I have been so pleased with the service I received from Coastal Roofing. Michael checked in with me multiple times to make sure I was well taken care of.

We had a good experience with our roof repair. Michael did a thorough inspection and was honest and understanding with needs and limitations. Johnny and Dylan and the crew were great. The entire team was patient with all my questions and made sure that everything was cleaned up once they were done. We did have some struggles getting materials in but the team kept in communication so that we could work around schedules.

I highly recommend Coastal Roofing to anyone that wants the job done right. Michael Mistretti, Dylan, and Jonathan were fabulous to work with. Any questions I had were answered thoroughly by these three very personable young men. I was amazed at the hard work and diligence everyone put into the replacement of my roof. Every bit of the construction materials, scraps, nails, etc. was picked up and removed from my property. A great job done by all! Thank you for a wonderful experience.

We had our roof replaced on June 11th. It was completed in 1 and 1/2 days! Mike was great! They did a great job!! They had to remove the satellite dish and put it back perfectly so we didn’t have to contact our provider to recalibrate. I would definitely recommend!!!

This company is simply the best..we had nothing but an amazing experience with them…we had asked for a quote from them, Gary Williams the project manager came to the house and spent time with us going over different options….when I received the quote it was a 3 page detailed description of all the materials needed and price of each item.. when the crew arrived they laid tarp around the entire house and blocked out the front door and garden… after the roof was completed, the next day Gary shows up and spent about an hour on the roof doing an inspection to make sure everything was completed and nothing was missed…Highly recommend this guys for your roofing needs…Thanks again Coastal roofing…..

Bought my house 5 years ago and had some leaks in one section, I thought, my roof was tin and has an added lean to on the back by my pool, had two other companies tell me we could shingle everything but they were the only company to tell me my lean to was not sloped enough for shingles.. anyway Coastal had the best price and they ended up replacing most of the osb from rot that my house inspector failed to see , still with all they replaced coastal talked me through everything and did an outstanding job!!! I will definitely be referring them to everyone who needs roofing done!!!!! Thanks again Coastal!!!!

I called at about 10:00 on a morning that I found a small leak in my roof after a night of heavy driving rain. Michael answered the phone, listened to my issue, and told me he’d be at my house around 1:00 that afternoon. He and Johnny showed up, inspected my roof, and gave me a detailed assessment of my situation. Their customer service was excellent. Michael explained everything completely including all my options. If only all consultants worked that way. I am looking forward to working with him and Coastal again soon.

I recently had my roof repaired and replaced by Coastal. I had put off the repairs and replacement for far too long and the roof, soffits and fascia needed extensive repair in places. I was very pleased with Coastal's quick response to my initial inquiry. They came promptly to assess the situation and to give me a quote. Their price was certainly reasonable in my estimation for the extensive work that was needed. The project was started in a timely manner and the work was accomplished in a day and a half. I would definitely recommend Coastal Roofing to anyone needing a replacement of shingles and would definitely recommend if your repair job is more extensive and involves replacing roof decking, soffits and fascia as mine did.

My husband & I called multiple roofing companies for quotes on a new roof, & never heard back. Coastal responded to us right away, & sent someone out for a quote within a few days! They were very reasonably priced. We decided to go with a metal roof. They let us know as soon as the materials/supplies came in, & were out the next day to install! The new roof looks great! Coastal was very professional, responsive, & thorough throughout the entire process. We are super happy with the work & service they provided, & recommend them to anyone needing roof work done!

When we purchased our home in August, we knew we’d need a new roof within a few years but didn’t know just how bad it was. Out of all the companies we called, Coastal was the most responsive, professional and reasonable and immediately won our business. They worked tirelessly and thoroughly to get the job done wasting no time but also doing nothing excessive and went the extra mile to surgically replace only what needed to be replaced with our decking. It’s a great feeling to know we have a safe and strong roof over our heads. They have definitely won our continued support.

We interviewed several before meeting with them. From the start of our journey they're the only company that we thought would be a great fit. They did not disappoint at all. Extremely satisfied! Thank you!!!

