After calling and scheduling, I was called twice and rescheduled twice, after which I spent a whole day waiting for someone to show up, no phone call, no notice, just totally abandoned the project. Very poor communication and an irritating interaction at best. Can't say anything about the quality of their work as they didn't even make an effort to show up.

JP George and Son recently insulated a rental property we own. We went through the MassSave program and working with JP George was the easiest part of the whole process. They were professional and worked quickly. When an unexpected issue arose Joey handled it quickly and transparently. The MassSave inspector also spoke very highly of the quality of the actual insulation work, which was great to hear since it would have been hard for me to assess.

The crew installed blown-in insulation and other weatherization features for me. They were friendly, neat and showed up on-time. Many other contractors had warned me that it would be inevitable that lots of my shingles would break in the process and they didn’t even break one! The owner was easy to schedule with and were able to get me in earlier than expected. They work with the MassSaves program, so would highly recommend using them directly as your preferred contractor!!

I had JP George and Sons blow insulation between the first and second floors of my 2 family house. They arrived on time and started work immediately. The crew set up a plastic wall down the center of my house to prevent the cellulose from blowing everywhere. When they were finished, the holes in the ceiling were neatly spackled and ready for paint. The rooms were completely clean when the crew left and the sound proofing between the apartments is excellent. Great company! 5 stars.

Joe George came on time as arranged as a Mass Saves contractor. My dad followed them around and loved every minute of it. My electric bill was cut in half!!! They found a huge leakage that caused our bonus room to be freezing or a sauna. It’s now comfortable all year. We had a problem with foam leaking in a register but it was rectified after a couple of phone calls. I’m single and have kids and I felt totally comfortable when they came to fix the second problem.
