Got in touch with Gayland Martin with B&A roofing after submitting claim thru our insurance. Mr Martin was here when insurance came to do inspection of what adjuster stated was hail damage. Mr Gayland was very informative and very through in explaining process. Roofers came out today and started very early in morning and was completely finished removing and installing roof. Project manager Taylor was also very informative when issues came up to get solutions to probables.

Very friendly and informative. They replaced my roof on short notice on a Saturday in order to keep me from losing my house insurance. They arrived early and sent me aerial photos of their progress throughout the day. Roof replacement is expensive, but B & A was reasonable compared to all the estimates that I received and they were honest, cleaned up when the roofing was done, and followed up to see if I was satisfied.

Nick Herring came out after a storm extremely fast to evaluate our damage and give us a quote. His company did a fantastic job with the replacement. Nick Herring went above and beyond what I ever could have imagined for our family during a difficult time. My husband was in an accident and ended up in a coma for 6 weeks shortly after the storm. Nick kept me updated with all the progress even though I couldn't be there and sent me photos as well to give me peace of mind. He made sure they were extremely polite and made sure to clean up any and all mess. Never found a single nail around our place when they were done. I would definitely use them again if needed in the future!

Fast and professional! We were in need of an inspection, and they came the next day to get it done. We had the report with on a few hours of the inspection being completed!!! Derek Taylor with B&A was amazing. We reached out to a couple of roofers before using B&A, and one ghosted us and the other didn't show up to inspection appointments despite assuring us they would.
