the appointment on 21 April and TJ was supposed to call me back never did to let me know about the warranty because I was told before by your previous service department that it had a two-year warranty because these problems were fixed by you. I have been a loyal customer. I’ve had all my service and maintenance done through you. I bought the car 5/25/2020. So at this point, I do not want to use you as a service anymore. I will guess I’m going to become a Dodge person.

Okay service manager calls me on May 22nd and wants to hear my story and I told him what’s was going on. He says okay and needs to talk to TJ and will call me that day or the next day. Well here it is the 28th and still no call? I am sorry if you treat a long loyal customer for 5 years like this I will go somewhere else. I was looking at the nice blue Trail Blazer on their lot and was thinking of a trade in but no more.

Okay sorry for the delay but our internet was down yesterday.
Service Manager called yesterday and we setup an appointment for today and they looked at our Equinox. Oil leak is the lower crankshaft seal and are going to take care of it with a loaner car. So I am happy to say it all working out? So I will change it to 5 stars when everything is completed.

There are not enough words to express how grateful we are to have found this service center. It was Friday evening at closing time when we pulled in. Everything was closed and the employees were ready to go home. We were in a desperate situation, exhausted and our transmission was leaking a lot of fluid and our Expedition was loaded with everything we own because we are moving to Alaska. We were exhausted and one of our cats was sick. They took the time to help us out, ran diagnostics, reassured us and even helped us look for a vet. Saying thank you is not enough! Best, most knowledgeable and compassionate service team. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts! Oh and our Expedition and cats are both doing well!

Don't give these MF a deposit. When your vehicle arrives without options you asked for, you might not get your deposit back if you don't have the receipt but have the canceled check to prove you gave them the deposit, it almost happened to me! When my vehicle arrived missing options I asked for, I said just give me my money back and they said not without the receipt and I said I have the canceled check and they said with no receipt you don't get your deposit back! So I drove 20 mi to get my receipt and this was on a Monday and I came back and they said now you can wait until Wednesday to get your check because it has to come from Las Vegas. So I came back on Thursday, and they said the check is still not here. Come back tomorrow. They screwed with me twice like this, and then I finally got my money back!

Purchased a 2015 Ford fusion. Low miles, pretty good car. Wasn't long after I brought it home I'm dealing with starter problems. If the service garage inspects the cars why didn't they notice this? They must only do a quick look and not a really thorough inspection. I mentioned this to the salesperson and he curtly said I should have bought the warranty and should have brought this to his attention immediately. I agree I should have took it back immediately, but shouldn't have to get a warranty if the cars are inspected fully and they only sold reliable used cars. Obviously he didn't have to be nice anymore cause he already sold the car. If i would have brought it back, would have been charged a high price at their garage to look into the problem that should have already caught the attention of the mechanics. Buying a used car is usually a gamble but shouldn't be at a reputable honest dealership.

Took my truck in for recommend timing belt change they recommend changing water pump as well. They remove exhaust bolts and instead of replacing with new ones like they’re supposed they put old ones back in. This caused an exhaust leak immediately after picking truck up that cracked manifold. Cost me 4k additional they wouldn’t take responsibility. After fixing exhaust manifold turbo was making noises so I traded out of my truck. These people can not be trusted I now drive to Vegas to get service

Nothing has been resolved. I wish I could give no star GMC sucks I use to believe they stood behind the work the did.. maybe back in the day but not anymore very disappointed in how they can get away not fixing your vehicle, remind you I took in for multiple times same issue and I can say more than 5 times so disappointing no one can fix it.. so why buy from here if they can’t fix it..also I will update in a month or so

This dealership deserves no star the way I feel, they never fixed my vehicle they lied on the work order saying mechanic can’t duplicate I took my vehicle there over 4 times for same issue and then had to take it to Vegas dealership and none of these freaking idiots could fix my car so my advice don’t buy don’t pay for a warranty it doesn’t mean crap and the mechanics totally freakin suck and to this day my car is still not fixed and yea I blame the Chevy dealership unreal how they can screw you over and your stuck with there lemon of a vehicle, I will NEVER buy from them again!! A complete waste and fraud, I feel so thanks for not fixing my vehicle ….

I took my truck in because it was leaking coolant. The Service writer was very nice and kind. He said he would have it checked out. When he called he said the Water Pump need to be replaced. After Chevy having my truck for 5 days, I picked it up and paid $1761.61. As I drove it home my light came on saying "Low Coolant". I turned around to drove back to Chevy to have them fill it up (which should have been already when I picked it up)
The next day I had to drive 50+ miles for a meeting and my light came on again "Low Coolant". Needless to say I was not happy!!

I called Chevy again and my truck is BACK in the shop. Now, they're saying it is a hose that is leaking under pressure while being driven.

Now I'm wondering, was that the problem to begin with? And they didn't have to replace the Water Pump? And if that's the case, they didn't have to charge me $1761.61 and just charge me for a hose??

I'm not happy with the Machanic for not catching that in the first place ... and he didn't clean up after himself. He left grease on the side of my truck ..UGH!!

Service writer Abe Madrid handles service requests efficiently and gets the customer on their way. Software update (Recall) was performed within a reasonable length of time while waiting at the dealership. Dealership always provides a clean waiting area and vehicles to review on the showroom. Dealership provided WiFi was really appreciated during AT&T cell phone service outage.

This dealership has much better customer service, as compared to anywhere in Vegas. GM should be ashamed of their vegas dealerships!
While waiting for an oil change, Sales Consultant Brian Molatto, approached me and sparked conversation, asking if I was in the market and wanted to look at any vehicles while i waited. I actually WAS interested in looking, and if no one had approached me, i wouldn't have came out with a really good deal on a new-used vehicle that day!
Thank you for your knowledge, patience, and humor Brian, you made the whole experience pleasant and made a returning customer out of my family for all of our auto needs!

