A few years ago Vicksburg Roofing installed a new roof on our home, well a few weeks ago there was a wind storm that passed through Vicksburg and I lost a few shingles. I called Mr. Todd and explained to him what happened and he told me that my warranty was up but because of how pleasant and nice I was as a customer, he'd come by and look at the roof. Had some water blow in due to high winds and heavy rain. I called and the owner of the company called me back the same day , which was a very refreshing change. Spoke with Vicksburg roofing for rafter replacement, but company did not provide that service. He was helpful in sharing with me some tidbit for hiring our next contractor. He pointed me to the state website for confirming roofer is licensed roofer as well as calling me back and letting me know they mainly perform roofing installation.

My experience with Vicksburg Roofing, Inc. was a blessing. I didn't know anything about roofing and I called myself getting estimates from different roofers and majority of them wanted to receive half of the payment upfront and told me a price. My heart wouldn't settle for any of them but some how I came across Vicksburg Roofing, Inc. I called and asked for Mr. Todd and the rest was history. Mr. Todd came out we talked, he walked me through the process and made sure I understood what was going on, how it was going to be done, when he/his staff would start, how long the process would take but most of all I didn't have to pay an upfront cost!! Mr. Todd worked with me and the Insurance Company (even though it was a hassle), he was very patient. He explained to me that he wants to make sure I am satisfied with the job and LORD KNOWS I WAS!!! I contacted Vicksburg Roofing this morning (1/12/22) in dire need of supplies to complete a job. Todd Montpelier had the supplies I needed on hand and was even willing to meet me with them. Being this was the first time of doing business with this company, I honestly didn't expect the "above and beyond" service that we received. A company willing to do this these days is rare to say the least. I can't express in words how much this meant to me and my company.

Have attempted to use the business on numerous occasions over several years. Each and every time I have tried to make contact, NO ONE answers the phone listed on the website or responds to the email notification, aside from the "We'll be in touch" auto response. Hard to judge work when they are contact "ghosts". Good luck using them.

My experience with Vicksburg Roofing was awesome. They were on time, polite, had great pricing for the Architectural Shingles, and the warranty for installation was great. They also did a super job with the clean up. Todd also communicated with my insurance adjuster because their first measurement costs was off by about $3,000 dollars.

Recent storms damaged our metal roofing. After calling around to get quotes and several no call backs... We received a return call and also came out to look at the same day. I got in touch with Todd about a persistent leak in my roof and within a few days he had diagnosed the issue and had it fully repaired, and even identified and trimmed back some tress that could cause more problems with my roof. Todd and his crew replaced the roof on our Tiffintown Road house on March 12, 2025, which involved extensive repair, and they did such a wonderful, professional job we were even more impressed than before. They placed tarps around the house and their cleanup job was so good, the grounds around the house looked better when they were done than when they arrived! They did a fantastic job replacing my roof. I had previously replaced the roof about 7 years prior and had issues so I contacted several contractors and asked questions about a particular difficult section of my roof. Todd was able to explain in plain English how he would deal with that section. They were very timely it getting the work done and left the yard cleaner than before they started. They didn't cut any corners and replace all the bad plywood that the previous company just covered over.
I would definitely use Vicksburg Roofing again and will most likely be calling for gutters this summer.
