TRULY professional and eager to work!!
They were done with our roof in two days. Cleanup was a top-notch job. I found no more than six rogue nails on the property. A referral was furnished for new gutters and they were also an eager and professional crew. ANY of your contracting needs can be meet through their network - outdoor construction?, plumbing?, carpentry?, you name it, dey got a guy!! I WILL be reaching out to MS Premier Roofing and Remodel for future projects and I sing their praises when one asks.

There aren’t enough words to express how proud we are with choosing Ms Premier. They have chosen men that work with a smile and at the end of the day when they finish they play ball with my boys. Even question I had was answered or let me get back with the answer from Josh. We recommend them +5 and more. The roof is beautiful and they made our house look beautiful with it.

MS Premier did the roofs on both my mom’s house and mine and did an excellent job on both. They also replaced the siding on my mom’s house. MS Premier did an outstanding job and was very courteous. Cleaned up very well also.

Josh and his team replaced the roof, fascia, repaired doors and siding all within budget. I would highly recommend him and his team. Four and half stars cause no one is perfect

MS Premier Roofing & Remodel made getting my roof replaced a snap! Josh was well-informed about all of the materials and processes that were necessary to get the job done. He was also very knowledgeable about the insurance side of having a roof replaced. When he came to inspect, he explained their process thoroughly. He showed me exactly what pieces would or would not be replaced so that there would be no surprises for me when the project was finished. The crew that came to my house was extremely respectful of my property and worked very quickly. Truth be told, they left my yard cleaner that it was when they arrived. No pieces of roofing, nails or trash were left behind. They also put all of my porch furniture back where it belonged when they were finished. I highly recommend this company!

They were dead on about start and finish dates. One day all was complete, all debris removed, and any remnants of roofing removed. We just had a very hard blowing thunderstorm pass over and guess what, no leaks.
Zack Montpelier was who we worked with setting everything together. He was ace at regulating the dates, times, and checking weather predictions so there were no problems. Also the roof looks fantastic and a testament to their professionalism. I would recommend them to everyone.

Josh did an AMAZING job with our roof and our garage reconstruction. I cannot say enough good things about his company. Backstory: We were devastated when a tree fell on our home in a historic area in Jackson, MS as our roof was original to the house. Josh worked so hard on all of the repairs and re-construction and we could not be happier with the final product. Seriously, it looks amazing; ask him which house and you can do a drive by yourself. As soon as that project was complete another tree fell on our garage. He had the garage repairs completed in no time and I am honestly happy a tree fell on it because it looks so much better now. If you are in need of any roof replacement or repair call Josh!

Called Josh at 9:00 AM for falling gutters by 11:00 his crew had the issue fixed and my problem solved. Would recommend for any of your home needs.

The folks MS premier roofing took care of me and my property and help me add equality to my home! I want to give special thanks to CJ Peoples. He coordinated talking with my insurance adjustor, getting measurements, ordering materials, getting my house on the schedule, everything I needed to get set up for new roof. The best part of it was that I was not even in town for the whole process. I was able to come after the roof was installed. CJ keep me updated through the whole installation process so when I came back, nothing was a surprise and everything was how we discussed. I was thoroughly impressed with how hands off I was and how little coordination feel on me. CJ took care of everything as if it was his property! Can not thank MS premier roof enough for how easy the process was!

Beware of Unlicensed Practices by MS Roofing & Remodel

After a representative from MS Roofing & Remodel knocked on my door, claiming their business was licensed and had been operational for six years, I felt it necessary to conduct my own research before engaging their services. Unfortunately, what I discovered was deeply concerning. According to the Mississippi Board of Contractors, MS Roofing & Remodel has never applied for a license, let alone received one. This contradicts the information provided by their representative at my doorstep. Further investigation with the Secretary of State revealed that the company has only been registered with the state since 12/22/23, which is just a few short months ago. This is a stark contrast to the six years of operation they claimed to have.

Given these findings, I am compelled to file a complaint with the Mississippi Board of Contractors to ensure that potential customers are protected from such misleading and potentially harmful business practices. I strongly urge others to do their due diligence and verify the credentials of any service provider, especially when claims seem too good to be true. It’s crucial to protect yourself and your property by ensuring you’re dealing with reputable and properly licensed professionals.

Josh is an experienced, energized, dependable, and motivated roofer and business owner. He is always up to date with the latest technology in the industry, always making sure he has the best tools and resources to help his clients. There is no one else in this business that I know who will get the job done not only in an efficient way but also in an honest way. He will go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of.
