The Home Depot - Hattiesburg, MS

Purchased a riding mower and when we needed blades and other parts we went there and they were no help. Acted like it was too much trouble to help us. If they are going to sell mowers at least have the blades and be able to help the customer if other parts are needed. Be very careful when considering buying a riding mower from here. If I could give them zero for a star I would because they don't deserve a 1

Our new fridge was ordered and supposed to be delivered 5 days later. We stayed at home all day so we wouldn't miss them. Late afternoon we get a text that our fridge would now be delivered 3 days later! We called to see what was going on, and the worker said there is a driver shortage. Thanks for the heads up, The Home Depot. Worst customer service. Can't depend on their word.

Everyone at this location appears to be eager to help you when they see you. Everyone is uplifting in full of the holiday spirit.

It’s Home Depot , as a contractor I purchase my lumber and related materials from suppliers that are local to the job! Home Depot is the go to for most and thinking they have good prices and products! Usually the mom and pop stores have much better prices and certainly better quality material! Other than that Amazon for most everything else! Do your research find that local store ,save a few bucks And end. With a project with better quality while also helping the local economy in the area! That s my thoughts

Amazing customer service! Makayla and Rebecca are absolutely wonderful. I do not live in MS, but I called over, and Rebecca was more than helpful to find it for me, and Makayla helped me purchase it through the phone. This decoration was sold out everywhere, and it was for my father's birthday. They made my day. I hope their management knows how wonderful they are, and I truly appreciate them.

Absolutely terrible multiple experience 50% of my orders are damaged. I'm seriously about to send them a bill for gas and returns along with interest waiting on them to finish a job. Maybe treasure hunt and home depot can collaborate. Because they have same quality. I Absolutely despise these corporate idiots that know nothing about construction

Found what we needed with help that was easy to find. Was allowed to take my little dog in staff a d other customers were very nice.

Great deals for DIYS projects. Need more attention to detail when customers need advise and directions on needed supplies for special projects though. Store was clean and well stocked. .

Better than lowes when it comes to wood and other materials. Staff is great. Just wish that it had every tool imagined.

Just went to Home Depot after vacation Bible school to go get some concrete pavers and sand. Came with gloves prepared to do a lot of the work myself as I know stores are shortstaffed. However, I watched five employees acknowledge that I was loading all of it onto carts that I had to go get from the parking lot. I even had one employee watch me, struggle to get the concrete paver cart to a register and tell me I could go to a different register and be closer but did not offer to help. After I checked out, they called for loading help twice, no one came. I ended up loading everything on the back of my truck, I’m a dress, with only the assistance of another customer after I had gotten half of it on the truck already

We got little to no help. When we did ask for assistance, it was never called in, we did wait. As for the planks we needed, that we could access, they were broken or cracked. This is not the first time we've had bad service at Hattiesburg location. Just no pride or professionalism for the job or business

I would recommend Victor Porter to any home owners that use Home Depot Pros from changing a to building the entire house or remodeling it. Go Pro use Home Depot pros like Victor Porter, That's my opinion anyway!! Aka Google maps and classes.

I keep thinking that just because I have to cross 59 to get to Home Depot it's really really far, but it isn't. Especially if you include the frequent stop at the other place and can't get any service. For now on I am doing all my shopping at Home Depot. I come in, find what I need or help and leave satisfied.

We just moved to Lumberton and needed assistance in finding new locks and bolts for all our doors and some sewer attachments. Luckily we ran into Dion. He was such an amazing help! In both matters he knew what he was talking about and he made this shopping experience just perfect! We will be back a lot more often and hope to see Dion again to help us if we need any more assistance.

Like the business and the staff but the corporation has held them back, and it is frustrating as a customer to see stores 100 miles away have what I need or want on the shelf but not here. So I have to order it or by from the competition who have multiple stores in the area.
