Great price! Half as much as I paid when I got my home inspected the first time by someone else two years ago. Easy to work with, which is saying a lot these days. Showed up right when he said he would and worked with purpose, so didn't waste any of my time. Helped me to understand things I was unfamiliar with and worried about, even when I asked about them multiple times. Explained why certain things were happening and told me how I could fix them. Overall, it was a great experience. Quick, easy, informative, friendly, and reassuring. I'd call again in the future if needed.

Scott took his time, documented everything through detailed pictures and explanations. He took the time to walk us through everything that needed to be fixed throughout the house regardless of it being a major fix, minor fix, hazardous, minimal issue that could eventually lead to major, ect. He answered all of our questions we had, gave us his personal and professional opinion. His write up of the inspection was extremely thorough and easy to follow. As a home buyer this is something we extremely appreciate as it allows us to constantly refer back to and make the necessary changes, fixes, and add ons that he noted. Scott provided us with a fast and professional property inspection. During the inspection he used a drone and made note of an issue with the tiles on the roof top, around the chimney. We did find an issue and did the repairs. His inspections helped find issues we worked with the home owner to fix.

I looked up Scott on Google Maps for a home Inspection in Pahrump. Scott answered right away and scheduled me within a few days. As I am not familiar with Pahrump, I asked him a few questions to sort of test his experience..... to say he passed the test is an understatement. Due to the seller's schedule the inspection was rescheduled, which Scott also accommodated. When he came to do the report, nothing about Scott was a shortcut or lazy. Scott knows his stuff! He was honest and forthright about every aspect of his inspection. He didn't skip anything and was efficient as well. The report was easy to access, the summary was straight forward and easy to understand and my buyer clients were very pleased with the way he reported. Scott also was able to recommend two great service companies who were equally as honest and reliable to help with further services needed for the home! Scott just simply adds value to the home inspection process. Scott also mentioned to me that he does home inspections in Las Vegas and that means I'll be using him for those as well. If you want a reliable, honest and experienced home inspector, Scott should be at the top of your list to call!

We were in Phrump to buy a home Mr. Wells came out to do the home inspection. Since my husband and I live in Seattle we depend on good honest work and boy did we ever get it .
He did the inspection in the morning on time and the same day we got a printed report on the house .
When I looked at the report I was so impressed with his layout of the house in his report . I did not understand a few things so I called him and I did not for the first time in a long time get a voicemail he was very helpful and was ready to answer any questions I had . Thanks again Mr.Wells .
