- Bad Customer Service... No One offered to help me load this huge, heavy box.
- Driver called me at 6am to leave my 100 pcs of Sheetrock outside in my yard.
- The 'real time' updates are useless and don't let them use the words 'escalating' or 'putting as priority'.
- It's hard to find someone who knows what they are talking about.
- I could be on the job... but I can't even make a paint order over the phone.

Bad Customer Service
First of all it irritated me that No One offered to help me load this huge, heavy box. Secondly when I went to use the mower (on the first day I bought it!) one of the aluminum cables broke!?! THE FIRST DAY! So I boxed it back up to exchange it the very next day.
When I got there I was told if it had gas in it they couldn’t take it back?!?!? That “I HAD TO FIGURE OUT A WAY TO REMOVE THE GAS” before they could exchange it. I said I don’t know how else accept to remove it from the box (again) and turn it upside down and that that would only Damage the mower unnecessarily. I was told it didn’t matter because it was being, “Sent Back Anyway.” Now never mind I’m almost 62 years old, and again No One Offers to Help, but isn’t there still gas in the fuel line?!?! After I turned it over??? Pathetic!!! And STILL didn’t get anyone to help me load the 2nd one!!! Wish we had a Lowe’s closer than 45 minutes…

Love the Home Depot however lately it has been harder and harder to get good service here. I didn't realize that the pro desk guys had Saturday off too, but i ended up getting all the help i needed between the service desk and some stock boys. The Covington Store is usually stocked pretty good, but i seem to get better service at the Picayune store.