This is the second new 2500HD I have purchased from Pahrump Valley Auto Plaza. Bob the salesman is very professional and not pushy to deal with. He makes it enjoyable to purchase from. Derek in the service department is also very pleasant to deal with. It is worth the hour plus drive to get my oil changed and maintenance done. Steve the service manager does really care about his customers and the people that work under his direction. I personally watched and heard him asking his employees if they needed any help!!
I have bought many vehicles in my 10 years here and the LasVegas area dealerships should take lessons from the great dealership in Pahrump!!

I bought a 2016 Chevrolet cruise, one year ago from auto plaza within this one year. It has been in their shop 8 times and now I am here at this shop once more. Being told that I should not drive the car because a sensor has completely died and the car is unsafe. it is under warranty, but there is a nationwide shortage. And that if I drive the car, there's a good chance it will completely die on me. I came to autoplaza as a single mother. Waiting to get a car to start her life and take care of her babies and all I have been done is been stomped into the ground. I am very disappointed in everything that has happened. I make my monthly payments on time. I keep up on maintenance I advise any mother and any father that reads this to please go anywhere else! I AM VERY DISSPLEASED WITH IT ALL. And all the manager tells me is that there isn't anything really that they can do and tells me to call my insurance company and see if they will help. SO PLEASE TAKE YOUR MONEY YOUR TIME AND YOUR FAMILY SOMEWHERE ELSE BC ALL THIS PLACE WILL DO IS RUN YOU INTO THE GROUND!!!

Nothing has been resolved same issue never got fixed, my car still has issues and I want to personally thank this dealership because I will NEVER buy from them again the mechanics suck, the dealer in Vegas sucks well the mechanics because my car was in both shops and not one of them can figure it out so thanks for not fixing my car thanks seems to me no one wants to make anything right let’s screw over the working people I for one am sick of dealerships and all others who won’t stand behind there products!!! It’s getting old what is wrong with doing your job?? Get better mechanics I to this day do not understand why it wasn’t fixed it’s a gmc fix it!!!! WTH unreal I hope no one buys a used car with a warranty ever again from you!! I have bought multiple cars even brand new and this is what I get in the end!! Nothing so thank you for my lemon of a car from your dealership thank you for making me look somewhere else to buy because I will NEVER buy from this dealership again!! Also your mechanic lied in a work order so yeah.. how about not screw over the customer!!

Took my acadia to Las Vegas auot nation gmc March 4th picking up March 23rd
I really thought they could fix my vehicle but I was wrong they cannot they want to drive it for four hours and if they find anything wrong and if it isn't covered under warranty I pay 800.00 why do I even have a warranty?? I told them get my car together I will pick it up on Saturday I won't be paying money for more guess work the time before this he said it was a misfire so more guessing . I wish I could take this vehicle to pahrump valley auto and give them my keys and be done with this vehicle, its a lemon and no one is helping us and I so dislike paying almost 50,000 for a used vehicle and wondering everytime I drive it will this be the day it stops working I have no faith in the mechanics at either place I do not understand guessing to get my car fixed and there has been alot if guessing and parts added. So you know what I want to tell everyone don't buy used!! biggest mistake you will ever make, it certainly was mine for getting this vehicle. A very disappointed customer. Don't buy a used car!! I do however appreciate Denise.

Update we took it to Las Vegas dealership and they have no clue what is wrong with vehicle and now we are waiting for a tech from gmc and now I have lost money from work cause of this issue, my vehicle is for work. this totally sucks I trusted GMC.. and no one is making it right, and making it right to get me into another vehicle spend more money that isn’t a solution..disappointed

I wish I could leave a 1 star I am personally not happy with these guys or gmc we bought a gmc Acadia over priced as well but I really wanted this car anyway biggest mistake ever it has issues I have taken it multiple times (more than 4 times same issue) and still issue not resolved. Lack of communication as of right now. Now we are being told to take it to a Chevy dealership in Vegas why in the heck would we what is wrong with this dealership? They can’t fix my car and say they will not put another part on it so now the process is is we are waiting for gmc to say something clearly we are not a priority what do they care they sold us a car they are getting there money they do not care about the customer they do not care how much stress this vehicle has caused me I got this vehicle for work and everyday I drive I wonder is this the day I break down? Also when I am taking people to there appointments in Vegas they ask me what’s wrong with my car pretty sad I have others pointing it out as well and wondering as well if we are going to break down I am not happy with gmc right now. Don’t buy used that was my mistake..

I didn't feel like a customer, I felt like an ATM. First I made an appointment for an oil change and was told 'we're behind with some tires so you may be late' then I'm approached while I wait by someone wanting to sell me a car. Then they wouldn't go away. Then I'm approached by the same guy that told me my appointment was worthless with 'suggested' items that needed doing that were over $300.00. I'll go to a quicklube place next time.

After receiving an email about the sale on tires with rebate. I contacted Denice at your service department. She assured me they would match prices on the Pirelli tires I wanted for my GMC Canyon. We agreed on a price and they were in 2 days later and installed. With the rebate no one in Pahrump was close. I bought the PU from PVAP to have local service. I have not been disappointed in the care I have gotten over the last 3.5 years.

As for the on line service scheduling, That is in need of some serious help. I suggest calling the dealership to book your service appointments as the GM on line system has failed me twice now. Fortunately the staff at the dealership got me in on my scheduled times so ya, It's good.
