Colby and his guys did a great job. We had them do a full exterior stain to our log cabin, porch, and deck. They chinked the gaps in the logs, sealed windows, etc. It looks fantastic and they were meticulous in cleaning up and putting everything they moved back in the right spots. Colby always kept us updated on his schedule and progress. We would definitely recommend.

We recently had our entire condo at South Peak painted, including the interior doors. Colby and his team did a great job! Our job consisted of trim, ceilings, walls, and interior doors. We are not the original owners but suspect it wasn't painted since 2007, when they were built. They started by taking pictures of our decorations and wall art, so they would be the same way we left them, before removing and covering the entire unit room by room. The doors were painted in our garage, which was also protected prior to starting. They repaired nail pops and other things they found; it was days before a brush or roller touched the walls. In other words, they took their time and didn't rush. Any questions we had, were answered promptly. We couldn't be happier with the result! We would definitely recommend Moosehead Painting!

Moosehead Painting is a professionally run company, from the initial quoting process through scheduling, job performance, and clean-up. A paint job has many parts and it’s nice to find a company that excels at each aspect. Ours was an interior bedroom, two bathrooms, and a ceiling touch up. They came in (on time every day) and placed protective covering over carpet, floors, and furniture…then removed everything from the walls that were to be painted…after taking photos so they would know how to put it all back together as they found it. Surface prep was meticulous, it was a day and a half before a paint brush came out! The finished job was outstanding and far better than we anticipated. I could go on with more details about their excellent workmanship and customer service, but this review would pale in comparison to the quality of their work. Call them right away if you need painting, word is getting out and they’re booking fast.

We were very impressed with the end result. Communication with Colby and company was excellent. They really had a battle with rain this summer. We had planned on being home during the projected time frame they were working but the weather forced delay. When we were traveling during part of the project we were provided a daily update with pictures on the progress. Just a really great company to do business with.

Colby (owner) is very responsive, sets expectations (i.e. weather delays), and is on-time, prompt, and doesn't mess around. He is also very accommodating with options, colors, and quality stains. He set the expectation at the beginning of every day and ensured that I did a walk through with him at the end of every day and if I wasn't there he would send me an update. You can probably get less expensive painters but you get what you pay for and Moosehead Paining is worth every penny. He uses top quality products and stands behind his work. We hired Colby and his team to paint the interior of our condo in NH. We were concerned about taking on a project like this from far away. However, Colby’s professionalism immediately put our concerns to rest. The project came with a clear timeline, detailed process, and consistent communication. Working with Moosehead Painting was like a breath of fresh air. From the beginning, we felt like the project was in capable hands and Colby proved us right.

Colby and crew just finished a beautiful job of priming and applying two coats of paint to our oversized garage and the second story above the garage. The entire Moosehead painting team is a professional well oiled machine. Along with being pleasant and punctual, they were receptive to our ideas and likewise provided their perspective honed from experience. . It’s rare these days to find service with this attention to detail; along with a reasonable price.

From start to finish our experience with Moosehead Painting was exceptional. The company did both full exterior and interior painting of our new home. They are experts in their craft and demonstrated professionalism and acumen in their business dealings.

We met with Chase initially at the house, but we did much of the planning and watched the exterior job by telephone/zoom from our home in the Midwest. Chase returned our calls promptly and with any information we needed. His quoting and time estimates were accurate resulting in no surprise up-charges or time extension for the projects. Detailed accounting by hours, room, and individual staff member was maintained. Staff was on time and cleaned up every day. They were hard-working, pleasant, and professional. At the conclusion of the job there was a final cleaning and removal of all materials and debris. Paint formulas were recorded, and leftover paints were clearly labeled and stored as requested.

The exterior job required a full power wash of the cedar siding and application of color-matched stain. The interior job was paint over darker colors and included two-story rooms and high stairwells. Their prep work was thorough, and our walls look like new. Both paint jobs are excellent down to the inch of caulking and cutting into wood trim, stone backsplashes, and counters. Both jobs were finished on the date promised. In the case of the interior, that was planned to be several days before the arrival of our extended family, so we were especially appreciative of their accurate timing.

