Premier Roofing is a first-rate company, and I would highly recommend them to anyone. I dealt with Ryan Lee through the whole process. They were professional in every respect. We had Premier install our new roof in 2015 it is still holding strong as they suggest hail resistant roof. After 10 years our insurance co. Was raising our premium substantially due to the roof. When I reviewed our application I noticed it was not listed as hail resistant. I could not find our contract, when I called Premier Angela was helpful and located our property and what was installed. She emailed it to me & saved us 864.00 on our renewal. The roof is great and customer service (Angela) was helpful and when we need to replace it, Premier will be our first call.

Premier did a great job installing our roof. They did a great job only taking one full day to complete the project. That included clean-up and haul away. I would recommend Premier to anyone looking to have a new roof installed. Thanks for the great job!

If you are going to solicit door to door, understand many people are not going to want to speak to you. I was initially cordial and direct expressing that I was not interested. Insistence was met with me asking your representative to leave my property. His response was to move to the sidewalk and continue to try to sell me your service. Everyone always tells me to just tell solicitors that I’m a renter. No. If a potential client is so firm and direct that they don’t want to speak with you and you continue to hound them, you are not spending your time judiciously to get sales.

Review: Premier Roofing - A Disappointing and Disrespectful Sales Approach *putting one star because it won't go lower!

As an HOA neighborhood with clear "No Soliciting" signs prominently displayed, we recently had a highly negative experience with Premier Roofing's sales team that we feel compelled to share.

Yesterday afternoon, three sales representatives from Premier Roofing were observed going door-to-door throughout our neighborhood, ringing doorbells and knocking, despite our posted signs. This immediately caused concern among several residents, and we received multiple complaints.

When I politely approached the sales team and requested that they cease soliciting and leave the neighborhood, their response was deeply unprofessional and confrontational. Rather than respecting our request or our community's posted signs, they became immediately argumentative, resorting to profanity and asserting that they were not breaking any laws and that I could not force them to leave.

While they may technically be correct about the legality of their presence, their aggressive and disrespectful demeanor is entirely unacceptable and reflects poorly on Premier Roofing's business practices. Good business is built on respect, professionalism, and understanding community guidelines. Their determination to prioritize a potential sale over basic courtesy and neighborly conduct demonstrates a severe lack of judgment and a seemingly terrible business model.

We intend to share this experience widely within our neighborhood and with surrounding communities, as we believe it's important for others to be aware of the approach Premier Roofing's representatives took. We urge Premier Roofing to re-evaluate their sales training and strategies to ensure their teams conduct themselves with the respect and professionalism that customers and communities deserve.

I worked with Seth Rushmore to get an inspection and estimate of my roof after a hail storm. He was very nice and easy going, answered all my questions and explained and showed me everything he found. When calling premier roofing you want to ask for Seth.

Premier Roofing did a beautiful job on my new roof in 2023. The entire process was very smooth and timely and clean-up after the job was great. I especially want to give praise to Austin Lambertson, the young man who was my initial contact as well as throughout the entire job. He made such a good impression on me at our initial meeting that he was the reason I hired Premier in the 1st place. And he definitely lived up to my first impression. Austin bent over backwards to make sure everything ran smoothly. His communication skills are flawless, and his professionalism and patience are beyond reproach. Austin is a tremendous asset to Premier Roofing!

The unprofessionalism that the owner of this company has is absolutely unacceptable. Do not utilize this company unless you want to be treated horribly with unfinished work. So unless you want problems with your home/ your investment use this sad excuse for a business. If not I’m sure there are many company’s that would to make this a smooth process for you without backlash.

I used these guys for my 93yo mother's hail damaged roof. They did an excellent job from start to finish. We had the pleasure of working with Justin Snyder. He was amazing and went above and beyond for us. He was very helpful and patient and did everything he had promised. The job was done in 1 day and overall we were very pleased. It was a pleasant surprise as we've had bad experiences in the past with roofing companies. I would do business with Premier and Justin again in the future without hesitation.

