Took for ever to quote me a price on a windshield, the guy who helped me was extremely cocky and very pushy, so much to the point I would of driven out of my way to not use them. Oh yeah and the pricing was astronomical compared to literally everyone else in town. Don't waste your time with this loction.

Super easy claim and appointment process as well as quality windshield install, but could not calibrate with after market lift kit. As a result, I had to create separate appointment with dealership.

My experience with Safelite AutoGlass has been awful...My original date of service was at the end of June guy came out didn't put my headliner back in right....called Safelite complaining they send another tech out "Ethan" he argues with me about the window and he don't see anything wrong then go look outside the window of my car and says well yes its our fault he didn't do this right... he will call in and let them know they will have to redo my windshield...so they send me and email for Saturday July 5th from 12pm to 5pm waited for them that entire day never showed only to call in and say we don't see this appointment but you do have one on the 10th...at this point I am really upset and said I need to speak to someone in management this is not right so called in Monday the guy tells me he can't reach anyone but he will leave Tim Forman an email and he has 24hrs to get back with you...have not heard from him and it's Friday and that was Monday...So on the 10th about 4 something call Safelite because tech has not shown up..the guy Darnell in little rock office said let me call him so he finally gets him and he tells him he not coming my tech name is Ethan again...he says she needs to take to Auto body shop he can't do nothing for me...so Darnell tells me someone should have told you that you have to take it there and we will pay for it but I will give this to my manager he will call you early in the morning which will be today.. I said omg all I want is my car back like you guys found it...This is not a good company at all please find some where else to take your car and if they send Ethan tell them " hell no" send me another tech he is very rude...still smdh at this company cannot believe this...very disappointed customer

Extremely disappointed in service. Window for technician to be at my home was between 12-5. He did not make it until 6:30 because they were “overbooked”. Once he showed up he asked to use my shop vac which I said of course. However after he was finished and left I went out to check my vehicle and he left shattered pieces of glass all in my floor board and my driveway with the shop vac left in the driveway beside the broken glass. I had already vacuumed out my car because I have young kids. Literally glass all around my car tires. My car door was sounding odd so I called the help center and the manager gave me a call back. She did refund my recycling fee because I said I shouldn’t be charged a recycling fee when there was no window and the rest of the shattered glass was still in my driveway and car. She said to come by Safelite 8:00 am this morning and I showed up at 8:00. At 8:15 they call me out there and said glass was left in my door and that was the sound however they were “overbooked” and did not want to take my door off. That the remaining glass would fall out of the holes in the bottom of the door. The guy said to come back this afternoon and he could maybe get the door off. I said absolutely not since I had a 8:00 am appt. I will NEVER use Safelite again and will tell everyone to not come to this facility. Extremely disappointing since I have used safelite in the past and had a good experience. Terrible customer service.

To start off. I had a crack in my windshield. Called them out to seal it. It did not fix in fact it made it worse. So I scheduled for a window replacement. I picked my car up my windshield wipers were not tightened down all the way it was raining so when I turned them on they were crisscrossing. Had to take it back. Further into my drive home I realized they had gotten glue or sealant on my dash board. There were pieces of crap all over my dashboard. When I get to where I am going I realized my window had a gap in it. They cut my seal all to pieces. There was glue or whatever sealant they use, and crap all over my hood and above my driver door. You can’t take your car through wash after getting a new windshield. Very unprofessional and very rude to give someone vehicle back looking the way it does. This was the Conway AR location.

Well, my technician didn’t even show up for my first booked appointment. No call, no text, nothing! He just didn’t show up. I had rearranged my schedule and missed work for absolutely nothing. I was promised a call from the management to receive an explanation as to why, but never received that call. So, I was forced to rebook. The DAY OFF my rescheduled appointment, they called and said I would need to reschedule AGAIN because of damage to the windshield. The day of? They should have assessed the windshield prior to an hour into my appointment window and communicated it with me sooner. TERRIBLE service!

I had a very pleasant experience with Safelite. They immediately started on my car when I arrived and it look a little less than 3 hours, just as they promised. They got my new windshield in pretty quickly actually, but the longest part of the wait came from the recalibration and that was out of their control as a third party is also involved in that. I definitely would recommend them.

I filed a claim through my insurance, it led me to Safelite and I was able to book an appointment online. There was swift communication from safelite regarding my appointment. Detravion was amazing to work with! He was very professional and very knowledgeable. He did a great job replacing both the front and back glass of my car. I would definitely use them again, and request Detravion every time!

This Safelite location has demonstrated a severe lack of organization and ability.

