this place is awesome , they was willing to drive at short notice to replace a part on my camper over 100 miles away, i will absolutely recommend them to anyone. great bunch folks and they are willing to go the extra mile. thank you WILL for your service and when i need something for my camper again i will be calling.

We had severe hail damage from a tornado to the roof, 2 ac units , skylights and exhaust fans. Called and spoke with Will at Custom RV and he said bring it on in, he could put it inside before more damage was done. We got with the insurance company and told them we wanted Will at Custom RV to repair our 5th wheel. He had an estimate completed in no time and the insurance company okayed all the work. It was over 35k in repairs. Will and his crew did an excellent job and had us back on the road pretty fast for all the work needed to be done. We definitely recommend giving Will the opportunity to help you with your RV needs, they are great to work with. They kept us informed all the way through the repairs. Give them a call.

Found ourselves in a bind and these guys took care of us. Would’ve been a ruined trip without their help patching up the results of my newbie RV turning skills. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

We needed a fender for our RV after a tire issue. We called Custom RV and they were able to order the fender along with a few other smaller parts. They kept in communication with us all along the way. Today we went to get the fender, which also needed to be cut. They got it all done and we were able to pick it up with no issues. Thank you to Will and Amanda for taking such good care of us!

We have a camping trip coming up tomorrow. Yesterday my husband was checking the camper and found an issue with the air conditioning and with the tv. He called and spoke to Will twice and Will was able to tell him exactly what was wrong and what he needed to do. I am a retired customer service trainer and in this day of really awful phone customer service at most places I’ve called, it was refreshing to hear of the friendly and professional service that Will provided. In reading other reviews here, I’d say that Will is a definite asset to your business. Great job!!

The slide on our class c got stuck out while we were in Santa Fe NM and someone helped us get it back in but finding anyone to fix it was a problem. While in Sallisaw OK we called Lee’s Mobile RV and Jason came out. He got the slide seated correctly but didn’t have the needed part. He called around & found a shop with the part in stock and on our planned travel route. Will at Custom RV in Conroy then took over & arranged for the extended warranty authorization. We pulled up to his shop, he installed the part and we were back in the road in no time. Thanks Will for your help and superb customer service!!

I'm here now. I have a motorhome and needed several things fixed.
They had 4 men working, sometimes together and sometimes on different projects.
I was amazed!! Those men really worked together, it looked like they enjoyed working together!
And they never slowed down!

I talked with the owner about doing some repairs on my motor home and made an appointment. I have used this repair shop several times and not been disappointed.

I had a great experience with Will and the work on my camper that I needed. Everything was done with professional quality and service was outstanding. Mr Will even came in on his day off to meet with me to pick up my camper. I highly recommend this place for any needs you may have with your RV. It has great access from the highway and easy parking in the back where they store the campers being serviced. They keep everything secure and taken care of while in their possession. Also they did a great job responding anytime I had any questions or concerns and did a great job dealing with my insurance company. This is the only place I’ll do any business with from here on out in Arkansas.

