Hung up on me multiple times and also has an attitude and talks like he knows everything without listening. Very rude don’t recommend them at all, there’s multiple other paint shops in town that are wayyyy better.

I want to give a huge thanks to everyone at Pro Image who fixed my back bumper after someone backed into it. It looks brand new and can’t even tell there was damage. Most of all I want to also give a huge thanks to Phil who fixed the side of my car where it was scratched without me having to ask him… Overall I am very happy for their services!

In a world where great customer service is almost non-existent Phill and Sindy are outstanding!! I needed to take my car in for a minor paint repair and from beginning to end they were wonderful. When I arrived I was greeted right away, given an estimate, and never felt rushed. They answered all my questions and treated me as if they’d known me forever. Excellent customer service AND fantastic paint repair! Hopefully I won’t need services again, but if I do, I’ll be going to Pro Image. Seriously can’t recommend them enough.

Gave us exactly what we asked for at a fair price. No one in Elko, NV would do the work. Phil and his crew not only fixed the rust areas, they repaired a couple of small dents for free. They went above and beyond with the work. And the customer service was genuine and caring. We will be returning, we have found our body shop.

So I recently bought a new 23 Chevy Equinox, and a week later some idiot backed into it. Super pissed because I haven’t even made the first payment, but Pro Image Body&Paint got me taken care of. I git 2 other estimates at other locations and when I asked when they could fix it they both told me 1week or more. Pro Image had my car fixed within days of giving me a quote, plus they where a couple hundred dollars cheaper. They left my car looking amazing and they cleaned it too. I truly feel like I still have a brand new vehicle despite it being backed into. I’m not good with names, but everyone there was amazing, they truly made me feel like they cared and I thank them for the advice they gave me. I would 100% recommend them and definitely feel like they are the #1 shop in Twin.

Review#2- Fir some reason it won’t give me an option to add a second review, only to edit my current review.. Anyways, I had another issue with another one of my vehicles, a 2014 Buick Verano. Someone gran into the rear driver side door while we had it open causing it to bend back. Due to this, the door wouldn’t close at all and it was unaligned. We brought it to Pro Image because we had such a great experience the first time when we brought our 2023 Chevy Equinox. They were all extremely nice and helpful,they did amazing work just like last time. I’m horrible at remembering names so I cant add the names of who worked with us but it was the lady that does all the computer work, she was amazing, very helpful. I believe the guy that fixed our car is the owner of the shop, he was also very nice and he did a great job. Our car looks as if it were brand new.

Had my fender and door replaced here. Reason for 4 stars is because paint isn’t 100% to oem which makes is very noticeable. So now i’m going to have to spend more money on a wrap. other than that staff was friendly and helpful.

Phil and his team are amazing! I was in a pinch and was having issues with insurance and getting my car in after being rear ended. Phil and Cindy were so helpful with making the process run smoothly and they were able to get me in even with them being booked out weeks in advance. I can’t express my gratitude for what they did. Five stars, needs to be more like 10 stars. Phil and his crew went above and beyond for me. I was T boned crossing an intersection, my Lincoln was crushed and of course my heart broke. Phil wasted no time getting ahold of the insurance adjuster the very next day. There was a repair to the hood that insurance didn't want to cover so Phil said no problem that will be on me, and fixed it no charge. My Lincoln came out of the Pro Image shop looking brand new!!! Paint color was a pearl and the color was an exact match. I am beyond happy with the repairs to my car. I can't thank them enough for all the time and care they put into it. Seriously don't go anywhere else. They have my business for life!!

I used this place to get my car painted the way I wanted and to get a spoiler added to my car overall the car did not get finished painted and spoiler never got added to the car even though I gave them the time frame they ask for still got charged the quote given and some because they ended up replacing my windshield that only had a rockchip on it because they said it needed to be done I even provided a picture for them to look at so they knew what I wanted the car to look like and they told me they never even looked at the picture so not sure why they would ask me for one when they didn’t even use it I would not recommend this place to anyone due to the services I received and the outcome of the job which was incomplete the owner kept telling me he had to many jobs at the time which just tells me they rush to get jobs out the door don’t know about anyone else but I don’t want that kind of service done with my vehicle they should of just booked my vehicle when they had the time and promise what they can deliver I’m having to take my car to another shop to get the job done very dissatisfied with the outcome not a place I would recommend again

They were great to work with. Helped me through the steps I needed to do for the insurance. The job they did with the car was awesome!!! Before the passenger had a huge dent from getting hit and the front end had damage to the front splitter and bumper. Now it looks new again!!!

5 STARS!!! Pro image took our 2017 nissan altima in after it getting hit on the driver side. This car was perfect before the accident and perfect when it came out of pro image. I would 100% recommend these guys to anyone that needed collision repair or any auto body work. Staff was professional and friendly. Everything was done ASAP.

Phil an the guys do a great job on vehicles. And they are all very friendly to work with. We take all our vehicles to pro image to be painted and fixed.. my husband even takes his motorcycle to be painted there and he's very picky with his motorcycle.

What's not to like about Phil and his team. Phil is fair with his estimates. He makes it look like new again. Pro Images painter, and Phil both have amazing skills with the paint gun, and prep work. Pro Image and Phil's customer service, has been around for a very long time, and continues to get better every wreck I encounter. I would put any vehicle in Pro Images hands!

Phil was recommended to me by 2 other body shops in town as the place to go for a complete paint color change on my 2017 Durango. The guys at Pro Image did a fantastic job! They were great to work with and the paint job is as gorgeous as I had envisioned it would be. It was a major project and they were totally up to taking it on.

They were so amazing and helped us out every way they possibly could. It's obvious that this shop works for the customer more than just for money. I cannot say enough good things about them. They will probably be one of the only auto body shops I go to. They are honest and fair. They will tell you everything ahead of time before working so you dont walk in to a higher bill than quoted.

Pro image Has performed an amazing job on several of my cars- Quality and workmanship-SECOND TO NONE!! Highly recommend using for custom paint and accident collision repairs. Never a issue.
