A-1 Chimney Pro of Conway

We had a phenomenal experience with A-1 Chimney Pro out of Conway. Jayden and Ben did a perfect job on the removal and installation, cleaned everything up beautifully afterwards that it looked just like we had left it (other than a new fireplace!). They were so courteous and professional when they'd initially done the cleaning and inspection, and we appreciated the time they took to explain different fireplace options to us to help with our decision. Cheyenne and the other office staff were super responsive and great to talk to, also very knowledgeable and helpful. We had to make a last-minute change our scheduled date due to a sudden change in our work schedules, and they were very kind about moving us a month back. They'd hired a drywall expert who patched the room where the fireplace was removed, and Corey was equally exceptional in his work - we're wanting him to return to help us with other areas in the house!

Wow! Justin and Jaden where amazingly helpful and informative. They built and installed an fantastic custom mantle that fits the fireplace perfectly. I would highly recommend them and there work to anyone looking for any fireplace information, restoration, and even a custom mantle. This will be the first time in 6 years we will be able to use our fireplace and are very thankful.

Luke was on time for both visits and texted to let us know when he was close to arriving. He and his assistants did a very detailed inspection of our chimneys and fireplaces, including the roof and attic. He explained thoroughly his findings. We look forward to A-1 being back soon to do repair damage caused by a tree falling on the roof and chimney.

Had a great fireplace/chimney inspection from Brandon George of A-1 Chimney Pro. Brandon was very knowledgeable and professional. Not only did he do a great job with the inspection, but he spent quite a bit of time with us talking about options for some minor repairs to make us ready to use the WBFP, but also about WB insert and gas log options. He talked about things that didn't have to be done now, but would have to in a few years with normal usage, which really helped us decide on the timing of going with one option now but transitioning to another later. He also recommended some other preventative measures. I would recommend A-1 Chimney Pro and Brandon to anyone. We'll be having them back to do some chimney cap and flue repairs to get us ready for the next burning season.

Had fireplace converted to gas logs. Justin gave initial estimate which was reasonable. He also was very helpful with recommendation on what would be best suited for our fireplace. After agreeing on the product we scheduled an installation date. Justin did the installation and arrived on time and finished the job in a timely manner and did an excellent and professional job. He and Tyler cleaned up after they were finished. Justin explained the operation and demonstrated the use of our new gas logs and made recommendations on keeping it working safely. Most importantly, my wife was happy with the work and the logs that we chose. We were both happy with the price. A-1 Chimney is an excellent company and made better by employees like Justin.
