I would very much recommend Safelite Auto Glass. As a small business owner, being so busy during this time of the year, it was extremely convenient to be able to have them come to my home to change my windshield on the weekend, and technician (Tony) was not only very friendly, but very professional also and he did a great job! Setting up the appointment was also very effortless and the price was good too.

I have had three appointments with no success of repairing my windshield. This shouldn’t be this difficult for a company that replaces windshields. Not only can they not complete service on my vehicle but I have had to drive over for service only to be disappointed. Taking multiple days off to not get service has been embarrassing for Safelite and a waste of my time.

An excellent experience. Replacement was scheduled quickly and was spot on time when I arrived. Great staff and they did a great job. Highly recommended for window replacement.

I was quoted nearly double from a local company and was shocked. I called Safelite. It was about half the price, very quick and accurate installation the very next day. Our technician was clean and kind.

Safelite got us on the schedule quickly to replace our windshield. They came out to our home, which was very convenient. Our technician, Matt, did a great job communicating when he would arrive, what he needed from us, and when he was finished. Overall, we are very happy with the customer service

This has to be one of the few auto glass shops that really put the customer first. They try diligently to stay on schedule and keep the wait time to a minimum. Very courteous and professional with exceptional service. Will definitely keep coming back here

Great work, quick and efficient. Will use them again if needed. Polite technicians and providing a windshield install with little effort on my part. The windshield looks great and they even cleaned my rear window. Thank you!!

Don't bother with these guys on older vehicles. They will come out rip off the weather stripping to deny the window repair and won't bother fixing it to make it drivable. This is the second terrible experience with them. I will never recommend them to anyone. Not to mention they was rude and safelite need to close this location or get better staff

We were traveling through and got a rock chip- called Safelite. The phone number for Twin Falls- actually took me to a corporate # where I was treated like I was stupid. She finally connected me to the local shop after telling me they would just kick me back to here. The guy who answered treated me like he couldn’t be bothered and quickly told me they couldn’t do a chip repair today and he proceeded to offer to look at tomorrow- clearly not having paid attention to my telling me that we needed to be 4 hours further down the road by nightfall. I finished the call and called NuVu Auto glass, an Idaho based company. I was treated with respect and courtesy and told I could drop in by and they would take care of it. We were there for about 30 minutes and back on the road again.
Safelite made the process complicated, unfriendly, and frustrated. I will never call Safelite again

My insurance company recommended me to these guys to have them come and fix our windshield that said this clary did not happen. They almost indicated like they didn’t have enough help to even get it done. Location is really in a downward spiral. I reached out to my insurance company and told them if they can’t recommend me a decent glass shop maybe I could start recommending, other people a better insurance company after that I immediately called my agent and told her to start marketing policy if they have to continue using these companies

The back glass on my truck was shattered. These guys got me an appointment quickly and had the replacement done in an hour and a half. They did a great job.

Disappointing customer care. I have been dealing with Safelite for years if not decades, across the US. They are my favorite and preferred. This Twin Falls location was no exception, except for today. I have dealt with them at this location in 4 years about half a dozen times. EVERYONE is fantastic, again with exception. They have always confirmed, this week was no exception, we figured out early in the week that I would make the appointment exactly on time and Dan persuaded me to reschedule. To my mistake when I rescheduled on my calendar, it was set to PST, so it went in my phone an hour later. Safelite has always confirmed and the reason I love them is the personalized customer service they have ALWAYS provided. Dan calls me 15 min after the appointment time, telling me they have to start on time and can no longer fit me in, then puts words in my mouth and says, “well you can’t drop off anytime within the 3 hours”, as if I was some entitled customer. I know my review won’t make a dent, I have been waiting since 5/29 to get my windshield replaced because I did not want to go with another provider. Now I will still go to Safelite,just now I have to drive to another city.

first time taking my truck for new windshield, I'm satisfied was done in the time manner they said.Matthew approach was positive an explain in detail how it went.future this is the place I will continue to go.

It was fast easy AND AFFORDABLE! They replaced a cracked passenger window that dealer wanted to charge just under $1200. Satellite was around $550. Just so you know, the glass was not OEM, but for the cost savings I can live with that@

Needed to have a rock chip repaired on my windshield. Never having had to have this done before I chose Safelite AutoGlass. What a mistake. Sure, they extracted the rock. But their so-called repair left the star pattern that I drove in with. They gave me an excuse that the result of their work was normal. I found out a couple of months later from another windshield repair shop that the star was still in my windshield because Safelite didn't have the proper equipment to repair my windshield. Do not take take your vehicle to Safelite AutoGlass. You have been warned.

Would give zero stars if that was an option.

My wife took her car here to fill a rock chip. In the process, the windshield cracked. That can happen. They quoted her $954 to replace it. She told them we have a high deductible, and asked about the cash price. The answer, $954.

I don't think so.
She came home upset. I went to safelite's website, and it quoted me $415.

So you were going to rip my wife off for 539 more dollars?

The following morning, I went in at their opening time, 8 am. I asked for the manager. Her attitude was very "oh well, these things happen". Didn't seem to care. Said the guy who helped her must've forgot to change to cash price,and when did I want to schedule the replacement?

