These guys are the best! We always go here to get materials for anything. Just recently, we found a really good grill for a super cheap price, and when we were getting it out to put it in the truck, several workers and one customer asked us if we needed help! I’d recommend this place to all!

Went there for a whole bunch of flowers, you know to make things pretty. The plans for in very good shape they were healthy and they're going to be a definite benefit to our yard. And the prices were reasonable. Young lady helped us got everything taken care of and we closed the store

Was kindly told go over to another desk because of the tap system being down, perhaps to a manager, to get a card manually keyed in. I couldn’t even get a quarter sentence out without this person repetitively saying the ‘system is down’ without letting me speak. I was pretty calm and if I tried to say anything, she cut me off and pointed me away. I’ve done customer service for about 10 years, so I’m objectively pretty kind in stressful situations. I get you may be stressed. But it’s hella disrespectful to not even let someone start talking.

There’s a small chance she was watching rave episode of homestar runner and was just singing along.

Not very happy with Proreferral. I was told they were properly vetted to become a Home Depot Pro. I needed my cabinets looked at as my shelves are started to sag. They listed this as I was looking for someone to help with shelving? I sent pictures to one Pro and immediately he was not interested. The second Pro was suppose to show up last week. My road was closed, However there was full access to my trailer park, I had called to let him know this and how to get into the park. He said he knew this and would be there. He called a few minutes before his appointment and said "your road is closed" I explained to him that is why I called him. He then told me he would have to come back next week. I sent him a text on Monday to see when he would be coming. First thing was is your road open. I said yes. He said he would have to let me know this week. It is Wednesday and I have not heard from him. I don't know if listing my project wrong led to this unprofessional response or what. But I am not impressed at all. I received a text this morning I replied not interested , another text telling us why, the only option that matched what I was trying to convey was "other"
That was it. Not anything about whether or not I was happy.

My wife and I went into the Logan, Utah Home Depot prepared to initiate the purchase and installation of carpet for three bedrooms of our house. After spending some time in the flooring area without an associate there to be found, I found a couple of associates in the appliance area visiting with each other. Upon my request for help in the flooring area they told me that If I returned there an associate would meet with me there. We did find an associate who did his best to be helpful but to give us better assistance he said he would need to call his boss to help. When his boss did show up he would not talk to us at all but insisted that he needed to go to the appliance area even though the first associate stated clearly that we were the ones that he was called for. Eventually another associate showed up but he stated firmly that he could not answer any of our questions unless we scheduled an in home measurement first. We left after receiving no help. They made us feel unwelcome and unimportant.
After this experience we drove just a few minutes to LOWES to initiate our purchase there without the hassle.
In the past Home Depot has been my go-to store for my home improvement needs.
We had this experience likely due to just a couple of store employees who chose not to serve store customers as they should. But just two self-centered employees who treated us as though we were not important can make a big difference as to where I spend my money.

Worst Experience of My Life at the Logan Home Depot

This past week, I had an incredibly disappointing and upsetting experience at the Logan Home Depot. I needed assistance loading some items, so an associate called for a loader over the walkie. After waiting about 20 minutes, a man in an orange vest finally showed up and very rudely asked, “What do you want? I was in the middle of a conversation.”

I explained that I needed help loading, and he looked at me and said, “That’s not even heavy.” I told him I had recently undergone back surgery, and before I could finish, he cut me off with, “I don’t need your life story.”

When we got to my car, he carelessly tossed the paint in sideways and started to walk off. I told him I still needed help getting some old paint out of my car, and he just looked at me, turned around, and walked off while muttering things under his breath.

This was by far the worst treatment I’ve ever received at any Home Depot. I’ve always been a loyal customer, but after this experience, I will not be returning to the Logan location — and I’m seriously reconsidering shopping at Home Depot altogether.

We just barely bought a freezer at Home Depot. The lady who sold it to us had great customer service. The loading crew were completely useless. We waited a half hour for someone to help us load it in the truck. We had a forklift driver stare at us, ignore us and drive away. We had a lady with orange flags completely ignore us while we sat there waiting for help. I don’t know if they are just incapable or have a list of stuff to do while ignoring an easy customer. My husband and I ended up lifting it ourselves because we realized it wasn’t that heavy. We didn’t mind doing it but it would have been nice to be told that we could just do it. We were told to wait for the loading crew. Utterly dumb and useless. At least have the decency to tell us that you have something to do before helping. I felt stupid sitting there. We didn’t mind doing it but it was so rude how much we were being ignored.

Good enough Home Depot experience. Nothing spectacular, but I was in and out quickly, able to easily find the things I was after. I've always much preferred Home Depot, in general, compared to their big blue competitor.

This is a new store for us as we recently moved, so I'm still learning this store's layout. Now that I've mentioned it, every Home Depot store having a different layout really ticks me off! I'm guessing that it's a corporate directive, which is idiotic since the offerings store-to-store
are nearly identical.
But, the associates in this store are extremely friendly and helpful, and I can't hold the store's layout against them. However, if I ever find out the different store layouts are at the discretion of the store managers, my trading will definitely change.