This is a company that floods neighborhoods after a hail storm knocking on doors trying to get business. Well they have hit a new low. I got an unsolicited text message from them, even though I've never done any business with them nor would I do business with a company like this. Buyer beware, suggest finding a more reputable company.

Premier roofing is fantastic. They are experienced, helpful, and good communicators. They made it simple and kept us updated the whole time. We highly recommend them.

It makes me ill to read these reviews as it has been a nightmare with the bait and switch on the quote vs final billing amount , the vague contract with no $ in it, the promises of referral fees not delivered, the no billing for 6 months +, the different items billed on identical roofs of my neighbors--every billing to the insurance companies was different, the difference between what was quoted and what was billed with always blaming the former salespeople (supposed lawsuit against them now), etc. Reading these reviews and the difficulties everyone has with billing makes me think this is an attorney general complaint in each state they operate in waiting to be filed. I have a recording of the sales person(he approved recording it) going through all of the costs. Then the final bill came in 25% higher. Even mailing them a check in the envelope they provided has been a hassle as it has been forwarded multiple times.

My husband and I worked with this company a year ago and I wish I had done more research about them before accepting to work with them. I worked with Travis who was delightful at first. As soon as problems appeared he got an attitude and avoided my calls, and became disrespectful. The workers didn’t speak English and put my solar panels along my fence causing it to lean, and my gate would not close. After we got an estimate we were able to get the money for the repairs but Travis had the nerve to say I was trying to scam the company and get free money.
The workers then put on the wrong shingles and had to come back and remove everything in the late evening without notifying us. The workers also left nails everywhere.
All the promises that Travis made never came to fruition. And once the roof was done he got the last payment and never followed up on the rest of the work. Also, my husband had to follow up with the permits as they never took care of it!!
One last complaint, this job was suppose to take a couple weeks but it turned into 6 months of problems.
I just want to remind people be careful when people come knocking at your door offering their services. Say no and do your own research. I know there are better companies out there. Buyer beware.

I haven’t used them for a roof replacement but my neighbor did. My back yard was covered in debris and my pup had debris in its eye, which resulted in a 12:00 a.m. emergency vet visit. I called after hours and was expecting to leave a message but the call was answered. I was told that Adrain would get back to me. Adrian called back the next morning and was great! Honestly, I went from being pissed to completely satisfied with the companies approach and the way they handled the situation.

I've seen some good reviews, so perhaps I just had a really bad experience. The job went mostly OK, other than the hundreds of roofing nails left around the house for several days after the job, and nails left in the street for me to find with my own magnet (I had to run my own magnet and I'm still finding nails months after the fact). The coordination between the sales person and the team has been abysmal. I'm 5 months post job and the business office sent me the final reconciliation without being accurate. I've now waiting even longer to get finished up. The roofers broke screens and damaged brand new Hardie concrete board siding. Next hail storm I will definitely look around and find a different contractor.

Absolutely fantastic experience with Premier Roofing! Tony from the Colorado branch is a genuinely good person, professional and monitored my project process from beginning to end. From the initial estimate to the final clean-up, everything was handled with professionalism and care. This company is the worst. I live at Hunters Glen and they are doing our condos! They first of all did not cover my AC unit, then their big machines made a hole by my garage and I had someone come to clean out my dryer vents and it turns out they had shingled over the vent hole. Thank god I had the vent cleaner guy come. My dryer could have started a fire and it’s just poor work that they are doing. They are trying to finished in record time and don’t pay attention to any detail. I would NEVER hire them again. They are the worst. I’m truly expecting leaks like crazy as soon as it rains.

This roof replacement process went very smooth. I needed to have solar panels removed and then the roof process could start. Adam Lloyd, Premier Roofing, was easy to work with and very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He did the initial inspection, helped me out in the claim with my insurance company and even was on site when the insurance inspector came to evaluate to damage. I just wrapped up my roof project with Premier Roofing Company. I could not be more thrilled with the work and relieved to have it done before the Fall. In total, from first conversation with the company to roof completion, it was 45 days.