These people make promises that they do not deliver on. Do not trust anything they say. We were told our drip edge needed to be replaced because it was originally installed incorrectly, only to find out by their own words “it’s impossible to install it incorrectly”. Total up charge they didn’t add in our estimate. This became a larger issue when our home lien holder sent them funds for the roof - drip edge cost. We were told by an employee Jamie that it was no problem write them a check and they would hold it until we received the funds from the lien holder. If you’ve ever dealt in this situation before you know there is an approval process and paperwork that has to be done to release the funds that takes time. A week later we received a letter from their law office saying they were going to sue us. Please keep in mind this is for the amount of 350 dollars. We had already paid them over 9,000 for our roof. I called and spoke with someone who said it was not an issue it was a mistake that a lot of delinquent accounts got sent over. Not to worry call us when you have the funds from the lien holder and that she would call us back on Friday. Friday came and went, no phone call. Today, Tuesday, 2 days before thanksgiving they decide to cash the check they were holding from us without warning. My account was overdrawn. My wife called to inquire about why they decided to cash the check without our permission in which Jamie responded yeah, we cashed it, have a good day and hung up on her. So rude! I drove up there to discuss why this had become such an issue in which they were rude, and Jamie claimed she never remembers having the conversation that she would hold the check for us. Complete lie. This company is not trustworthy and I do not recommend.

I needed a new roof and coastal had done one of my neighbors houses and I was impressed with what I saw. I called and Gary came out a couple of days later. He never tried to sell me anything, he just educated me on roof things and went over their process. I had my own financings with Nerd wallet, but they have companies they work with that they can point you to. They took a 50% downpayment and all my materials where delivered and about two weeks later they reroofed my house all in one day. They worked until about nine or ten on a Friday night and cleaned up very well after themselves. It was so Easy like ridiculously easy. They were all wonderful Gary Ed and Jamie treated me so well, I would definitely urge anyone to use coastal roofing!!

I had to get a repair done quickly so I could sell my home. I dealt with Michael who came out and inspected and handled the work piece and he was very informative and easy to deal with. Also in the office Jessica was great. . Jessica yielded probably 5-7 of my calls continually checking in and she never once sounded anything other than helpful. They were able to get me in within two weeks so everything would workout for me time wise. Great experience with this company from the field and office staff.

Coastal Roofing came to my parents house in Carriere, MS a few months ago for a free inspection. They were concern after a storm had passed and limbs had fallen on their roof. Gary came out and inspected everything. He expressed future concerns but reassured us that everything was good to go.

I was referred to Coastal Roofing after Hurricane Ida. I was impressed with their friendliness over the phone and the professional written estimate. What i have been very disappointed by is their lack of follow up and responsiveness. I have 2 properties that needed repairs after Hurricane Ida.

My goal was to hire Coastal Roofing to do both properties. On the property that required a complete roof replacement, I also wanted the soffit and fascia replaced. I received an estimate to replace the roof only. I literally followed up with them at least 5 times in an attempt to get a complete estimate. I've never worked so hard to give someone my business.

While waiting on the complete estimate, I decided to proceed with a roof and siding repair on the other property. Signed the contract and was told work would be done the following week. Day of the job I can see on my cameras that Coastal Roofing is there and seemingly doing the work. I received a call a few hours later advising the work was not done. I was told when they went to pick up the materials they were out of stock. I was stunned. How do you book a job, show up to the site, but not know you don't have the materials. Nevertheless I asked what could be done. I was told they ordered the materials (siding) and it would take 3-4 weeks to come in. After 4 weeks, I called to check on the status. I was told they would call the supply house and give me an update the next day. Never received a callback.

I called them today for a status update and was told Jaimie, who normally takes the calls and handles invoicing, was not available. Apparently she is the only person can give an update. Asked for the owner and was told he will call me back.

I can't believe how difficult it is to get basic professional service from Coastal Roofing. Ridiculous.

Needless to say I will not be using Coastal Roofing on my roof replacement.

From the start, my experience with the company, has been professional, caring. They make sure they know the needs of their clients. I had the pleasure to work with Gary Williams, project manager and the staff of Coastal Roofing. When it came time to replace the roof they had a quality personnel here to oversee the process who walked me through the process and if I had any questions they were there to answer. The project took only one day and I thought it would take longer. The roofers were at my house until dark to make sure nothing was left to be done. I used Coastal Roofing to clean my gutters, my solar panels, and to repair a portion of my roof at my home in Slidell, LA. They have done an excellent job. I can see the benefits of my solar panel cleaning already! I would highly recommend this professional and customer-oriented company to anyone! Plus they are licensed and insured, something that is hard to find with your everyday Roofing company. Definitely a company I will trust again for all of my roofing and gutter needs. Also, during Ida, they were on my street and even helped me start my generator when my husband was at work.

This will be a long review because the company deserves it. This is coming from someone who has zero experience with roofing companies and had no idea what to expect and was very overwhelmed with a leaking roof.

