EVERYONE at Dossett was very nice. Mr. Terence Polk was extremely helpful. He made sure that they took care of my vehicle by checking all points of it and making sure that I didn’t need anything worked on. He was very nice. I was in and out within a hour. EV connect Charging works good. There are 3 charging station located at Cadillac Dealer, need to download the ev connect app. The charging station is available for 24 hours, easy to connect and Cadillac staff are very friendly and helpful.

I’m not one to leave a bad review just because my feelings are hurt, but for this one I felt truly obligated. I was in steady contact with this dealership for a month after I bought my Silverado due to the issues I had. They DID provide me a loaner, however, they dismissed what I said was wrong with the truck. Since I’m not from Hattiesburg, Dossett allowed me to go to a local dealer to diagnose the first issue (one day after I bought the truck). McConnell Buick GMC in Mobile informed me it needed a new transmission. Dossett said they wanted the truck so they could look at it. Two days later, I get my truck back and was told all they did was flush the transmission and now it’s running fine. I also let them know about the rough idle. Nothing was ever done or inspected for that, not even an option I could pay for after they diagnose it. Moving forward to now, the transmission now has a TERRIBLE shifting issue which the service manager says is normal for the 6.2L engine. They knew exactly what they were doing with their “repair”. They wanted it to be problem-free for the next few thousand miles so they wouldn’t have to warranty it. That’s fine, I get it. But I value my integrity and honesty over money any day of the week.

The owner himself offered to get me the keys for the bed cover. That never happened. Turns out, the bed cover was busted and no good anyway. The seals were ripped and the cover won’t stay closed, and when I asked for them to get the cover off the truck (since it was in their shop anyway), they told me “that’s not something we typically deal with.”

Edit, since I can’t reply to the dealers response: I NEVER ONCE told them anything about the door locks. THEY told ME before coming to Hattiesburg that it was in the shop for the door locks and I still have the text to prove that. As for the check engine light, they fixed that at their own will without telling me the issue. Furthermore, they still have not addressed the fact that they sold me a truck that constantly has an overheating transmission (200°F+ and the service manager says that’s normal temp), all they did was change the fluid, even though the dealer warranty covers the engine and transmission and I was told it had a bad transmission from McConnell. The engine still misfires at idle and as far as the test drive goes, they’re in a perfect area to sell junk. The salesman led me down every bumpy road and construction area he could, then told me to do a u-turn around before getting to the highway, looking back this was probably due to the faulty transmission he didn’t want me to feel. I also noticed their response didn’t include anything about the owner saying he’d get those keys to the bed cover. Lol. I was nice in my initial review, but they wanted to pull their fake “receipts” thinking they got one over on me, acting as if I ever once mentioned the door locks, which were fixed before I even found the truck online.

Picked up car having the same problem brought it back now they say I need a tune up these they say another $600 or 700 for tune up and they will not even work with me on the cost. These people are a bunch of rip off artists never will come again will be going to Cadillac of Jackson

Today was my first time coming to Dossett Cadillac here in Hattiesburg MS. Let me just say, you can't find a more helpful professional staff! From the moment I drove up into the parking lot I was immediately address and presented with exceptional customer service. Terence Polk just happened to be outside and observed my presence, he welcomed me and and advised me to park on the side to ensure no one hit my vehicle if they whipped into the lot and was not paying attention. As soon as I entered the building I was acknowledged and asked if I would allow them to complete their current task so they could focus on the purpose of my visit. Mr. Polk was prompt and very detailed he asked the nature of my problem, immediately took my keys and went out to assess my vehicle. He assured me that he and his staff would get down to the root of my issue. They did, and didn't take long! There was a malfunction on a part, on my new vehicle. The new part was ordered and I was told I'd be contacted as soon as it comes in. So within 24hrs of my issue Dossett Cadillac took my appointment, identified my issue and already has a resolution in place. You can't beat that! I will DEFINITELY be bringing my vehicle back to Terence Polk and his team, they are hands down "Best in Class"!

Nathan at Dosset is the guy to use for buying a new vehicle. My family needed a new GMC suv, and he worked with us to get not only what fit our needs, but he also helped us work on the financing of the car to get it within our budget. If you want someone who will shoot you straight and not spring “hidden fees” or “service charges” on you, he’s your guy. It’s hard to find honesty and integrity nowadays, but Dosset’s employees have it. My family and I had also went to a different dealership earlier in the day for a “better sale price,” but it was a gimmick because of “hidden fees” and “service charges.” I highly recommend Dosset Cadillac and GMC to everyone.

