The Home Depot - Humacao, PR

Absolutely terrible customer service, you walk in and employees looked at me, clearly waiting to be helped and they look the other way .

I stood in line for at least 8 minutes while 3 employees gossiped and one finally came up and started working the returns desk. I don’t know if maybe they were assigned a different department … regardless, their job is in customer service and at the very least they can do is acknowledge the customer and let them know someone will be right with you. NOT ignore you !!

I write this review because this is not the 1st time this happens to me at this location, it’s been 5 out of the 6 times I have been in there .

El peor servicio al cliente de todos los home depot.Ya van varias veces que voy y me pasa lo mismo, uno puede preguntar para que lo atiendan y te dicen que esa no es su area, luego de caminar 1 hora buscando a alguien el area que estas buscando sin ver a nadie. Muchos de los empleados no tienen ni el delantal puesto para poder identificar que son ellos. Cada vez que voy tengo q ir preparado para estar 2 horas o mas porque 1 hora y 30 minutos es buscando al personal que te tiene que facilitar algo. Es un desastre.

Camila was very helpful, i have a broken foot and did not realize curbside didnt open until 9am. She brought my items to my car and was very kind. This store always has friendly staff and I appreciate it a lot!

After years of chasing for service at these stores , suddenly yesterday I had constant service different passing by asking how could they help , honestly I was looking for the hidden cámara , but no ! It really happened !

I love my Home Depot I’m so glad that they opened one in Humacao City. This is like a toy shop for adults

Homedepot has always been our place for Just about everything. We purchased brand new washing machine Last year, and a brand new Freezer and they delivered each purchase on time and installed. Great Service!!

En Home Depot Humacao,P.R hoy abril 29, 2022 estuvimos esperando mucho tiempo para recibir servicio en el area de construcción lumber / madera. Unos asociados que se le pidió que ayuda nos dijeron que nos atendían después que ellos terminaran lo que estaban haciendo. Nunca recibimos la atención al cliente y nos fuimos. En esta tienda los clientes no son prioridad , ni por cortesía client first does not work here. Very rude and incompetent service. Half hour later still waiting.
I called client service here in the store personal didn’t bother to pickup phone.
Mayo 15,2025 continuan con el mismo modo de operar. Solicitas ayuda y se ven corriendo pero para no ayudar o simplemente llegan cuando espera un buen rato.
