Nobody wants to replace a roof -but when it's got to be done and you don't want to DYI. Check out Premier Roofing - From inspection, where I missed several hail strikes (that they caught) to meeting with the insurance co, to ordering materials & scheduling a crew to do the work. Couldn't ask for better results. Materials showed up, crew started 7 am next day had the whole roof off & re-shingled, trash picked & ready to haul away by 6pm that evening.

Not only is Blake my roofer, but he is my friend. Not only did he help me with my roof problem, he fixed my TV and good personality and a good person, he has sensitive feelings for other people. All the staff from premier from the advisor to the people that put on the roof were professional and kind. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants personable, above and beyond customer service and top notch, quality installation of the roof! Premier not only takes care of your roof but Blake and Premier will take care of you!

Can't rate it lower. Had them come to my door and start to work with me on a new roof quote, didn't get the quote they wanted, so they ghosted me without following up. I get it might be normal practice for companies to do this, but transparency is nice. Won't be speaking with them when I do get a new roof in the future.

Very positive expeience. Worked with Kikie and he took care of all of the plans and worked directly with our insurance company. He made it very easy. Very professional and nice man. I worked with Marshall and Kiki. They responded with helpful answers for all the questions and concerns I had. They followed up promptly whenever I contacted them. Very good customer service.

Kikie came out and performed what we thought was a great job assessing our house storm damage. Talked to us about filing a claim so we did. The day the insurance company's rep came out he wasn't available so he sent another representative. Basically, his replacement agreed with the insurance company that nothing was wrong, they denied the claim and now expect us to fix everything in the claim. Kikie never provided any kind of a follow up. Created way more problems than we had originally. Unacceptable.

Had a wonderful experience working with both Marshall Jorgensen and Kikie Burnstein (sales reps) at Premier Roofing Company. Both gentlemen were readily available to answer all my questions throughout the entire process. They were very polite, professional and thoughtful which is something I typically find lacking in most Sales Representatives but these two are truly good guys who care about the customer. Premier should be grateful to have these gentlemen working for them. I was never lied to and, if things were not to my liking these guys took care of the issue immediately. Thank you Marshall and Kikie for providing a beautiful new roof on my home, for answering all my crazy questions and for being patient with me. You guys are amazing!

My husband and I worked with a young man named Eli Bell with Premier Roofing. Eli was great to work with. He was very courteous, polite and extremely thorough with his inspections and the insurance company. He handled the roofers and the gutter employees, and we didn’t have to worry about anything. He went above and beyond what we had expected. He was very efficient and completed things in a timely manner. We would highly recommend Premier Roofing for a roof replacement. Eli is hard working and a great asset to the company.

Eli Bell made this whole experience so easy for me. He kept me updated, explained everything, and answered all of my questions, all while being so respectful and kind.

I cannot say enough about this company. Everyone was great. Eli was the first person I met and was my primary contact. He was always responsive when I called, even on Sundays. He always had an answer for my questions or he found the answer and got back to me. He is a GREAT representative of the company and deserves a huge raise and/or bonus! I also met Austin and Ben. I had limited contact with them but the times they visited, they were courteous and professional. The work done was great. I am very pleased with the roof and they installed a ridge vent. Plus a new skylight, which was unexpected. They were there early and done in a single day. They cleaned up just about everything. I did find a couple of nails but very few considering how many were dislodged from the old roof and how many were installed in the new. They made the entire process dealing with the insurance very easy and stress-free. The only "negative" thing I can say is when my satellite dish was reinstalled, it was misaligned. So I had to put in a service call to get that fixed. But it only took a couple of days to get that rectified and Premier said they would pay for any charges. This whole experience was superb and I would recommend this company for any of your roofing needs.

*** 6/24/2025 - Update - cost to reset and finish the roof where they didn’t finish it is going to cost right now minimum of $600 and two separate crews to come in and fix our new gutters and our new roof… super weird considering it’s less than 9 months old of being new. This company continues to cost us money after they “finished” our new gutters and roofs.

** 6/05/2025 - Update - Gutters installed incorrectly. No slope. Two low spots. Two inches of debris left in the gutters. No kick outs. Unfinished downspouts because of lack of material. No decking and hole left exposed to the elements. The chimney flashing - shakes head - moving on… need two separate crews to repair. Gutters have to be detached and reset.