I worked with Cody Marshall on the project (project number 2485195). He is a great communicator and made sure I understood next steps in the process along the way. Cody ensured that in the end I was happy with all aspects of the new roof before closing out the project. He took the time to do his own final inspection and sent me pictures so I could see the work without needing to climb on the roof and have them for record. He also spent the time to do a final walk around the property to find any missed nails from the demo cleanup.

I would definitely use Premier Roofing Company again and would highly recommend them to anyone needing a roof in the future. With the uncertainty of Colorado weather, it is good to know I have a roofing company I can trust.

Met Zach Morgan when he was canvassing our street. Always a bit wary of door to door folks, but Zach is everything he presents himself to be - responsive, accurate, efficient, and just a straight up good guy. Again, responsive and available throughout the process. After many years on various sides of the roofing business, Zach chose Premier for it's reputation and longevity, and I can see why. Premier delivered a solid product, ontime, with no changes in costs along the way. Very pleased and, to be honest, grateful for the help in getting a needed new roof just before the claim deadline passed.

After a pretty substantial hail storm in May, we had Zach Morgan come out and assess the condition of our roof in Inspiration. As a former adjuster for Allstate, he clearly knows what he is doing. Even though multiple roofs in our neighborhood are being replaced, he informed us that he found very minor damage to our roof and that it would not qualify for replacement. No substitute for honesty, integrity, and high ethical standards.

Roof replacement due to hail damage was completed 08/15. Throughout the process, Premier Roofing rep, Zach Morgan, was exceptional! Coordinated with insurance company, promptly addressed all concerns, and was extremely professional. Crew replacing roof were also great! Highly recommend!!

All I have to say is, don't believe it when they promise a $250 referral reward. We referred two neighbors who have completed jobs and have not received a penny. We have inquired several times and still, nothing. It would be better for them not to mention the referral payment rather than to lie about it. We have had occasion to refer them further but really don't want to at this point.

Having damage to your home is stressful. Having to replace your roof after a hail storm is even worse! We have worked with Premier twice now due to hail damage. This time was the easiest because the Premier representative, Cody Marshall is amazing. Our job # is 2482926. He has been there every step of the way. He answered all of our questions and he’s even available on his time off to talk to us. Getting a roof replaced is a big decision and working with insurance can be confusing.Cody explained everything in a manner that anyone can understand. This company is hands down the worst contracting experience I've ever had in my entire life. From the get go their terms are very ambiguous in their contracts. Their work crews are extremely disrespectful when on site and the companies they subcontract work to are extremely unprofessional from a management perspective.

This whole odyssey started for me a year ago when a storm damaged the roof on my home. This company came knocking door to door in the neighborhood despite my no soliciting signs. Their sales team is very pushy and speaks in such word salad they're often times difficult to understand and I speak English as my first language.

From the time of consult and contract to start of work was approximately 2 months, I can understand being busy. The day they showed up on site, they delivered their trash trailer, without notifying me, and blocked in my side load garage. Their team showed up the next morning and went to work. While they blasted music I'm not a fan of, I also understand making the work days go by. When I asked to leave an opening in their tarps to get out of the garage for pets to be walked they disregarded the request. I was sold on the promise the job would be finished in one day to minimize disruption as there were also flooring people that couldn't work with falling debris from the roof. Their team didn't finish at the agreed upon time and I had to twice reschedule the flooring team. No effort was made to address this scheduling problems. The work was eventually completed the next day and this is where their subcontractor comes into play.

As part of the sale I was led to believe by the roofing company that all costs were billed by them. There is a solar system on the roof and that work is subcontracted out by the roofers. The subcontractor came and went with no notice and removed and reinstalled the solar system. This, as I've now read, has voided the warranty on the system since I wasn't able to contact the company that did the original install to have it detached and reset by them. I was not consulted by the roofers on the solar subcontractor in any way, I did not choose them, and I did not sign any contracts with them.

