Pros: Their wood & studs cost to build a new house is lower than other hardware store,
Cons: the wood studs, sidings materials …. are stored on exterior field without any roof to cover them from rain, some may look old, some has mold on it. They will replace them per my request, but it will delay construction crews, therefore they went ahead using old wood without waiting for new replacement.