10/2024 - We are about to be done with Week 10 of waiting on our roof, chimney and gutters to get finished. Got a call two weeks ago about dropping off flashing ha ha hasn’t stopped by yet. I can see from the reviews they have other people to take care of. I just want this done.

Tried to scam my immigrant parents. Insisted on a verbal contract with my father when he wanted a written one. Then, they only finished 1 of 3 jobs without sending a certificate of completion (which we need to file a claim on the room damage from the recent storm) After 3 months of trying to communicate with them, they finally sent a certificate, except they were dishonest and claimed all 3 jobs were finished. Additionally, they ended up charging us an extra 8k from what was originally agreed upon. We are still trying to sort things out with the company, and each time we contact them, they tell us another person will get in contact with us soon. We are still waiting.

Great company, great experience when I first needed a new roof, went beyond my expectations. Just had them out today. I had water leaking into my garage. They came out right away found my problem and helped me file a claim. They went out of their way to help me. They’re the only ones to call. I would recommend them to anyone. Joe Bauer the Branch sales manager came out to give me a estimate on roof damage. I called back at least 4 or 5 times for the estimate and to start the repairs on my roof. He always called me back and said he would get on it, but each time, I never heard back.
He pretty much ghosted me. I will never call this company again.

Ben did a great job inspecting our roof after the last storm too make sure we were all good. Thanks Ben!

***11/17/24 Update***

First and foremost, please exercise caution when selecting a roofing company, regardless of their persistent attempts to persuade you to choose them. Maintain a comprehensive documentation of all communications related to any home improvement projects. This includes the names of individuals you have spoken with, the dates and times of those conversations, and the topics discussed. Additionally, always send a follow-up email after completing a phone call.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Gary for his exceptional assistance during our project. Upon receiving the mess that was left for him to clean up at the beginning of October, Gary promptly reviewed all emails and paperwork, devising a comprehensive plan of action before reaching out to us. His promptness and eagerness to expedite the process were invaluable.
Regrettably, our collaboration concluded at the end of October. However, the extended period of phone tag, numerous phone calls, and repeated explanations regarding incomplete tasks, as well as Premier’s lack of communication with my insurance company throughout the project, were highly frustrating. Despite these challenges, my insurance company was still charged the full amount, resulting in an additional $1,500 compared to the original estimate, bringing the total to nearly $20,000.
In light of these circumstances, I have decided to rate Premiers service three stars, perhaps slightly more generously than warranted.

I would put negative zero stars if I could Experience was not good at all. In short, they kept pushing our date due to overlapping jobs. Went from July 9th to July 19th. We were supposed to have our roof, gutters and a patch/flashing added to our chimney. Chimney is botched, even after coming out on August 2nd, two weeks later to “fix” it. Gutters still aren’t completed as of August 2nd, they said they would be out a week later to complete the job. The mess they left after the roof job on July 19th was infuriating, blood gushed down our old gutters, a bottle of urine left in our driveway on top of all the other trash they left behind. We have been playing phone tag since last week with an office guy named Jordan, who stated last Friday, July 26th, that we would have our gutters complete “maybe Monday but for sure by the end of the week”. Here we are, sitting Friday August 2nd with a botched chimney and no gutters. We will be escalating the situation. If you’re thinking about going with Premier Roofing, don’t. You’ll be highly unsatisfied.

If you get to deal with Eli, you will be educated and charmed. I didn’t just meet a salesman in this young man, pretty sure I made a friend. This guy drove from Des Moines on a Sunday, to accommodate my schedule and he ended up staying longer than he could have. When you meet Eli remember, he’s out there doing his thing, trying to make a living just like every body else. He’s very impressive, as you can tell, I was impressed. :)

We had a very nice experience with premier Roofing. Everyone we worked with was very professional and knowledgeable. First time I had to have my roof replaced and these guys made it so easy. And stress-free.

Great group of guys on the roof. Respectful and good clean up. Troy the salesman is more than a sales, very diligent and was with us all the way for support.

I recently had a very disappointing experience with this company's sales team. The salesmen were shady and pushy, displaying a complete lack of integrity. While I was speaking to a customer at a house, they approached us and pretended to be part of my team, attempting to steal the sale right out from under me. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, and I strongly advise against doing business with a company that operates in such an underhanded manner.

A rep from this company randomly walked up to my house and asked to look at it. Now they are boarderline stalking me.

They did the inspection. Said they found damage. Tried to tell me how to file an ins claim. It's pretty clear they are out to get every cent insurance will pay. I never responded.