Months go by, life happens and I've since sold the house and moved out of state. I got one invoice from the detach subcontractor directly to me which I thought was odd so I forwarded it to the sales rep from the roofing company. He said he would take care of it and I assumed the matter was finished as I'd paid the roofing company's final invoice months prior.

Fast forward to last week, and I get a very angry email from someone at the detach company that takes their CEO title entirely too seriously. He sent another invoice for almost double the original amount. I responded to him asking why I was being contacted about this as the roofing company should have paid them. He then threated to put a lien on the house, so I contacted the roofing company sales rep who was quiet since stating he would address the problem. I put together an email thread with the subcontractor, the sales rep, and myself to sort this out once and for all. I, the consumer, had to calm this detach company person down to so he would speak in a professional tone. I don't think customers are supposed to calm company reps, but I digress. The rep from premier advised in writing in the email that the company owed them some money and he would take care of it. That was apparently not done because today, the very hostile person from the detach company called and sent a text message to my unlisted number, that I assume he got from the current homeowners, and stated that he'd filed a lien on the house.

Now I don't want these new homeowners to have to deal with this absolutely abhorrent human being, but unfortunately he involved them in the matter. I've since paid him but feel I've been double charged for this work by the roofer and subcontractor.

Cody Marshall came out shortly after the late May storms to check out my roof. He was extremely thorough and quickly made me aware that my roof did not have damage that would warrant an insurance claim. If you are looking for a trustworthy company, I would definitely recommend Premier.

Please consider using my experience below as a warning. Premier Roofing in Colorado Springs is without a doubt the worst company I've encountered. I was hesitant to post a review until after my issues were resolved, but I've decided to share my experience in hopes that it'll make a difference to someone. Their accounting team messed up my final bill, charging me $1200 more than what should be due. Maybe they're hoping you don't check, I don't know. Upon asking them to fix the bill, I was informed a few days later that my insurance company would be sending another check. A few days later I spoke to the insurance company and was told there's no additional check. My sales rep, David M, went back-and-forth with me to the point that I could tell that nothing was happening behind the scenes, so I opened a BBB case. I received a voicemail from Christian, the manager, stating he'd get this fixed. Finally, I received a corrected bill, with the exception that now the payment was 30 days past due and subject to late fee interest, due to them dragging this out, and they are going to put a lien on my home. I've received no response to my emails to David, no return call from his manager Christian, and I'm going to see if an attorney believes I have a case. I hope this behavior will not be accepted by any reasonable court, especially since I've gone above and beyond, spending significant time and effort, asking them to fix the bill that I'm happy to pay once they get it right. If you want to use your free time to micromanage an incompetent company that's clearly disorganized, use these guys. You're rolling the dice when working with them based on my experience. They're very nice and helpful until they make an intentional or unintentional error, and then leave you out in the cold without recourse. Should I pay the bill and expect them to make it right? I'm not sure I want to sacrifice my leverage, basically accepting their error, and ending this fiasco. I've already told one of my co-workers (and their potential customer) about my experience, and he's now using a different company for roofing replacement due to hail damage.
Even after my bill was eventually corrected, I paid by check, they cashed the check, and the check posts to my account, they are still demanding payment and interest due to their errors, or they’ll send my account to collections. To me they sound like first-class scammers, or maybe it's their lack of accounting within their accounting team, regardless it's total incompetence and unprofessionalism. Personally, I’ll continue to share my experiences with my friends and co-workers, my neighbors, and HOA about Premier Roofing. I would strongly suggest you avoid them at all costs. While I understand my case may be an exception, are you willing to risk it to find out?

Apparently no doesn’t mean no with these clowns. We have several no soliciting signs around the house because we work from home and are on the phone a lot. They don’t care, they’ll even leave their business card by your no soliciting sign because that’s how much they respect you.

