The Home Depot - Greenfield, MA

The sales associates are very incompetent. Don't buy any appliances from here! We bought a washer dryer in person on the 23rd of February. We specifically told them we were going to be stacking the washer and dryer and we're not told we would need a stacking kit. The associates are clearly not well trained and entirely incompetent. The delivery guys who came to install are incredibly rude, they say awful things about you in Spanish (I understand a bit of Spanish especially the bad words), and they were not at all careful with the install I was so afraid they were going to break the washer. We couldn't even get the dryer installed because we didn't have the stacking kit because for some reason home Depot doesn't care if they're selling you products you don't have all the tools for and won't tell you that they're needed. GO TO LOWER THEY HELPED US AND WERE SO SO KIND! The associates there even have their own home Depot horror stories so clearly this is not a one off event! They said home Depot does this ALL THE TIME!

That guy in the front knows where's everything is and is the best employee there. If he's not there I'm shopping at tractor supply.

Rei and Lee at this location tried to help me for a full hour to find a tool pack that they only had one of, I was so impressed by how hard they tried the entire time, they were helpful as I was anxious about getting the right thing, and unbelievable at customer service, walked me through the products, knew where everything was. They were great, and Eric cashed me out at the end, he was very kind, and helped me find the best way to show appreciation for the awesome crew there.

I have been undergoing deep renovations on a unit in my house recently, and it has led me to visit the Home Depot in Greenfield almost daily. From the very first visit, I was struck by the exceptional service and genuine warmth of the staff. Whether it's the friendly faces at the service desk, the helpful cashiers, or the knowledgeable folks who assist me in the aisles and at the pro desk, each interaction has been a positive experience.

What stands out the most is the people. They are not just employees but individuals who go out of their way to ensure I find what I need and more importantly, feel supported throughout my renovation journey. Their expertise has been invaluable, offering insights and advice that have saved me time and money.

I find myself looking forward to my visits, not just for the materials and tools I need, but because of the welcoming atmosphere created by the staff. They have turned what could have been a stressful series of visits into something I genuinely enjoy. Their dedication to customer service is commendable and deserves recognition.

Thank you, Home Depot Greenfield team, for consistently exceeding my expectations. You've made this renovation project a smoother and more enjoyable experience. I highly recommend this store to anyone in need of home improvement supplies, not just for the wide selection but for the outstanding service that makes each visit a pleasure.

This company's has garbage policy's. I had a $50 gift card, which fell out of my pocket or was stolen. I spoke to customer service and they said the card is looked at as cash and is not redeemable if lost. I followed-up about the receipt and they said it's looked at as the same thing. "A RECIEPT IS LOOKED AT AS CASH". lol, this company sucks and I hope it goes out of business.

I went in to purchase and finance and riding mower. Great customer service, quick and efficient. Devon at the front helped us from start to finish and was very cordial. Our delivery was speedy and exactly as expected. Will be conducting more business here for sure.

Just like any other Home Depot, has good stores in surrounding area. Real close by. Good staff, fast easy purchase and escape

Yesterday evening I went to PiNZ in the Hampshire Mall to enjoy a night of bowling with friends. unfortunately when we got there were told we could not bowl because the Greenfield Home Depot had rented out all the lanes. It was extremely disappointing and may impact my future shopping decisions. Thanks

POOR customer service! Elizabeth was very rude to us, we came 10 minutes before closing and asked for sample paint, she said ” it’s not the best time I have to ask my manager for overtime”. We still got the samples and it was 8:02 when she was finished , two minutes will not pay her more.

Everyone there is super helpful. I gave it 4 stars because they didn't have what I needed Bell & Howell rodent plug ins... the shelf was empty but a JD associate said there were more in the store but likely in back. I didn't have time to wait, as it's a long drive there and back from my home. They should have all that stocked during this time of year and kept up with.

I go to this Home Depot even though there are 2 closer because it has more items in stock and the employees are very helpful. Plentiful parking, not too busy and looks brand new. Often times in these box stores you can never find someone to help you. Shout out to Josef who helped me even though it wasn’t his department. He got someone to get the hydraulic ladder for a product I needed and stayed to the end to make sure I got what I needed. 5 star service.

Definitely one of the cleaner home depots I've ever been to it was a little cluttered at the time I visited but everyone was friendly and polite and that makes the biggest difference

5 stars of course I live here, only downside is I get tons of visiters so many that I had to hire volunteers to show them around they practically stealing everything at these prices

I think seven people ask me if I needed help because I'm a female and I knew exactly where it was going and what I was doing and I didn't need seven men to ask me what I needed

I would never recommend anyone to buy an appliance from home depot. They delivered 2 broken dryers and it took a month for both to show up atvmy house broken and now in the process to get a refund and its been a week and still no refund. Like i said i highly recommend going somewhere else

My mother and girlfriend brought me to Home Depot to get a sweet Ring Doorbell- One of the newer models. I couldn't have been happier to hangout with my mom and girl.

I was told my screen door that I bought from them was too old to replace the opening mechanism. I found something that I thought would work, the packaging was that molded plastic that you have to cut to open, They wouldn't let me return it, said the packaging was ruined. Well, if it was packaged to open....

The store staff is friendly however each time I go I need to find someone to help. When I do find someone if they can't help they immediated call to get it. It's my go to store fr alot of things, has been for years!