THE PLACE TO GO IF YOU WANT TO BE LIED TO AND ROBBED BLIND! WILL GIFFORD promised me 500 for work and a week after completion he reneged on the 500 he promised to me because HE rescheduled the job for a different day of the week and in his rational he wasn't obligated to pay for anymore.... I verbally expressed my displeasure over being misled about how much he decided to pay me instead of what he promised me. He then fired me, held my last paycheck hostage and forced me to allow his name to be placed on my truck title as collateral for a loan that he had offered to me 6 months prior as an "unsecured and interest free" personal loan, another promise he offered and later decided to change to suit whatever he wanted at the time. My only option to receive my last paycheck from will, according to will, was to let him keep my 800 in tools, as well as sign himself as the lean holder slot on my trucks title, quite a bit of collateral he demanded for a loan with around 1400 remaining to be paid. However, with no options to force him to pay me, (will would only pay us hourly employees in checks with no taxes removed, claiming us legally as *contract labor* which i am sure he had some way of benefiting from this lie as well, probably some tax evasion if I was to guess but I'm not certain of his motive) I could not even contact the labor board to force him to pay me, as he chose to payed me in such a suspicious and somewhat undocumented way my options were very few. He left me no choice but to give him my title as my last paycheck would be necessary for me getting around to job interviews and fuel expenses until I found some place to work, as a mechanic, with no tools to use, it was hard to find work. before long i missed a few payments, I was able to make a couple here and there, but eventually i got about a month behind, and my balance was around 1200. Unknown to me at the time, mr Gifford sometime in this timeframe went to the dmv, and somehow managed to register HIMSELF with the state of arkansas, as the owner of MY truck. I'm sure he felt entirely guilt free in doing this as he had done everything else he could to take whatever he felt like he had desire to take from me under the pretense of my being behind one month on this loan. This is when he started doing some VERY shady and deceitful stuff to get what he wanted. Now him being the registered owner of MY truck he made a call to the conway police department to report my Yukon as STOLEN! I only found this out after the police swarmed me in the parking lot at Walmart to arrest me based on his phone call. And low and behold when the police get me in handcuffs and the radio calls out WILL GIFFORD as the owner of my gmc yukon I was just absolutely floored that he had gone through so much trouble to take my truck, my title, my tools, and now even orchestrated my arrest. The police literally told me "Will Gifford called us to report this vehicle stolen". Three days in jail I spent before they released me without charges. By then will Gifford had plenty of time to go pick up my truck for a measly little impound fee, and a simple thing to do for the REGISTERED owner of the truck (his reason for registering my truck started to become pretty obvious at this point). Upon my release I had no rights to my Yukon anymore legally or physically, will has kept my 800 in tools, took my truck, took my title, and profited 1200 dollars from payments made to him over 6 months while I worked there, and as if that's not enough for him, he actually had me arrested for theft of property that I had owned for months at this point. And he CHOSE this route, he could have just called me, asked to sit the truck somewhere till I paid up the balance I owed him. But out of the 2200 he offered me 6 months prior as "unsecured and interest free" there was no profit in me merely repaying the money he offered to loan me. No, the most profitable avenue for will was for me to default on the loan, preferably as late in the loan as possible. And he made it happen like he wanted.

Took my 5th wheel to Will and his team and they got all the repairs done QUICKLY and correctly. Highly recommend Custom RV quality work at a reasonable price.

AC went out two days before leaving for Florida. Will came to my house and got me fixed up so it did not interrupt my trip, thank you!

Every time we have had an issue with our '08 Keystone Springdale, we have taken it to Will, the owner of CUSTOM RV SERVICES. He will do WHATEVER IT TAKES, all the while looking for ways to save you money!!! What is NOT TO LOVE ABOUT THAT KIND OF SERVICE, RIGHT??!!?? Will amd his crew are awesome. They are very down to earth. Great to work with, and honest. I called him up after talking to another mobile tech that couldn't get to me for a week. He recommended Custom RV servises to me, and Im so glad he did. Will got me in on very short notice and had me up and running again at a very fair price. We was given a card at one of the parks in Conway cause we needed someone to look at what we thought was a water leak on the outside of the coach. I called and Will answer the phone and I told him what was going on and he said he would come to the park. Will and his assistance came out and determine it wasn’t a leak thanks heaven. While he was there we had him to just replace where you hook up the water on the outside of the coach.I really appreciated Will and his assistance coming out the same day. Then about two weeks later when we got a rain well we ended up with a water leak on ours slide out, we had this leak checked out before and I guess we just put a bandaid on it instead of fixing the true problem. We called Will and he got us right in,this time we came to the shop. Unfortunately it was worst then we thought but Will and the all the crews was very honest with us and helpful. Will kept us very well informed.They didn’t know what they was getting in too with pulling the slide but did a great job and in taking care of ours problems. I would rate this place a 5 without hesitation cause they are super nice people. Will is an honest a person as I have found comparing to some of the other RV places we have been. Thanks to everyone who work so hard on ours coach.

While en route from Michigan to Louisiana on 9/4/18, we stopped at Custom RV Services to have them look at why our LP tank wasn't working. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would do so in a heartbeat! They were quick to help us and found the problem fast. Then, fixed the problem and got us back on the road in what I felt was record time considering we came in without an appointment and during lunchtime no less. Plus, the entire staff was so very friendly! If you are ever in the Conway, AR area and are in need of RV service, this is definitely the place to go!