Currently in the middle of a remodel and visited the Logan store Sunday to buy flooring and cabinets , we couldn’t get any help with flooring so we decided we’d get our cabinets. Asked a guy to help us , after 30 minutes of waiting we left. We went to Lowe’s and ordered flooring at $6,000! Decided Monday I’d get on and order the cabinets online and pick up at Home Depot..online said they were out of stock (I knew they weren’t because they were available Sunday) so I took my big 24’ trailer down Tuesday to try again to get cabinets! Same story 30 minutes later I finally got help. I got 3 60” cabinets , 12 sheets of paneling, a ceiling fan, paint , and a bunch of 1x10x12s . I paid and then I asked if there was anyone to help me load! My husband wasn’t with me today to help. The pro loader was busy helping someone else so I told the cashier I was out at the end of the parking lot with an enclosed trailer id wait out there! 30 minutes later a guy pushed my cabinets out to the cart return and stood there! I went and explained they were my cabinets , he was like can’t you move closer?? Like the parking lot is full and I have a 24’ trailer on I was as close as I could get! I told him I probably couldn’t and I’d help him push the carts closer! He then was like I can’t take them any further until I see a receipt! Really??!! I went back to my truck and got my receipt for him ! He then reluctantly pushed one cart over to my trailer I pushed the other. Another guy showed up and they loaded my cabinets not gently either they banged up the freaking doors and corners. Then he took the cart and said have a great day in such a rude tone and there I was left to unload everything else! Paneling in the wind was real fun to load alone when those two 20 year old 200lb guys could have taken 3 more minutes to help me! I’ve never been treated so badly by anyone let alone grown men who that’s their JOB! We’ve spent $30,000 at Home Depot in the last 2 months and I’ll guarantee I’ll never step foot in the Logan Home Depot again!

They carry what Lowes lacks. Like water heater element sockets. Lowes says that is a special order item and Home Depot has them hanging right beside the elements.

Our carpet is only 2 years old and when was complete had a ripple running down our stairs. But we let it go. Now it’s falling apart on the seams downstairs and coming away from the wall in the family room, and a bedroom. The install manager came out to check and said our problems are from water dams from flooding. Our home and none of the homes on our street have ever flooded and I told him that. So the install manager has a poor excuse of workman standard ship. The base of our stairs has no tack strips and he saw this. So the install manager refuses to fix our carpet after just 2 years even though I can prove with our home owners insurance that we have never had water damage. The install manager won’t take responsibility for shotty installation work. When he was at my house he told me our carpet was not stretched properly. And that is why even my stairs have loose carpet. Then he went back to Home Depot and LIED. He reported water damage. What a horrible liar.

We bought 4 brand new appliances for a new home we are building. The appliances showed up but Home Depot didn’t come and hook up our stove till about 2 weeks later. Once they hooked it up ..it wouldn’t work. It still has the stupid plastic wrap on .. and they said we have to call the manufacturer because it’s been past 2 days. Well they didn’t come even hook it up for 2 weeks.. so how the hell can we test it out? What a joke! They said we are stuck with it.. a brand new.. broken stove literally never used! I swear they plan it on purpose to not hook it up till after the 2 days to screw people over! I will never ever give them another dime and I will let everyone know as well

Rude customer service, electric wheelchairs that go about 15 feet before they stop. Topped off with a snot nosed blonde kid that challenged whether the wheelchair s worked. None of the six people behind the counter had quit chatting with each other long enough to notice that we’d taken one chair and brought it back. Found a fridge we liked and decided we weren’t interested in doing business with Home Depot anymore.

The BEST customer service I've ever had. Sue#2 did everything she could to save me from a 1.5 hour drive to centerville just to make a payment and succeeded. I'd willingly go out of my way to go to this specific store.

We went in to rent the truck at this location and Crystal was fantastic, helped us quickly and kindly. When we returned the truck we were met by Joseph, glasses and beard, who was disrespectful and abrasive. His tone and mannerism was sarcastic and off-putting. When we returned the truck he asked where we'd went and dangled the keys in front of my face to imply he wanted us to fill it up. We had no problem filling it up but the interaction always abrasive and if it wasn't for Crystal, who ended up being the one who helped us return it, this would be a one star review. As contractors, we do a lot of business at Home Depot, and this is the first time I've been met with that kind of sarcasm and disrespect. Special thanks to Crystal, she was a total sweet heart.

Calling customer service is a joke. Their online store is not always up to date on whether or not an item is actually in stock, so I have to call in and get a verification. They never answer the phone, I sat on hold for over 15 minutes once, only to have my call hung up on me. It is ridiculous how many “associates” are wandering the aisles, and no one can pick up and answer a phone

Cutting keys is a horrible experience. There's no call button at the key kiosk, so you have to get lucky to have an associate come by who is not in the middle of something, or you have to go to customer service and ask them to help. I did the latter and no one came still, so I asked some kid. He said he couldn't do it because my key had a transponder. It's not a transponder, the car is 15 years old. It just needs the metal key. He went and talked to someone at pro quotes and she got real snippy at me. Said the same thing. No one has any idea what they're doing.
