Vincent at your Uniontown store is amazing. I hope you give him a raise. We needed help with getting electrical wire. He was the first employee I could find. He was already helping a customer in the flooring section. I asked, when he was done, if he could help us out. He said sure as soon as he was done. I walked back over toward the wire section and before I got there I heard him make a call over the intercom that we needed help and available employees should come to the wire section. Well,
I watched 5 other employees come and look down the aisle where we were standing. They were talking with each other. We stood there about 10 to 15 minutes. Then Vincent comes around the corner just to check to see if we were helped. He was very helpful and got us the supplies we needed. Talking to him I learned he was scheduled in the paint department tonight. He seemed to go above and beyond. He was even rerolling some of the wires that were sticking out because they were not rolled back up correctly. I hope you recognize him in some way and give him a raise.

Just wanted to say , that my boyfriend and self are in there just about every single day . Spending money , every single time we enter that store . Go In today , with sweat shorts on “ carrying my vape “ in my pocket per usual . Got followed and watched , basically accused of stealing because they seen that I had my vape in my shorts pocket . Had also made that obvious before exiting the store . I guess jealousy must have been the issue . Thanks for reading!

I work here part-time in Customer Service, and I was surprised at how hard these people work! They go to extremes to ensure customer satisfaction! The entire staff are helpful and knowledgeable.

I rented a drain camera and a jackhammer. Kat in the rental department was more than helpful. Computers went down in a freak accident but Kat went above and beyond to get everybody back on track. Turned it into a quick and easy experience! This is my rental spot now.

Everytime I come here, I have to wait for someone. I stand around and walk around and no body ask me if I need help. When I say yes he says let me get someone. Then I wait. I get tired of waiting. I'm done. I see alot of guys standing and talking. My time is worth something, too.

It is always easy and convenient to rent tools. The prices are reasonable, and a wide variety for all needs Commercial and residential.

I’m at Home Depot a few times a week and they are always helpful and and have what I need and there prices are the best in the Uniontown area! Great people to deal with all the time

Originally the store in general is great the people that work there are great now when you go to the rental department that's a whole different story. There is a lady there named Kathleen she is one of the most ignorant people I have come across I referenced a lady to come up there to rent equipment and I was there also and the lady that I brought their couldn't believe the way the lady was talking and acting she should be ashamed of herself. I'm willing to guarantee this lady spoke to a lot of your customers and I'll guarantee you you've lost a lot of customers.

It's a shame there is no one at the register to check you out if you're one end of the store you have to walk completely to the under other end of the store to check out why this is no one knows but it's not a happy experience going to shop here I would recommend going to a small business owner
