I contacted this dealer spoke to a nice lady Danielle wo put me in contact with Tim Sullivan who was absolutely amazing and real he didn't try to push me into anything he was very helpful honest and upfront about everything which is unusual if you've ever tried buying a car before. Spent a month looking at more vehicles than I can count and visiting at least a dozen dealerships and these guys were hands down the best experience I had. Shane was filled with insight and walked me through all of the information on financing vs. leasing, talked about what can change the numbers, vehicle information and was just an all around kind, relatable guy. Of all the dealerships I went to, Shane was the only salesperson to make sure I was getting the vehicle for my budget and lifestyle. One thing I’ve always dreaded about salespersons is how quick they just want you to sign and spend, regardless of what you want and can comfortably afford. Shane is the best! To me, buying a car is about as much fun as getting a root canal. But Shane makes the experience as pleasant as it could be. He isn’t pushy, communicates through each step of the process and his sense of humor is unmatched.

I went into the Greenfield location to buy a new 2025 Toyota Tacoma and was left disgruntled by the behavior and attitude from management regarding my ability to pay for the vehicle. I went in there ready to purchase the truck. however I overheard the manager make comments to the salesperson on how I would have to put “a large amount of money down,” as though I did not have the means to afford the truck. I did not feel he needed to speak with such an attitude that suggested I was going in there with no means of payment. They also were unreasonably low and well under trade in value on my vehicle but was still more than able to put down over 70% of asking price with the trade in value they gave. I will say the salesperson was very friendly and nice but that is all I have to say nice about this location. I will not be returning to or recommending this location.

Greenfield Toyota has been incredibly helpful in both their service and sales department. I recently purchased first vehicle. A Tacoma I love and Greg could not have made it a smoother process.

I was contacted by Greg Corcoran and after playing phone tag, we connected. Greg informed me that management was very concerned about my review. I had a positive connection with Greg since I had purchased my Venza (great car) from him. I shared with Greg, my issues and he took them very seriously. He followed up, with the general manager present to share their concerns and desire to make it right and make any corrections necessary to prevent anything similar happening to me or another customer. This speaks volumes to me about the management of Greenfield Toyota! They really do care & it’s far more than lip service!

The are very unprofessional here. I wanted to have my transmission fluid change, i wnet and hook and d Diagnostic com
Puter up to my car and it says i need my transmission fluid changed. The will not help me unless i lay them 160$ Do hook their own diagnostic computer up and then another 500 to change the transmission fluid.
They will not work with you at all and are very rude. If someone wants something done to there car you tell them the price then do it. The refused to do what i asked , its my car not there .

I had a great experience purchasing a used 4Runner from Toyota of Greenfield. They responded almost immediately after I inquired online, and were very responsive with additional photos and information I requested. My sales person, Greg Corcoran, made the whole transaction easy, pressure-free, and convenient. I live out of state and the vehicle was delivered to me clean and fully serviced with all minor concerns addressed as promised. This place sets itself apart from typical dealerships and I would highly recommend them!

As always, service was courteous, my questions were patiently and clearly answered (for us non-mechanical people), and on time. Went in for my 20K maintenance and was presented with recommended options, but not pressured. By the way, when you buy new from Toyota, every 5K, basic, maintenance visit – up to 25K or 2 years, which ever comes first – is free. As are wiper blades and break pads, for life! Not a big deal perhaps, but it makes me happy none-the-less. This is my second new car from Cartelli and I'm very satisfied with the professionals who work there, as well as the respectful way I'm treated.

Finally I was able to buy the Jeep I’ve been wanting all my life, searched a little over 2yrs to find one that Toyota of Greenfield was advertising. So my husband made an appointment with me to go check it out. It was already lifted! Already wired for my Stereo & subs! Had a hard and soft top-
We test drove around the town, (wish we went on the highway)
Anyhow it was a Friday night, we live an hour South of Greenfield, so while
I waited for the Insurance to come through he had left.
An hour later I was able to get in MY new Jeep and travel on home.
About 5/10minutes into the drive on the highway I started to experience’ the “Death Wobble”. If you don’t know what this is, I you don’t ever have to find out.
2.5hours after leaving Greenfield with my Jeep, crying hysterically the whole way, when I pulled into our driveway I got out shaking and said we need to return this, I will never drive that thing again.
After talks with the dealership about this, they said basically not much! We then spoke to about 10people we personally know with Jeeps, 4 different tire shops and LOTS of online help EVERYONE said it happened because the lift is too high for the small regular tires that the dealership put on. ( Our salesman PROUDLY told us how he was the manager of the Jeep dealership in Greenfield, YET now I KNOW why he ISN’T !)
So I called a few times, and basically they did not want to take blame that basically they didn’t know what they were doing.
With a 4”lift-small tires don’t go together!