How about the day after never.

Called around and got a better deal by almost 100 dollars and no malarkey at one of their competitors.

Will never go to safelite again.

When I leased my Pathfinder I purchased Permaplate. Called Permaplate when my windshield got a crack. They helped me schedule with Safelite. All I had to do was drop off and pick up. It was super easy and convenient. The people there was pretty nice. My windshield seems great. No air pockets.

I had an appointment for a windshield replacement recently and five stars start to finish!!! This facility is professional, courteous and prompt. I would highly recommend.

Do not…I repeat do not get your windshield fixed here. We had a crack. They “fixed it”… the following week we took the truck to the car wash. GALLONS of water poured into our truck. MONTHS later we are still dealing with the electrical system getting fixed. Between the truck dealer, the warranty, insurance, and Safelite we are still trying to fix the electrical system. Whoever was supposed to seal the windshield … did not seal it. Whoever was supposed to check the work to be sure it was done did NOT check the work. Everyone was pleasant enough but save yourself this heartache.

I would say this is your best place to take your car to get a chip repair or a windshield replacement. They work with your insurance and they keep you informed of the details of your replacement. They make sure everything is the way it should be. Even calling days later to make sure that you're satisfied with your windshield replacement. They were pleasant and they didn't try to scam a female.

Got a quote, paid upfront after making appointment. Dropped off car. Get a phone call an hour later saying the window gasket wasn't added in to quote because it's a special gasket. The tried to charge me extra to have one shipped in. Or just use one of there's. Being on a budget, I had to settle. Kinda irritated about it. Only vehicle we have atm so couldn't wait for gasket to show up.

Had a windshield replaced on my semi very quick very convenient. Very nice people definitely would say come here in get your windshield replaced in your semi. Had an issue with the windshield not sealing and it started to leak. They warrantee everything replace the windshield for free definitely would say these guys are the Way to go.

My input on Safelite is not very good. After driving 80 miles to get to the Safelite to have my windshield replaced, so a total of 160 miles round trip. After my 96 F250 Power Stroke was pulled into the shop, the installer informed me that he noticed a little rust around the windshield, and if he removed the windshield and found 25% or more of rust he wouldn't install the replacement windshield. And of course the old windshield isn't going back in, so my question well if you don't replace the windshield what am I supposed to do drive back to Fairfield with no windshield. I also told him I wouldn't hold anybody responsible if the new windshield was installed. At this point he flat refused to install the new windshield. So he backed my F250 out and no new windshield and back to Fairfield I went. What a wasted day and fuel for trying to get a windshield

Took care of my car. Even as they were closing they offered to pull my car into the shop for the next morning service.

Went in today to have my front windshield replaced. Awesome service. Told me it would take about 2 hours and it was done alot quicker. Very nice staff. Would recommend this place to anyone. Went there because my insurance is covered there and if I need help again will definitely be going back to them. If you need windows replaced I would recommend going here. First class business and employees

Good experience with the people that are there I have had 3 windshields done there and I am always pleased

No way to physically contact anyone at this company. Their online booking site is worthless if you have anything, at all, out of the ordinary.
Good news, there are a ton of good glass companies in Twin Falls. Just got off the phone with Fast Glass. They answered and have me setup for a repair tomorrow. Safelite indicated 1-2 weeks, at a minimum, and that was if they could get my windshield ordered - which they can't tell you until the day of your appointment.

I can't speak to the service or people that work at this branch - because there is no way to actually contact them.

These guys are the best... Above & beyond on service and professionalism, I'll be recommending them to everyone I know... Thank You for the new windshield and fixing the review mirror ❣️

My tech Jeremy stayed in contact with me throughout the process. Plus gave me a heads up when he was almost done so I had plenty of time to get there. My windshield looks beautiful like I don't even have one. Recommend him all day long. Thanks again

Staff did a great job- replaced the windshield in a couple hours, and even managed to adjust the service I requested after the request had been processed. Well done.

I don't usually review i'm very disappointed , I put my appointment in 2 weeks before gettinng my windshield replace . I called their customer service 1 week before my appointment making sure they actually have the windshield for my car give them the right info of my car and everything and they said yes they actually have it on stock and i'm pretty much ready to go . Now the day of my appointment have to wake up early, called in at my job and need to drive 4 hrs back and forth (Lived in a rural area) ,arrive at safelite 1hr before my appointment just to make sure again they actually have it . A Friendly worker there checked it and said yes they have it on stock but since they have to go on lunch (I understand that)i have to go back And i waited for an hour ,Went back to them . Now just when i thought everything was going good they told me they have the wrong part! . And need to go back again next week . I'm very disappointed and upset!! the inconvenience!! all i get is sorry , i did all my part properly.

I previously had a new gasket installed in Utah for my Semi, came to find out they did not install it correctly, first downpour and waterfalls inside my truck.
This Safelite went above and beyond to fix the problem, Amanda and her associates so much determination, compassion and pride to do such excellent work, I feel very blessed they were there for me, great people. I would highly recommend this Safelite for all window and wiper needs. This now, is my Number One place for my window replacements whenever I’m in Twin Falls.
