ACR did a phenomenal job. Peter and Tom were great to work with. Peter was on site and supervised the installation. Their communication is exceptional - they kept us informed every step of the way. They got our large roof done in one day, and it turned out excellent. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing a roof replacement.

If you need a new roof, this is the company to use! Everything was thoroughly explained, there were never high pressure sales, and they genuinely care about the work they do. Calls and emails were always very timely. They worked with our insurance and were transparent in communication. Our new roof was installed in July 2023 and we are so happy with the results. Our yard was also cleaned up really well once the job was complete which I appreciated so the kids could play outside soon afterwards. You won't regret working with ACR.

ACR just installed a new roof for me at a rental property in Boulder. I had a great experience - they are by far the most professional roofing company I've ever worked with. From the initial inspection to the final sign off from the City, they were communicative and always followed through. It's rare to find a company with level of integrity all the way around. Our old Victorian home in Platt Park really had some significant hail damage from a quick but powerful hailstorm in the spring of 2019. I researched companies for months before choosing ACR. The owner Tom Krause is SO professional, knowledgeable, responsible and has an amazing business ethic. His team came and replaced our roof, carefully protected our copper gutters and did the job so quickly. Our house has several very, VERY steep peaks, quirky angles and challenging gutter placements: everything was re-done/replaced expertly. Peter Reynolds, the project manager/sales director was ON SITE the ENTIRE time, available for any questions, issues or emergent needs. Tom also negotiated expertly with our insurance company relentlessly which helped us in replacing/repairing everything which sustained hail damage. I HIGHLY recommend Tom and Peter for ANY roofing needs! ACR is hands down the company to choose!

ACR did a great job managing the whole roofing project. Best part was having them meet the insurance inspector, which helped us get full amount paid for (minus deductable). Project was well managed from initial meeting to final review and payment. Definitely recommend!

From quoting to contracting, construction and inspection, ACR handled my project with the utmost in professionalism and integrity. Everything was timely and communication was excellent throughout the process. Every detail of my roofing project was meticulously completed and the products they used are top quality. Having Pete as on-site foreman was an excellent touch and also very comforting. He was there from start to finish and kept me informed of progress. I had some bad old flashing issues, rusted rooftop vents, poorly located attic vents, and a large evaporative cooler to muscle around as part of my project. ACR’s team handled everything with ease.

I called ACR for a roof inspection. Peter Reynolds came over and was one of the most professional, considerate and honest representatives of any contractor I’ve ever had at my house. Kind of a mind blowing experience. He didn’t try to sell me what I didn’t need but rather suggested a tiny fix to a small problem easily achieved. I’ve had dozens of contractors at my house over the years. I found this company randomly on line. Very glad I did. Whole new level of integrity. If I actually did need a roof, without question I’d call these guys.

We had ACR replace our hail-damaged roof (and those of our neighbor in a duplex) as a result of the Memorial Day storm. They were prompt, professional, honest and helpful throughout the process. They helped us work through the process with the insurance company, and delivered the project with high-quality and when scheduled. We were completely satisfied with the quality of the roof work, and thrilled with the overall experience of working with Peter and Tom who really delivered.

Tom and the ACR crew did an fantastic job on my roofing project. Tom kept us informed throughout the project and the crew was punctual (this a big plus with my wife). The crew worked diligently on the project and when completed, it exceeded my expectations. Getting bids and estimates from multiple companies was frustrating to say the least. I found ACR to be priced properly given the products used. Again, the workmanship exceeded my expectations. I would refer them to anyone that asked me for a competent roofer.

Amazing experience with ACR!! I contacted Tom after hours one evening, and was surprised to find him still working. He was super accommodating and professional and had us scheduled with John for an estimate quickly. Our roofing job was very small, but Tom treated us like we were a million dollar client. They were able to replace our roof the very next week! The communication throughout the entire job was AMAZING! I received texts with pictures of the work in progress! Tom and John took care of us very well on our new roof and skylights after hail damage. I tried to squeeze every penny out of my insurance to cover my skylights and paint and screen damage and these guys worked with the adjuster closely to show them the damage and lobby for reimbursement. Its time consuming work behind the roofing job and they were very patient with all my requests. The roofing went right on schedule, with premium tar paper (synthetic) and good workmanship. My tenant told me at least twice that they are very professional and cleaned up well. Highly recommend ACR!