* I was basically told I was wrong, they didn’t do anything to fix that issue.
I paid $1,267.43 to get the correct tires.
After I got the right tires I never felt that “death wobble” again.
I’ve worked in car dealerships, with multiple roles, NEVER have I seen anything like this.
Also knowing the sales man WAS a manger at the Jeep Dealership in town, HE DEFINITELY SHOULD Have KNOWN.

I have NEVER been back to buy my other vehicles, had service done there, and I WILL NEVER EVER go here again.

So I showed interest in a Mazda CX-9 that they had but I was very clear with Greg (the person who sets up appointments) that I wanted a CX-9 but NOT the one in stock because it didn't meet my specifications but because I wanted to trade in my Tundra that got Greg's interest. He told me to come in so they could appraise my Tundra, I could take the CX-9 for a drive while they did that and then we could talk about what I wanted. Appointment day comes (less than 24 hours after talking to Greg), Greg hands me over to Mark. Mark walks us through the Ford showroom to get to the CX-9 and I mentioned to Mark that Ford screwed me over with their recall back in '13 and I'll never buy Ford again (Important to remember). I drive the CX-9 and come back thinking Mark knew I didn't plan to buy today at all. Well was he disappointed when I told him this one was missing this, this, and that and I wanted those things. He says he had something on the lot that "covers all of that plus some". He shows me A FORD!! I'm very disappointed that Greg didn't relay to Mark at all that I wasn't buying and I'm very disappointed that Mark tried to put me in a Ford after I told him never again...Just shows that they don't listen to your needs or wants at all

I've bought several cars in my life, but this was my first experience with a dealership. It's a long process, not to mention expensive, but the sales and finance guys I worked with, Greg and Ryan, were friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. These days it's important to me that the person across the desk is real, and cares about your needs, not just a robot or somebody trying to swindle you on behalf of The Company. I'd highly recommend these guys, and the best thing about a dealership is they save you a trip to the RMV and your insurance office, everything is processed right there day of! Hoping to have this Toyota a loooong time :)

In 2018, we bought a prius prime plug in from Jared. He was super knowledgeable, nice and friendly. We drove it for 6 wonderful years and decided to sell it. I work as a mechanic for an independent shop so being on the other side can be frustrating but never in my dealings with Greenfield has this been the case. Shane is super honest and way to work with. I knew the vehicle I was interested in, and had no difficulties. Needing service for my vehicle, when the phone system was down, Shane helped coordinate for timely scheduling. He’s ready to work with and cares about customer needs. So here’s my little story… We purchased a used 2023 4runner from Toyota of Greenfield. The title transfer process from the previous finance co. was taking longer than anticipated and, in the meantime, we put the cart before the horse and purchased a travel trailer and booked a campsite get-away. Shane Barbatos, our salesperson, actually initiated and arranged for a loaner to be delivered (a 2-hour drive) to my doorstep a brand-new Tacoma that we could use for our trip. We’ve purchased a lot of vehicles over the years and honestly, I can’t imagine any other car dealership would have done that! I recently bought a Rav4 Prime. Kellie Doel was my salesperson. She was great throughout the entire process. Over my years of car purchasing through several dealerships, I have cringed at this process -- not looking forward to the style of most salespeople who seem programmed not to really listen to the customer (but pretend they are listening), and do the sale as quickly as possible.
Kellie was a pleasant surprise, both knowledgeable, thorough, personable, and a good listener to customers' interests and needs. She took the time to hear what I wanted and what I didn't want in a RAV4, she worked with other Toyota staff whenever I had a question she couldn't answer directly, and she followed up with me by phone, text, or email throughout the process.
Overall, Kellie seems to enjoy her work and the pleasure of helping a customer get what best suits that customer.

All I can say is every car dealership should have a Shane!!! Shane made the whole experience of trading in my Corolla for a RAV4 so simple, easy, and seamless.
