Do not buy your appliances from this store. They have the worst install crew that has ever been assembled. They came 3 times and the last time I told them to get out of my house. They make up excuses as to why they can't install an appliance. Came 3 times and had excuses all 3 times. I finally hooked up the dishwasher myself after I told them to get out.
1 of the guys said don't walk up on me because I'm from Memphis.I guess they hire a bunch of wanna be gangsters from Memphis. You don't want these people to know where you live. They also ran the box truck through my neighbors yard and left ruts in it. It's absolutely amazing how inept their delivery people are.

Had an amazing experience at Oxford Home Depot. J.W. stayed right with me and sO helped me while I picked out all of the light fixtures and fans for my new house. He was invaluable. John W. was so kind and totally amazingly helpful as well.

I had a very unique request when I visited the HD in Oxford. I had searched everywhere for a box large enough to ship a bouncy house in but had not luck. So I was doubtful that HD could help me either. I asked a very polite and patient employee by the name of Roy if he might have any suggestions for what I could do. He checked the entire supply of boxes available and decided there was not one large enough for my item. He suggested and showed me how to take two of the largest boxes they had and make it into one. This was way above and beyond what I would have expected. Thank you to Roy for helping me out.

As far as this particular Home Depot goes - the employees are SO kind. I went in for a pretty big shopping trip and in my 45 minutes there was probably asked if I needed help or was doing okay 10-15 times. Very helpful employees. Feels like management is doing a good job here!

Sold me a lawn mower. Lasted 2hour.. took it back received another lawn mower and it broke after 3 hours of run time. Been in the shop last 14 months. Still waiting on it to be fixed. 500.00 dollars for the lawnmower I paid for. Do not buy anything from them they will not honor what they sell.

Ordered a refrigerator on May 25 for home delivery. Order was marked undeliverable the first try. Second try they dropped of the dishwasher, no refrigerator, told us they didn't have it on the truck and would reschedule. After calling SEVERAL times to find out what was going on with our order, and my husband receiving an email that the refrigerator was refunded, found out from the "store manager" Iris that the order was actually cancelled by their "third party service" late last night. We never asked for the order to be cancelled. We asked for our fridge to be delivered. Was offered $$ off for the inconvenience, however, have to call in to get said "discount", and now our order has been cancelled. Then Iris tells us that we have to go BACK in store (45 minutes away) in order for her to process our refund. Really Home Depot? It's 2024. Update your "policy" already. Never EVER again will we use them for any services. Not only have we not had our calls returned, but the customer service in general has been extremely time consuming to even talk with a person and then the people you do talk to lie about what's really going on. As large of a company as this is, you would think that store managers would be held to a higher standard as far as attitude and customer service in general. Iris, was not very nice. Neither was I once she started getting rude with me, after telling my husband 3 times she would call him back and never did. As it stands, It's June 6, no refrigerator, and don't know when I can make it back up to Home Depot to get our refund. Extremely inconvenient. How do you approve a cancellation when you have not even spoken to the customer? Make it make sense!

Well, Home Depot is great, especially their home delivery! Until you have a condo on a top floor, you choose direct delivery, but they won’t bring it in. It’s great! Unless you have a bum knee and the driver doesn’t even bother to call and your product is just left out in the elements and messed with. Such amazing service!

This Home Depot is nice. The customer service is pretty good as well. However, on this day, like many others, they were out of what we needed.

I have given Home Depot 3 stars because every time I come into this place it is extremely hard to find someone to help me when I have questions about a product or need assistance finding a product, and most of the time I am treated rudely by the staff there are only 3 people that haven't treated me rudely and that is the staff at the registers or self check out which I hate and should be done away with because it is driving up cost because people use the self check out to steal from the stores that use them.

90 procent of a stores loss is because they have self checkout stations and I have seen even with staff staning near by people have faked scanning an item and put these items in their carts, not only that if I wanted to work for Home Depot I would apply for a job there, so do one of two things either completely do away with this theft system or start giving every customer that uses the self checkout system even if they get a veterans, first responder, or a pro discount a 15% discount for doing the employees that Home Depot should have hired to check us out

Associates do not want to help. They run away from you. Specially the one who knows their department, don't have the eagerness to help. At the cash register they are all good and they greet you well.. The professional associates do have knowledge of the products and I can tell you that by my past experience but, the willingness to help the customer is simply not there. Especially the Electric and Plumbing department.