We are most pleased with Moosehead’s work and delighted to provide this unqualified recommendation of Moosehead Painting. If you are lucky enough to get on their schedule, hire them.

In summary, Colby and the team at Moosehead were great. Our project was large...about 2000 sft, all surfaces (ceiling, wall, trim, fixtures, equipment), multiple finishes, etc etc...very complex and they nailed it. Always here on time, and usually early. Finished on schedule, on budget (exactly on budget--no surprise up-charges) and quality was great. They came back as needed for touch-ups without complaint and didn't quit until everything was perfect. The whole team was professional as well; these guys clearly take their job seriously. Highly recommend...no need to keep looking for better painters.

Colby and the Moosehead Painting crew completely transformed our place. They painted all the walls, ceilings and trim and gave the entire interior the clean, modern look we were hoping for.

Everything was taken down from the walls-- old wallpaper trim, old window treatments, vertical blinds, mirrors-- the walls were completely smoothed out. After primer, the walls and ceilings were painted as many coats as needed until they looked beautiful.

Probably the most noticeable change is in the mudroom and stairwell where the unevenly stained gray shiplap walls and ceilings were painted a semi-gloss white. Now the entryway is bright and welcoming.

Colby said they were a full service paint crew, and they really were. They even came back after our flooring was put in to repair and paint all the baseboards.

A great paint job is well worth the extra cost. Don't cheap out on quality paint or a quality paint crew. We feel lucky that we were able to get on Moosehead Painting's schedule.

I cannot say enough great things about Moosehead Painting. They painted the living room, hallway and ceilings for us. The walls were older and needed some "love" before painting so colby and crew mudded walls and then sanded. They used sanders attached to a vacuum which resulted in no dust anywhere in the house! After painting walls, they now look like brand new!! They exceeded my expectations.. From Colby to Bryce and the entire crew they were all very professional, courteous and punctual. They are now my go to painting company.

We had the house in NH painted and the previous painter took the money and did a terrible job and never did the outside like promised. He held us up for two seasons with promises. We reached out to the moosehead and they came and did an incredible job. They were on schedule and went above and beyond. The inside of both places looks incredible and they cleaned snd out everything back as it was. I would recommend them to anyone doing work. Moosehead Painting, led by Colby, did a fabulous job repairing walls and ceilings, then painting our four level condo in Waterville Valley. He and his crew covered/protected our items,/carpets, etc; prepped and painted; and then put everything back. And was right on schedule so he didn't disrupt our lives. The paint job was clean and beautiful -- and it included pulling down popcorn ceiling and repairing water damage. We just had Colby & team paint our house in North Woodstock (interior--including doors, trim, ceiling, walls) and they did a fantastic job from pre-painting (proposal, pricing, figuring out paint type for different rooms), walking us through the prep process, and finishing/cleaning up. The team is super professional--they covered every square inch of the flooring and fixtures, furniture and took care to clean up--not a drop of stray paint anywhere! They were courteous, efficient (finished ahead of schedule--who has ever heard of a contractor finishing ahead of time???) And they love what they do. If you're so lucky to get on Colby's schedule, do it, even if it means staring at ugly walls in the meantime--worth the wait!

We had trouble finding a qualified company to work on our Metal Roof. I reached out to many and did not feel comfortable with their responses. I was fortunate enough to stop at a house which was just finished and the work was impeccable. So I asked them who did the work, and Colby's name was introduced to me. Well, to say the least, we were not dissappointed. Actually, I was really relieved to say that his communications skills with the customer were the best of any contractor I've used in our second home in NH or our primary home in Ma. This proved to be extremely helpful when working with someone remotely. At the end of the job, I was also able to meet his partner, Bryce, and he was equally sharp and on target with recommendations and his customer acumen. They are passionate about their work, their customers and their reputation. I would highly recommend this team to do any work on any property and also trust their recommendations of other contractors in the Linclon NH area.
