The Home Depot - Vicksburg, MS

Hi i came in yesterday looking for some stuff and before i could think to myself i need to find an employee one found me she was a lot of help i just couldn't believe they didnt give ariel a raise shes so kind and helpful the only problem i could find was which washer i should get

I just came from home depot in vicksburg, ms and had the kindest, , friendliest , most professional employee name JENNIFER at the front desk wait on me. Returning two chairs i bought online at home depot,i figured it would be difficult. Not so with her!! She knew exactly what to do and even unloaded the heavy chairs from my-vehicle!! Jennifer, you are what its all about with your smile and caring attitude!!! Thank you for helping me out!!

As I was Checking out I met Sandy & Katiya . I sat there and laughed with them for about 5 mins almost forgetting what I was primarily there for. Either Home Depot got genuine workers, or maybe it’s just the income tax season behavior.

This particular home Depot is showing improvement in quality service. However, there is still room for improvement. Still requires extended wait periods for customer service attendant. Getting better.

Joe in the parking lot deserves a raise. He went out of his way to offer to help us load our trailer. Super grateful for his help!

The first time I been back to Home Depot since I been out the nursing home after three years after a spinal stroke, it was nice to see the Christmas decorations...

Stayed in appliances waiting for help 30 minutes listening to employees playing their loud music, talking, playing around....get to the Front of the store with 4 items (mind you others are checking out too who didn't have returns) to check out at customer service where I've checked out many times before only to be told "This is customer service, you can check out in lawn and garden or walk to the other end of the of the store" lawn & garden was closed! Home Depots lazy cashier lady elected to have us take our business elsewhere

After spending a thousand dollars on a tool box you would think that someone would help load it. The young men in the store looked at my husband when he said he needed help loading it and just laughed , said ok and walked off. The oldest man working there came running across the parking lot to help. This generation needs to wake up. I wish I had his name. Because he was the best !

Excellent service from the manager and associates. True Southern hospitality and a lot of courtesy by everyone working at Vicksburg, Mississippi Home Depot. Not the same treatment at Monroe, Louisiana Home Depot.

Love the app. Tells me exactly where to go in store including a map of my store. Made my trip 10 min long.

Staff are very professional and helpful when you can find someone. My only complaint is that th we store is understaffed.

Has most of what I need but offbrand labels. Do you think I could find a Stanley hammer? Nope. Just a reasonable Chinese facsimile. The world moves on leaving us old-schoolers behind.

Had the best experience ever during this visit, an employee named Larry was very helpful in finding everything I need right down to the bin number... Now that's customer service

We went to HD two days in a row. The first day we went, the night crew (mostly young men) was very helpful and nice. I had to go back the next day during the day, and I'm handicapped, and none of the day shift (young ladies) asked or stepped forward to assist me. They were all too busy looking at their cellphones. I was highly disappointed that no one asked if I needed help.

I'm always in here and very seldom do they not have what I need normally they always got what I got to have

I went into the Vicksburg, MS store to have 2 keys made on 03/13/2022, as I walked over to and stood by the key machine 3 employees to include one that was at the self-check-out registers behind me ignored me. After the 2 employees walked right by me giggling and laughing between each other I turned to the employee at the self-check-out registers and asked for assistance (I thought that it was supposed to be the other way around). She then came over to assist and cut the needed 2 keys as requested. Once she was done cutting the keys, she wouldn’t hand me the keys to go to checkout. She kept the 2 new keys and held my original key hostage as she walked me over to the self-checkout.

She asked me if I would be paying cash or credit and I told her credit, she still held onto all the keys and scanned them in herself instead of allowing me to scan them in like I’ve done many times in the past. After she scanned them in, she still pulled them away from me as I stepped closer to the register to pay. Once she saw the look on my face, she then placed them on the register, and I paid and walked out. If this is the treatment that I’m going to receive whenever I attempt to purchase items from Home Depot, I’ll make the 40-minute drive to Lowe’s and give them my business instead.