Very impressed, we just had some golf ball sized hail. I was nervous about potential damaged to the roof. I was recommended to call Advanced Construction Roofing. They were out to my house in 30 minutes. The first thing I was told is there should not be an issue with the roof due to the quality of the shingles on my house.The inspector then goes up on to the roof to see if there is any unknown damage. 20 minutes go by and got confirmation that the roof is good and I don't need to worry about anything. I think that says a lot about the honesty of the company, if I have any roofing questions/needs I know who I am calling.

Took Tom and the crew 2 days to finish our roof. He was great at communicating expectations and coordinating the insurance payments. Highly recommend.

Wonderful company! I needed my roof replaced in the winter before my house could sell. Somehow they were able to find a window of good weather and get it done. Tom has been fantastic. Sent lots of pictures of the progress of the roof since I was out of town the entire time. The roof looks really good and I got an offer on my house very shortly after it was completed. My bill was consistent with my estimate - no surprises. Definitely recommend this company.

Fast forward five years to November 2023. Our roof has withstood several hailstorms with no damage. When we spotted a minor leak in one gutter, Tom personally came over and sealed it up. What customer service!

Tom and Advanced Construction Roofing was top notch on every level. Local, honest, and trustworthy. He squeezed us in quickly despite it being small job. Which is a big deal right now with so many roofers pulling in much higher margins on full reroof jobs from all the wind/hail claims. We never felt neglected or second class to his larger jobs. Communication was fast and clear, and he handled 99% of the communication/negotiation with our insurance company. He delivered on every promise he made, and we felt comfortable every step of the way. As for the work itself, the roof looks great and is of higher quality than what it replaced. Tom handled every step of the permit/inspection process, and kept me up to date with text messages and photos of the progress. The work was done quickly, and his crew did a great job cleaning up when all was done. I literally couldn't ask for more. He will be our go to roofer going forward. I hate to even have a "go to roofer", but that's just part of living owning a home in the Denver Metro.

There is still at least one honest roofer in Denver. Tom was great! I was lucky to find him and have him replace our roof. I'd give 10 stars if I could.

Tom is an outstanding gentleman all the way around. He has a rare honesty about him that left us trusting him implicitly with our roofing issues. We have a new build where faulty shingles were used. Our home inspectors found this issue on our one-year old home. Mr. Krause was referred to us by him. We have had him out several times after to re-evaluate the "corrections" done by the builder's roofers. He came out and wrote follow-up reports and still found issues that the builder is slowly correcting. We so appreciate Tom's expertise and honesty. Highly recommend his services!

Before the horrible hail storm in Highlands Ranch in June 2016 was even over, my phone was ringing off the hook with roofers calling to profit from our misfortune. I was still traumatized by the fierceness of this storm and the extensive damage to all my new and existing gardens, and vowed not to use any contractor who used these tactics.

The phone onslaught continued for weeks, supplemented by my doorbell being run on an almost daily basis. Early on, a friend who knew what I had been through recommended a roofing contractor she had used - Tom Krause at Advanced Construction Roofing (ACR) - and since he was NOT one of the ones who was badgering me, I contacted him to come out and take a look at the damage - but only after I had a chance to come to terms with the emotional aspect of the damage to my property.

Tom was prompt and courteous and very respectful of my wishes, and worked with me over the summer to get the most complete compensation from my insurance company and recommend where best to spend that claim money. I ended up with an impact resistant roof, which lowered my insurance costs and increased my property value, and also replaced all of my gutters (instead of the few that the insurance company allowed), for just a very nominal investment on my part.

I decided to wait until late fall to actually do the work to minimize the risk of another storm and another claim at my high deductible, and Tom never bothered me about that decision and came out numerous times, and personally oversaw the work, cleanup and inspection that followed. He even went out of his way to replace a screen that was not part of the hail damage that was tricky to fit and required several back and forth trips with the window company.

I would highly recommend Tom and ACR. Top notch work and communication throughout the project.

Tom did a great job managing the project from start to finish, He was here to meet with our insurance adjuster and was on-site while the entire time while the crew did the work. Tom did a good job of explaining everything in detail, and working with our insurance adjuster to make sure we got everything we paid for.

Tom with ACR was great to work with. Pending the sale of my home, he was able to inspect, work with my insurance, and get a new roof on my house in less than a week so that I could close. Tom did a great job communicating with me all throughout the process and even followed up with me after I had sold the home. In today's market it's incredibly difficult to find an honest AND excellent contractor. Tom and ACR are exactly this. He came out initially to certify our roof inspection when we purchased our home with a single-day notice, he came out a second time when we needed some additional work done; always timely and completed well beyond satisfaction.

He also was the roofer we went with to replace our roof after a late summer hail storm. In every aspect he has proven to be very knowledgable and communicative.