A week later the rep shows up in my place of work (30 mins away from my home) how does he know I work here? red flag number 1

The REAL issue here is he then started talking about my kids. Says they know where they go to daycare...very VERY weird and alarming stuff. My kids were not there when he did the inspection. Why the hell is he talking about my kids while showing up unannounced at my place of work? Super creepy.

Stay away from these guys. They obviously are shady just for trying to help you commit borderline insurance fraud let alone the stalking and harassment. Next time I'll just call the cops.

Premier was very responsive to our roofing needs. Ben kept us updated on the entire roof replacement process. New roof looks terrific and no worries with their 10 year warranty. I highly recommend this for all your roofing needs.

After a storm, Premier Roofing Company came to our neighborhood to see if they could get any business in roof repair. We went with them because they seemed professional and attentive. However, this company has been a nightmare to work with. We asked them repeatedly to not throw our leaf guards away. They ended up throwing them away. What is worse, they invoiced our insurance company for removal AND REPLACEMENT of new leaf guards. NEVER happened! Horrible customer service when trying to get a hold of our field rep. He never called us back. We called the company number and we had to leave a message because it goes straight to voicemail. Finally, someone called us back after several days of waiting and informed us the field rep was no longer with the company. We asked the supervisor to go over the work they completed on our roof repair. The supervisor agreed but he never came when he said. Many more gripes but I am trying to keep this short. All in all, extremely bad customer service and they are only out to get every cent possible out of insurance companies without necessarily doing all the work they say. We learned our lesson and will never do business with them.

Very impressed with the whole process of working with Premier from the Field Representative to the construction crew. Very pleased with how our new roof looks!

This is not a fly by night, storm chasing company. They are local folks that do a good job. Brad was very professional and even though we did not end up using them several of my neighbors did and the experience was great. There are a lot of storm chasing roofing companies but that is not these guys. Give Brad a call and see what he can do for you.

I could not be more happier with the outstanding quality of service Ben Collier provided us during the process of replacing our roof. Premier did an outstanding job and I would recommend them to anyone that needs a new roof. My house now really stands out, compared to any in my neighborhood.

Premier Roofing did a good job with the repairs. The only downside was that the extra materials were left right in the way for several days after the job was complete.

I was mostly happy with everything Premier roofing (2259974). I had a couple issues with my roof but they came and fixed them right away. Also I know its hard when you have that big of a crew to not have damage to your plants. But I had a pretty good sized burn mark in my front yard. There was no reason to have anything laying in my yard when they could of used the driveway.

The roof looks great and our Field Representative "Jeremiah" was awesome! He explained things very well, and came back with a large magnet when the roof was finished to pick up any dropped nails. I highly recommend Premier Roofing!

Mason and Brad were amazing. Very professional. If they hadn't been there for me to vent to about the frustration of working with an unwilling insurance company, I would have given up. Premier Roofing Company replaced my mom's roof (job 2048266) on December 10th, 2020. They had to remove five layers of shingles and repair several supports, and successfully did all this in one day, before a snowstorm the next day!

Our sales rep Brian was great. Very responsive all the way through the process and provided any clarity if needed. We were delayed a couple of times due to weather, but Brian was in contact the whole time and kept us informed of the window they could fit us into when there was a break in the weather. We received references, certificates of insurance and everything we asked for. Brian handled all the insurance details as well. We were a little hesitant to use Premier at first because Premier was an out of town company new to our area but your team was on top of everything which allowed us to quickly get more comfortable as the process moved along. I was pleased to at what lengths Premier was will to go to work with my insurance company to make the "right thing" was done. They took extra pictures, submitted them, and followed up. They were quick and efficient on the day they finally came to replace the roof and did a good job of cleaning up when they were finished. Premier Roofing did an excellent job replacing my storm battered roof, for Job 2046289. They were in contact with me before the job started, and when we had a rain storm, explained when they would be able to come out to do the job when it wasn't going to rain. They worked with my insurance company so I got most of the expense covered. The day of the roofing, they used a smaller roll-off that didn't damage my driveway. They spread tarps all around the house so no nails or debris would ruin my AC, my flowers, grass & Bushes. They replaced my roof vents & painted everything above the roof to match the edge trim, including a furnace vent I had replaced because it had a big rust hole which I didn't notice until I had the roof inspection done. They finished the job by 3:30pm & cleaned up the ground so well that they didn't leave one nail on the grass or driveway! I am very pleased with the results!
