Jim, Joanne, Keith and Grace are all ROCKSTARS when it comes to customer service... I was a very frazzled customer who was attempting a DIY very much out of her field and was very much on my last leg before calling a professional ($$$) they sent me on a course of calmness, direction and effective action. As a team they all made sure that I left with the correct part that I needed for my situation. Jim has the plumbing expertise and Joanne has such a calm demeanor about her it really turned my day around. Thank you all!

Another huge box store. Employees won't go out of there way to help you. But the cashiers will hover all over you at the checkout

Went to Littleton today to buy a shower door and a screen door. The gentleman sitting at the desk doing nothing told us to go and stand in aisle 29. I guess the jokes on us because we stood there waiting. Nice customer service. Thank God Lowes was next door so we could get what we needed.

Terrible customer service after 15 years of being a loyal customer…
To upper management at the corporate office…
I cannot tell you how terrible my experience was with Home Depot in Littleton, New Hampshire today…I was a given delivery date on some wood pellets … I took the day off from work and received several emails that my order was out for delivery…15 minutes before the order arrived I got an email 1/4 pallets of pellets were being delivered. The driver came, struggled to get 1 pallet of pellets of the truck and tore up my grass while doing so…I called the store, got the run around from customer service, waited on the phone for more than 15 minutes and never spoke with anyone.l drove to the store and requested to speak with a manager in person after being told how short staffed the store is and how I wasn’t the only unhappy customer with the delivery service.. Well how about fixing the issues!!!!???All I needed was to be contacted about my order so I could have went to work .Now I’ll have to take another day off to get the rest of my order as I will be present when the driver drops off my order. I was very angry when one of the associates suggested I could go elsewhere.. well next year I will!!!.If this store continues to treat customers this way, they might find themselves out of business! I don’t want any compensation, just to be treated with respect & common courtesy! Something that seems to be lacking at this place of business!

I'll never shop here again. Loss and prevention stopped me in greenhouse.Took lag screws, cement board screws and a package of razor blades. Out of my cart as I headed outside towards veggies. Then the loss and prevention guy proceeded to try and act un-obvious (he wasn't)while he watched me like a hawk as I shopped. You guys really suck a picking criminals. You lost my business. I spent my money at Lowes. Youre wanna be cops loss and prevention dept. Needs lots of help and training. Disgusting behavior on their part!

This was our first stop during our DIY bedroom renovation. They had everything we needed. The staff was exceptionally helpful in finding exactly what we were looking for, for our two pocket doors, trim, paint, studs, paneling, spackle, flooring, you name it. They even went above and beyond to help me with a return, as some of the trim peices I purchased were so warped I could not use them, and I had even lost the receipt. I don't know what the man's name was at customer service, but I felt like hugging him after got the return accomplished.

We shop here for our supply needs as painters and for home needs. Have not been impressed with their "warranty " on appliances. Very difficult to actually get help on what we paid extra for. Have had missing pieces on very expensive equipment and they always try to blame someone else for the error. The young girl in the paint area needs a lesson on hygiene as her body odor is truly nauseating. I avoid going here unless I need a specific item.

A lot of selection and no tax. There was an employee who said he was terminally ill and he was the one to help get down some heavy cabinets from a high shelf. I felt terrible for this guy and he had to stop and use an inhaler every few minutes. After about 10 minutes of searching I found an employee to help assist this employee and felt relieved for this man. I think they should have him doing something not so physical.

Sanjiv helped me with my online order. He found the items and loaded them on a cart for me while I went to pick up a item in the store. When I came back everything was set and ready for me to go. I checked out quickly with my additional item purchased and was on my way. Great customer service. Thanks Sanjiv!

You can walk around aimlessly trying to find an employee to help you. If you're lucky enough to find an employee there is usually two or three of them talking to each other ignoring the customer and having a negative conversation about other employees or their job. I shop at Lowe's

I needed something off the top shelf. Asked for help from an employee roaming the store and he told me it would take 10 minutes. About 20 minutes pass and I go to customer service. Service desk had no idea what I was talking about. So the service desk begins to again ask someone to come help me. They again tell me it will be 10 minutes. Another 40 minutes pass. Had to ask a third time. Then proceeded to wait another 20 minutes. I waited a total of an hour and 20 minutes for help. I would have just left but I needed the product and the closest other store that sold it was far. I understand short staffing, and being busy. (The store was not busy btw) But this seemed as though it was just a clear lack of communication. No one seemed to really care I was waiting. Stood near the service desk and no one would even make eye contacts with me. The man who did end up helping me did not even apologize, nothing. I do give props to one employee who really vouched for me on the third time. but this was just ridiculous. I never write reviews but just a fair warning if you need help at this store be prepared to wait a while. Not to mention I had my thanksgiving groceries sitting in the car. Extremely frustrating.

My water pressure tank failed so I went to Home Depot in Littleton for a replacement tank. JIM helped me find everything I needed to plum up the new tank in just 1 trip to the store! Thank god for JIM! GIVE THAT MAN A RAISE!

Over the last 5 years I have spent probably $10,000 at this location. Not anymore. Selection is horrible. Wood is warped, damaged, and no stock. Aisles are half full of merchandise not put away. Worst part is customer service and conduct by associates. They are for the most part rude, self-centered, discourteous, and predujical. Unless you look like a local or they know you are they will treat you like you don’t matter. I will drive the extra 180 miles to shop in the Tilton store where it is fully stocked and there is a base level of customer skills:

I have called them numerous times it takes forever for someone to answer the phone you asked to be transferred to a different department you get transferred and it just keeps ringing and then it seems like someone picks it up and then hangs up on you. In-store help is excellent but don’t try to call because you won’t get anywhere. Very disappointed.

10/2024: since my negative review in March I have noticed several changes for the better at Home Depot; firstly nothing is blocking the on-line-pick-up lockers, service has felt better and the aisles are less cluttered; I definitely prefer the Home Depot in Littleton to the Lowes in Littleton.

3/25/24: I went to pick up an online order, they have electric wheelchairs charging in front of the location to put in your pin so you can get your merchandise out of the locker.

Staff was not helpful, although the store was almost empty, every time I saw someone they started walking away to go and talk to another staff person .. it's not easy finding things, maybe they could have a couple people at the door to help people find things, maybe when staff sees a customer they can ask if they need help ... So I dropped my score to 4-stars.

Well organized and stocked.
Very helpful staff, especially Stephen G. In the appliance department; he was above and beyond; we appreciated his help, time and expertise!

We had a washer and dryer delivered and it was perfect; Zack and Sebastian were awesome; they loaded the 2 machines exactly how we wanted them with diligence and care and they gave us instructions on how to run them (run the drier for 1 hour to burn off manufacturing fumes) and they started it prior to leaving. Really excellent service!

... Pretty messy aisles ...

Called store trying to ask a question. Automated answering machine. Then I let it ring for ten minutes trying to get a person. Apparently no one knows how to answer the phone down there unless they are standing in front of you trying there best not to do there jobs.

My husband and I use this place for our Company and we spend thousands of dollars a day, the place is clean and usually have everything we need for our cleaning and contracting needs, we are Pro members and most of the pro members are absolutely wonderful, but there is one young lady that likes to hand out her phone number to married me and get their numbers and call them, I believe that is highly unacceptable and she shouldn't be allowed to work in the pro desk and get their numbers to call them she is absolutely inappropriate. The store needs to do better.