I filed an insurance claim to replace my windshield. I am from out of town but decided to make a day trip to Conway with my family to shop and also get this done. I received a phone call from Hunter at this location, the day prior, confirming my appointment and arrival time. I even got a second call from Hunter the morning of making sure I still planned on making the appointment. I dropped off the vehicle and was called by Hunter 30 minutes later saying that they ordered the incorrect part. I rescheduled for the following Monday. I received a call an hour before my appointment Monday stating that the part had not come in and that it would take seven days to arrive. The person I spoke with (Jameila), said she would go ahead and schedule me for the following Saturday, but would call me to confirm the appointment and that the part had been delivered before I arrived. The appointment was scheduled, I never received a phone call, the appointment came and went. I rescheduled an appointment for the following Friday, spoke with Hunter again the Thursday before to confirm my appointment and time. This time, I had a friend (also from out of town) drive and wait for me at the Conway location so that I could leave my vehicle there. Jameila called me again, this time 20 minutes before I get to the Conway location to tell me that they still do not have the part and that it will be another couple of days.

As stated at the beginning, this business has demonstrated an egregious lack of organization and ability to fulfill their purpose. It has been nearly a month now, my insurance deductible has been paid, I have made several trips to this Conway location outside of the current city I live in just to continually have this issue that could easily be resolved by simply taking inventory and confirming that all parts are available for all appointments on the following day.

If your insurance uses Safelite as their preferred vendor for windshield repair/replacement, I would stay very far away from this location. If at all possible, I would recommend seeking reimbursement through a third party vendor. I am never using this location again, and will likely go through the extra trouble of outside-network reimbursement. I can’t imagine any experience being more difficult than I had with Safelite.

Do not stand behind their work! Mother had her windshield "fixed" and told them before she left that it didn't seem to be fixed. Now Crack is spreading and they now what to replace her entire windshield and recalibrate her rear view camera. Anything to cheat an elderly woman or anyone else out if money. I gave one star because they won't get me post with zero....

The work was done well and timely. The automated call was a pain, enough that I almost went somewhere else…. Saying “Operator” got me to a person who was very nice, but told me there would be “complimentary wiper replacements and the rain stuff on the windshield” which I found out later was an additional charge of almost $150, so I scraped that and paid the lower price.

Technician did damage to my car during windshield replacement. It’s been a month of back and forth with these guys, trying to get repairs done. They sent someone out to come look and take pictures, and they said someone would follow up. Two weeks later, I reach out again. This lady tells me she’ll be in town tomorrow to come look because the last technician “didn’t have the pictures”. It’s been 5 days since then with no word. I wouldn’t have cared about the damage if they had replaced what was broken, but instead it’s been a month of cat & mouse with these people. Save yourself time and effort, and go somewhere that actually cares about their customers.

Got called to come in earlier for my appointment and after driving an hour from Heber springs they tell me they lost one of the moldings for my windshield and the other one didn’t come in. I had to then reschedule it and drive back home in defeat when they should’ve had it there before hand and shouldn’t have lost the other one.

My appointment was between the hours of 12 and 5 p.m. At 5:25 I called and was told it would be an hour to an hour and a half! I was furious. No communication or anything. This is not the way to do business. I canceled the appointment and chose another company.

Submitted a Progressive claim for my Honda to replace windshield. Progressive recommended Safelite. Safelite did not calibrate my windshield. Told me to take it to the dealership. Told me the dealership has better equipment and can do it. Cost me time, and expense. Honda dealership had no problem calibrating. Also, Safelite did not use OEM parts. They use after market parts.

If you have a Honda and an insurance claim, do not use a Safelite in Conway. Call Honda World of Conway. They will recommend a reputable windshield replacement company using correct parts and will complete the service and not surprise you like Safelite failing to finish the job.

Had a 2:00 appointment. They took it back 2 or a little earlier. She told me about an hour. They were done in 30 minutes!

Had a problem right before a race with my rally car. Other places that I called and set a time for blew me off when I arrived. Elizabeth really helped me out on a minor windshield repair with no notice. Big thanks to Elizabeth and Conway Safelite!

No one ever showed up for my appointed time to replace my windshield. I called and was told that the glass arrived scratched, and they were supposed to call me early that morning to reschedule. I was never notified. At 9:00 that night, I received an email rescheduling for 2 weeks later, which wound not work for me. I tried several times to call and schedule a date that would work, but could never get anyone to answer the phone. I ended up switching to Auto Glass Now, who got me taken care of in 4 days.

Had windshield replaced and was satisfied with the service although my windshield washer did not function after repair and I determined that the supply line had been clamped off from what appeared to be a hasty reassembly. I was able to fix the issue personally without tools. Not a major issue. I will use their service again if needed.

