Wow! They were quick and easy. My insurance had them text me. We set up a time. They came to my work and changed the windshield. Then sent me another text with bill. Paid and done.

I had them do both of my cars . I am from az and glass replacement is a bit of a pill as it seems you change windshields like underwear. With that being said I would think im a bit of an expert on it. NU-VU auto glass was a bit refreshing. From the initial call all the way to delivery of my vehicle everything was as smooth as the new glass. The employee that I spoke to and communicated via text was awesome. I work from home in sales so I cannot always just take a call so text is king. The you have the guys that come pick up the car and take it to the shop if the weather permits was great. They did the work in a timely fashion. So from start to finish I say it in words cuz they only give me 5 stars to highlight these guys deserve 6 stars. When you need the job done they do it and do it well.

They were super quick to get me scheduled. They came to my house to do the windshield replacement, but since the weather was bad they took my car to the shop and brought in back in about 1 hour.

Very positive experience. We got a rock chip in the windshield of my brand-new car (had literally just picked up the car earlier that week) just outside Buhl on our way down to Lava Hot Springs with our kids. My husband quickly looked up rock chip repair places, found this place and called them and they were able to get us in right away, even though it was Friday and they were closing soon. They also let us sit in their lobby and make sandwiches while we waited! I found out after the fact that we have the same web designer/SEO person, so that was cool :)

They did a great job and were quick and professional. However, before the work began, they quoted a price of $20. After completing the work, they said the total would be $40, with an additional $20 charge for every rock chip beyond that.

I was on the freeway and got a huge rock chip, more like a huge hole. The worst rock chip I've ever had. NUVU in Twin Falls had installed put glass shower doors about 4 years ago and did an awesome job so decided to use them for my chip repair. They did an awesome job on the repair, quick getting insurance approval, clean and great repair. Also great customer sservice. If you need glass or chip repair try them first, you won't be disappointed.

Really good experience! First of all, easy to make appt and quick, they contacted insurance and took care of all that. Then when I arrived they were able to take my car back a little early and got it done before the amount of time they said it would take. On top of all of the customer service and quality work, they noticed I was having to wait with my son in the waiting room so offered me a ride to get my other vehicle. I would recommend to anyone! 10/10.

The technicians were careful to not break my windshield when removing it to replace a leaking seal. This saved me half the cost of the repair, which I very much appreciated. Also, the replacement seal, at personal inspection, the was of an obviously higher quality then what was removed.

Everyone was very nice and Professional. They made the windshield repairs quickly and we are pleased with the outcome. We would recommend them and will use them again.

I walked in to ask about filling a rock chip in my window. Twenty minutes later it was done/filled crack and the price was amazing. Very friendly and kind.

I made an appointment to get a rock chip filled yesterday and was able to get it filled in about 15 minutes this morning. Both Nu-Vu employees I interacted with were kind and helpful. For my rock chip fill it was $40, which seems very reasonable. I would 100% recommend going to Nu-Vu in Twin Falls for any rock chip repairs needed.

I cannot even find all the words to say how well we were treated by the staff on the phone and in person! Jenae welcomed us with warmth and a cheerful smile. We had just had a horrible experience with Safelite trying to get a chip repair done so we could get on down the highway. We were in and out in 20 minutes and it cost $40- worth every penny! I wish every business offered that kind of customer service. They were a true blessing!

Every time we visit Idaho- without fail we end up with a rock chip or some kind of windshield damage. This time was no exception - I didnt want to go home without dealign with the damage. I googled window repair places on our journey. Of course there is the standard - Safe... w/ the standard poor reviews. I knew I didnt want deal with that. Ran across Nu-VU.. They immediately got us in- repaired and on our way at a very welcome price. I hope I dont need them again on vacation - but if I did- I would absolutely recommend Nu-Vu