We noticed a leaking ceiling in our utility room. Unsure of what the problem was, I looked at our roof and noticed a sag near the chimney. I visited Coastal Roofing’s website and explained my situation in the “request a quote” page as I don’t know anything about roofing or roof repair and and was nervous about the process. Not even 20 minutes later I received a call from Jamie. She was extremely polite and professional and assured me Coastal Roofing would be sure to assist in anyway. I gave her my address in Slidell, Louisiana and she told me she would have a roof inspector come out and take a look and provide an estimate. To my surprise, he came the next day! I don’t know if it was just good timing but the timely response showed me right away that this company takes pride in their work. When the roof inspector arrived, he engaged me in casual conversation and didn’t appear to want to just “rush and get the job done”. This again proved to me that customer relationships are a priority. After our discussion I showed him where the problem was. He climbed on the roof and was able to immediately identify the issue. He also conducted an entire roof inspection for any other concerns that may arise. After he was finished he told me that I would receive an estimate in my email. The very next day, I had the estimate in my email in the form of an entire estimate package complete with pictures of my house and roof. The package included a complete transparent price breakdown of what the costs would be and even afforded the option to opt out of some unwanted repairs if the price was out of budget. This professional package surprised me and again proved that this company takes pride in their work. After receiving the estimate, I chose my repairs, paid the deposit, and got the ball rolling. Not even three days later, Coastal Roofing was at my house with a crew of workers. They arrived on time and was ready to work. Me being nosey, I often walked outside to monitor the process. None of the workers hesitated to talk to me and gladly discussed everything they were doing. They didn’t seem rushed or bothered by the fact that I was asking questions. Once the repair was complete, which consisted of removing shingles, replacing a rotted deck board, building a new drain box thing around my chimney (which is where the leak started), and replacing shingles, they began clean up. When I tell you I would have never known they were there, there was not a trace of material left. They were walking around my entire back yard area with magnets making sure no nails were left behind.

I would recommend this company to anyone and i really appreciated the work.

Coastal Roofing did a great job on the installation of my gutters and on the installation of a roof cricket on my house in Covington, Louisiana. They were incredibly professional, fairly priced, and installed everything quickly. I will definitely use them again and will recommend their services.

After being told several times to just call Coastal Roofing and get the free roof inspection, I finally did. Within a few days they had an inspector out checking our roof. Which I was very surprised to have, since a major storm had rolled through recently. The inspector was very thorough and explained to me what he was finding was new damage, and how he could tell the difference. When he was done, he sent me an estimate to present to my insurance with several pictures that I could send to them as well.

When I was ready to move forward with my full roof replacement there office staff helped me pick out what I actually wanted on my roof. To be honest, I never realized shingles could come in so many colors. Thankfully they had great taste and my new roof looks amazing! With that being said I can’t recommend Coastal Roofing enough. They are 100% the best roofing coming in Slidell, or should I say… They are the best roofing company in all of Louisiana and Mississippi Gulf Coast!

Never keeps appointment, keeps putting you off. And when they do show up (unexpectedly) they never come prepared. Ever heard of a roofer showing up to repair a roof without a ladder? Coastal does. If you call them when they miss the appointment they are too busy to talk to you.

They work with you. Quick, clean, and less then a 2 week wait on shingles,and less than two days for roof installation. Great clean up after work was done. Some nails on the ground less than 20 found.

Coastal roofing was very professional, material was delivered ahead of time, someone from the company came the day before installation to prep the site and to verify that material and everything was ready for the big day. Early the next morning a batallion of workers showed up and started working immediately non stop until they finished the roof installation, they were very helpful and responsive to my questions, and they protected walls, windows and doors from from any debries. At the end of the day they cleaned up around the house, you couldn't a single nail out of place. Very professional, I felt like I was in the best hands in town throughout the entire process. KUDOS TO COASTAL ROOFING!!!

Had a serious leak in one part of the attic. Coastal removed the damaged area all the way down to the rafters and rebuilt it, including tucking the new plywood sheathing under existing metal flashing of an adjacent wall without having to destroy the siding it went under. Excellent craftsmanship, been dry as a bone ever since. Whether a small patch or an entire roof, these guys are Pros and will do it right!

I recently had some damage from Hurricane Ida. I immediately called Coastal Roofing llc. I left a message on their answering service, knowing they also got hit by the same storm and expecting a call in a few days, only to receive a call less than 30 minutes later. Gary was very knowledgeable, and he gave me a realistic timeframe of what to expect. Within a couple of days, I had an inspection and a tarp on my roof to prevent any further damage! This company is most definitely the best roofing company I’ve ever dealt with, and I will continue to use them for any of my roofing needs!