If I could give a zero I would. I scheduled an appointment online for drop off. I called to make sure there is a drop box so we could take the day before. It is at least 30 minute drive to get there. I was told on the phone absolutely there is a drop box. We actually made it at 4:30, so before the posted closing time at 5:00 but no one was there and no drop box. Called the national number again because there is not a local one. On the second call I was told oops, there is not a drop box and there is no one there.

I had an appointment scheduled for windshield replacement between 8 a.m. and 12 Noon. The technician, Zachary, did not show up and did not call, nor did the shop. The Conway location did not answer their phone when I called to find out why no one showed up. Extremely unprofessional way to run a business.

Safelite really starts out with 5 stars but loose one due to it being absolutely impossible to talk to someone when calling customer service. It's a maze of information and annoying questions all forcing you to go to their website. So yeah, ordering a glass online is easy-peasy. But forget any follow up questions.

Due to a good quote on a Tesla glass I expected to cost more I will use them again, but some old fashioned customer service would be great.

One of the bigger auto glass companies in the world and can’t replace a windshield because my truck is 20 years old. Get lost. Take your business elsewhere cause they discriminated based on what you drive. Wouldn’t replace my cracked windshield so all the tickets I get will be going to safelite. Can’t wait to see this company go under. Get your s*** together and do your job!!

Whoever is answering phones must be working from home because I can hear everything she is doing. She's not paying attention at all. Everytime I call the main number I get pushed through to this same line and no one says anything just a bunch of background noise. I already had to reschedule my appointment because the glass that was ordered was scratched and I want to know if the new glass made it in before I take off from work and drive 30 minutes to the shop.

I made an appointment online my appointment was not scheduled for 2 weeks. The day of my appointment the tech called me and stated that my windshield that came in was damaged so they would have to order me a new one. The manager was suppose to call me and schedule another appointment needlessto say I am still waiting on the phone call from the mager. My original appt was September 12th people don't waste your time with this compnay.

Terrible... I made two different appointments and after I dropped them off they called BOTH times saying the windshield they got in for me (the day of my repair) was scratched. I asked why they did not get it in the day before so they could check it before I came in and arranged a ride to pick me up TWICE. They explained to me that this is just how they do it, the windshield doesn't arrive until the day of the service . Needless to say I did not make a third appointment. DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME

Customer service is the worst when trying to schedule a wind shield replacement. Initially, everything was good, but then they called to say the windshield was damaged after waiting a week. Then they want me to wait another week and a half to get it repaired. And its not a small crack. I called to talk to the shop, and someone answered from another state saying the shop lines were busy. I asked to put me through to the shop and was put on hold for 10 minutes only for the same operator to come back and say they were too busy to talk to me. Worst experience ever, Toby was the operators name.

Scheduled my appointment two weeks in advance. I drove 45 minutes to get there and they call me 20 minutes before my 8am appointment to tell me the windshield they received for me was messed up and we would have to reschedule. They said we could reschedule but it might be a few months until we get another replacement glass (not their fault necessarily), but am rating this low due to untimely notifications.

I had my windshield replaced today. The entire process was easy. They filed my claim for me with just a phone call and they sent updates leading up to my windshield replacement being done. The customer service was great!

Took vehicle in day after 1 1/2 in crack happened. Had repair done and it didn't look any better. The next day the crack spread to 3 inches. Called and inquire what a total replacement would cost, their price was $300 more than other companies in town. I will never use them again. Their commercials are so misleading, their repairs are worthless. Also had windshield wipers replaced as recommended, charged me $60 for what appear to be cheap $10 wiper blades.

I get out of my vehicle (fans blowing loud inside 2 empty bays) and hear....."Fu€king late.." A guy (later known as Ashley) walks towards me. I said, "what did he just say, F'n late?? Excuse me?"
Ashley assured me that he defines who is late, who isn't. I was willing to reschedule. I asked the name of the guy that responded with that. Jonathan he said, was the fella that yelled such in the bay.
I'm going to give the brevity version here, as Ive already left the long version in the survey.
However, I would recommend Ashley for anything that you need done.
I couldn never recommend this place. Go to LR, or have some of the other companies available to you.

Always heard Good things, made the call to get an estimate and schedule an appt. Well, its all online now. Why even have a number or location listed? Just like Walmart wanting customer to go online and do all the job of a scheduler and estimator so th Installer can come make their quick buck and be done. Discount auto glass will get my business.

Ashley was so nice. He called to let me know that I could come in early cause his other appointment had canceled. Then when I got there he explained step by step what he was going to do and how long it should take. It was so refreshing to have some be so kind. He did a great job . Went back today for a new windshield and they did a excellent job. Got me right in . They will always get my business.