Jonathan was delightful from beginning to end, from his inspection, intensiveness and thoroughness, attention to detail, and the way he treated both me and my family throughout the entire process, I would recommend Jonathan Pilgrim and Premier Roofing Company to anyone that might need their roof serviced from weather damage. 10 Thumbs up!!!

Her elderly parents were well taken care of … & the job, promptly & professionally done.

We know he’s a busy person … but he was always able to get back with us.

Oh … & when our (Douglas County) inspector climbed off our roof.

My experience with Premier Roofing Company and Jon Pilgrim has been nothing short of top shelf. From the point of contact, inspection, advocacy with insurance, and the constant class and respect throughout the whole process, Jon and Premier are my number one choice and recommendation to anyone who has been recently affected by hail. There are many companies with many promises, but I can vouch for Premier Roofing- They have done everything and more that they said they would do, when they said they would do it!

I WOULD LIKE TO ADD TO MY POST WITH PREMIER ROOFING

At first, I thought everything was good, until the build was finished.
When I first had Jonathan come out to look at the roof to see if I was able to get a claim from insurance, he told me that there would be items on the check that didn't have anything to do with the roof, and there were two items listed on the claim, one for a screen replacement and the other was for a downspout.
I was told by Jonathan that would be money in my pocket, but after the build was finished, he said that it was not listed on the ACV.
I was told from the beginning that the only thing I would have to pay out of pocket was my deductible.
And he would receive all checks that State Farm would issue.
When the first check came which was for over $10K, my deductible was taken off the check.
I was told by Jonathan that I didn't pay that out of pocket, and I told him if it didn't it would have been still on the check.
He then told me that I still had to pay that deductible.
When Jonathan had come over for me to sign the contract he brought his young son with him, I feel that was a deterrent.
I signed the contract which was for the amount of $27,044.34.
I found out Jonathan had sent State Farm an initial estimate which he said was reviewed by me, which it was not for $31,252.21, and he included my signature page from the contract I first signed.
He sent this in because State Farm would then send me the deprecation check for $5,933.67 before the build would be completed.
I then received an invoice from Premier to pay for $2,542.06.
I asked if this included the deductible, but never received an answer.
Jonathan then sent into State Farm a Supplement request with 4 invoices for the amount of $36,679.41, which was again I had no knowledge of.
When the build was done there was left over Shingles, decking boards, flashing, felt and other items that Jonathan said would be paid to me, but then later on said they don't pay homeowners cash for those items and that it would be deducted off.
I then asked deducted off what?
And he then replied off the last invoice I would be getting, yet all I have been told was all I had to pay was my deductible.
They had broken a porch window, damaged a screen, that I was told he would pay me $100 for the screen.
Broke 3 solar post lights, which I said I could fix 3 of them.
Broke the neighbors outside dryer vent lid but said let's not worry about that for now.
Also had black markings on the neighbor's house, which I offered to clean.
I then received the last check from State Farm for $3,082.34.
I have called Jonathan several times regarding the repair of the window and all he could say it's in the works.
He keeps asking me if I received the depreciation check and I told him that was the check for the $5,933.67 but he said that was for supplements.
He then wanted me to send over the most recent estimate from State Farm, I told him I sent over everything they have given me.
And I verified through State Farm that there wasn't anything else they had to send out.
He told me two weeks ago that the window company was fulfilling the order, and it was difficult to find a window replacement for an old window.
Come on its a window, you don't have to find a window that's old.
The build was completed on May 9th and its now July 1st and again nothing has been done to get this closed out.
Still waiting for my last invoice that they are supposed to be sending to me to pay, can't wait to see how much more money they want from me and for what?
And of course, they will want that money within 30 days.
I will then be adding to this post to let people know how much my last invoice will be.
I will never refer anyone to this company.
Seniors beware of these scammers.
I will contact a counsel in this matter if I need to go that far.
Probably should have done that long time ago.

Premier was great. They were competitive, arrived on time, completed the work on time and cleaned up the mess very thouroughly. Zack was great to work with and he followed up to make sure the job was done correctly and on time.