Amazing and excellent service!! We've been bringing our Caddy for over 2 years now for service. Terence Polk always comes out to the parking line and entertain us right away. Very courteous, respectful, honest, and accommodating. Recently, I had my headlights replaced, but the carparts company made a mistake of shipping me both the R side headlights instead of the pair (left and the right side). So, what ended up happening was that I was asked if I would go ahead and let the service department installed the Right-side headlights and when the replacement comes, they would install it. I agreed to have it installed even though it was just the right headlight because I obviously needed the light. But then by doing so, I will end up paying installation fee twice. However, I was surprised to find out that when I had my other headlights installed, they cut me a deal and gave me 75% discount on the second installation. Overall, I have always been getting good service with Dossett and will always come back for checkups of our caddy. Dossett crews/employees always demonstrated good professionalism. Highly recommended.

Horrible customer service experience. Very bad communication…I needed a body control module programmed. After an extensive search, I had no other choice but to take it to the dealership. Therefore, I had my 07 Cadillac cts towed to Dosset Cadillac early on a Friday morning. I was told before hand that there were other vehicles in line ahead of mine. With that being said, I was in no hurry. I figured maybe a day or two at the most. Friday passed, Saturday and Monday passed. I gave the dealership a call on Tuesday evening. When I called, I talked to, “Mon” my person of contact. I then get, “oh he said your battery is dead. You’re going to need a live battery for it to be done…” When I asked why wasn’t I called? I was told that he called and left a message. In which I know for a fact was not true. I’d had my phone in my hand since I dropped the car off, waiting for an update. If I had known that earlier, I could’ve taken the battery out and had it back in, in a matter of minutes if I would’ve been notified. Fast forward another day or two. Still no communication on the status of my car. I called after two days only to be told, “oh, we flashed that bcm. But, the car still doesn’t start. It’s doing the same thing…” Ok, so how was I supposed to know this if no one called and told me? At this point, I’m very frustrated. Not just at the fact that my car is still not working. But, the overall customer service experience as a whole. I proceeded to ask if it could be diagnosed so I could know exactly what needed to be fixed. Mon, called later that day and said that it was the engine control module. I asked how much would it cost to replace it. He said that he had to price and order the part and he would call me back. After a week of no communication. I went in and paid what I owed. And had my car towed elsewhere. Very disappointing experience!

They did me dirty went to go get my Escalade hood painted and they gave me the run around on a loaner car and then gone say they didn't know if my warranty work was approved and they were the ones who setup the date for me to come over there to get my hood painted...Lack of communication between the workers, but the body shop guys were very professional and nice

I have been having my 2020 Cadillac serviced at this dealership for over 2 years. My check engine light came on Saturday, Monday was a holiday I went to the dealership on Tuesday at 1:00. Walked in and told them what was going on. They told me I should have come that morning and they would not get to it. They told me to come back the next morning, I told them I would wait all evening because I had nothing to do. They told me no I would just have to come back the next day. A young man can in from the shop and said “yea because I have one back there that I’ve had broke down for 30 days and I still don’t know what’s wrong with it”. After that no one would talk to me so I got in my vehicle and drove home and made it. I took my vehicle to Cadillac of Jackson on Friday at 10:00 and they were finished with it at 12:15. I gladly paid over $900.00 for the service that it needed. I will never go to Dossett again. This is my third Cadillac and I don’t plan on it being my last one. Run away from Dossett and go the extra miles for a more professional experience. They don’t care about their customers.

This may be my first or second Google review, but our experience this morning at Dossett Cadillac is too positive not to share. My family is on a road trip, and I accidentally turned the display off and was unable to get it to respond and turn back on. After researching the problem in the manual and online to no avail, I contacted the nearest Cadillac dealership. What a blessing this team was to us! It was such a positive experience from beginning to end. The initial phone conversation with Mon was encouraging as he asked questions and was genuinely interested in our predicament. Then, when we arrived at the dealership, the service manager himself, Lee Brooks, could not have been more helpful, knowledgeable, or kind. He spent almost an hour helping us solve the problem and truly acted as if our family was a scheduled, normal part of his day, although it was clear that he was very involved and busy with other things. Truly, if we lived in this area rather than a few states away, we would WANT to do business with Dossett Cadillac. It was refreshing to experience such personable and professional service. Thank you for getting us back on the road!
