Monika was a godsend for us. We had to make 2 trips for kerosene to keep our pipes from bursting. Her knowledge and professionalism was top notch.

Went in today to pick up some ice melt they store outside. It was cold about 2 degrees out. All the ice melt was nicely organized and bags were clean and dry so it was easy to pick up out front with my truck. Very organized and nicely stacked. The cashier attendant offered to help me load it was very nice of her to offer. I love being able to come into the local store when I need something rather than drive a half hour to the big box hardware store. Keep up the great work and give that you lady a nice holiday bonus...!

Sarah is an amazing employee .... friendly, professional, and lugged five 80 pound bags of concrete mix to my truck .... meanwhile the man working there Saturday morning was rude to me when I asked where concrete was, he said something snarky and turned back to chat with the local he was mixing paint for .... he could have asked me to wait till he was done, could have verbally told me while the paint mixed, but he had no interest in customer service .... and where was he when grunt work needed to be done?

I wanted to have paint mixed to match a wood sample. The staff did a great job in recommending the paint and creating an outstanding match

Candice the manager and her whole team are just wonderful. very knowledgeable of the products and just a pleasure to deal with.
