I have used Boulder Roofing for several small repair jobs and am very pleased with their work. They came out when they said they would and were flexible when I asked if we could do one slightly complicated job on a time and materials basis. The workmen are very competent and efficient and I strongly recommend them.

This roofing company should be avoided. They caused my parents extraordinary stress this week. The roofing crew threw food trash and cigarette butts down from the roof into a neighbors yard (and into my parents yard). Instead of picking up trash and roofing debris, they used huge blowers to blow the debris into the landscaping, leaving a huge mess for my parents to pick up. The crew did nothing about the trash in the neighbors yard. They did not make any effort to find and pick up nails in the grass or other areas. The truck they parked overnight on the driveway leaked a huge pool of oil and stained the driveway. They didn't finish on schedule and left the roof open heading into today's rain. All in all, it has been a terrible experience.

We had a different company (Endurance Roofers) come out initially to inspect a roof leak. They convinced me I needed a whole new roof. I believed it. I was ready to get started but wanted to get one more quote for a new roof from another company. Endurance roofing never found the exact leak but guessed the leak was from gutters and the soffit vents not working. We questioned their reasoning because we had new soffit vents installed five years ago

Dan from Boulder Roofing came out today and found the source of the leak (an old solar water heater).

Dan said we should just repair that spot instead. Of course he would love to sell me a new roof, but ethically he knew we just needed a repair because he knew what caused the leak.

I’m grateful. We look forward to using them for this repair and will absolutely use them in the future when we replace the entire roof.

Repair was fast and easy. Good quality work from what I can see.
Small issue with permit but that was resolved easily.
They did say they would come and do a check up later on the work but never did.

I'm a general contractor and use Boulder Roofing almost exclusively. Prices are fair, they are quick to respond, and they always make sure we are water tight when a storm is on the way.

I had some issues with the roof and also wasn't sure if it was time to do a major overhaul. Ryan came out and took a good look and it turned out he spotted something that needed attention--but was honest about the rest of it and didn't over prescribe work. The work was done quickly, on time, and for a reasonable price. I will use them again when I do need to replace the roof.

Ryan, Jose, and their team did a tremendous job removing our old roof and replacing it with a new roof - as well as all underlayment, flashings, and protection against possible ice damming. They are true professionals - quality workmanship, knowledgeable and patient in explaining technical items to us, setting expectations, etc. They completed everything on time, and they did a very thorough job in cleaning up. They really went the extra mile to make sure we were AOK with everything upon completion. On top of all of this, they were very cost-competitive and a great value for the money. A solid investment. I was very pleased with Boulder Roofing. The estimator, Ryan, communicated clearly what the job would consist of, the cost and the starting date. Ryan also met with my insurance adjuster to answer any questions the adjuster might have about the proposed work. All workers showed up by 7:30 a.m. and immediately commenced work on the appointed date. The crew was careful to cover the lawn and bushes below the roof to ensure a minimal amount of debris falling. The roof was stripped, rotted plywood replaced and shingles installed in one day. Clean up was such that I found little debris remaining after they left. I did have to remove the gutter downspouts and remove nails and roofing material that had been blown into the gutters and into the downspouts. I was very impressed with Boulder Roofing and would definitely recommend this company.

These guys do high quality work. Not the cheapest in town, but you know you will be getting what you pay for! Extremely polite and hard-working people.

The best part of Boulder Roofing is that all of the installers are Actual Employees of Boulder Roofing--you just don't find that often these days (most have day worker crews / contractors)! Jose was excellent at performing our re-roof! He kept the site clean and was careful to ensure there was zero damage to anything below. The asphalt shingles are amazingly straight and tightly aligned and he even removed one of our vents that was no longer in use and made the appropriate repair to remove the pre-existing hole. Ryan was excellent in making sure he carefully performed the initial inspection and was here with our adjuster just to make sure there was agreement on our claim. Ryan also took the time to discuss a few of our venting concerns and make sure Jose checked for any additional venting needs as part of the re-roof. It is amazing when a 1 man crew takes their time and gets everything right the first time! Although it took 5 business days, I can tell you that we are way more satisfied than when a previous roofer had brought their 1 day team and we had to call them back twice to fix issues we found (particularly leaks). Our neighbor chose a different roofer this past week that brought a team to do the job in 1 day and he now has them back out showing them shingles that are not properly fastened / overlapping and some soft spots that they did not repair. We are very satisfied customers of Boulder Roofing and highly recommend them!
