This is the easiest 5 star review I've given! Working with Shawn & Steve has been great throughout the entire process! They made everything easy on our family and took great care of us. New roof looks great!

Steve was extremely helpful and considerate when walking my wife and I through our roof and gutter replacement. He was able to work with our insurance company to get our work covered and we are very happy with how quickly and efficiently the crew got our roof done!

This might be the most frustrating company to work with. The whole thing started off wrong when Mitch walked to my backyard because I didn’t answer the door because (read the room sir) I had two companies there giving me estimates on my AC that was out. I was literally talking to a technician while chasing my two toddlers around and he’s like hi can I go on your roof- I told him we had this done before so no. He continued on and I said fine do whatever (I’m clearly busy and you’re rude) he went up and that was June 17-18 -19 something around when our AC broke. July 4th comes and goes and I knew people like to enjoy so I didn’t text. I checked in and he said you didn’t do what was needed for insurance (how the heck are we supposed to know?) this is your job you’re file. We call them do what’s needed and she said the pics were not good he didn’t zoom in and prove anything. So I tell him - he comes back again for the 3rd time. Tells me In a text he’s working harder than he ever has on a file for us (well that’s not saying much about customer service because you’re legit terrible) then comes back had chase help him and takes more pics. Sends me a screen shot of his outbox that he actually sent multiple pics and not just the same one over and over to our insurance like the first time. I check in again days and days and days later and he says to check with our insurance etc. I call she says that the roofing company premier isn’t doing us justice and isn’t listening to what they need. At this point it rains so I can’t even send her up close pics of the chalk. Finally the insurance who truly wants to run this for us they just need better pics- says we have to send an engineer out. I text Mitch in early August and say hey come on the 14th he says yep sounds good chase and I will be there. August 12th I send a reminder and say hey you still coming? Radio silent. I texted him the 14th asking hey they are here and asking where you are- are you coming? Again radio silent. And it’s the 19th and nothing. All I can say is if you want a roof and they say you have hail- don't pick them unless you want to have this DRAG on for months and months and have a horribly unresponsive agent to work with and a company that is not following through at all on what he pitched me on day 1.

When we get this approved from the insurance from what the engineer saw. You will be lucky if you get our business because this is absolutely the definition of terrible customer service and working for the client.

Did a very nice job on all my roofs.(House and two garages.) They were here at 11:30am and done by 6:00 p.m. did a good job cleaning everything up also.

I had a beyond great experience with Premier Roofing Company. Steve was easy to work with and so understanding of my situation. He answered all of my questions and addressed every concern I had. The crew that came out to do the work were professional and did a quality job. I was amazed how fast they were able to do the work. I can’t say enough what a great experience I had working with them. We knew we had significant hail damage from a storm but we had put off the repair because I was initially daunted by the prospect of filing a claim with our homeowners insurance, and navigating that. But when we met with Steve, he not only helped explain the roofing needs, he also walked us through the process with the insurance element and explained every step along the way. He made all the complex elements really easy to understand.

Steve also made selecting our roofing options fun, and made us feel part of the design process.

Our house got hail damage and I noticed Brandon Price (Sales Rep for Premier) walking through the neighborhood inspecting roofs for damage. He came to me and offered a free inspection of our roof right there. After taking a look from my permission, he told me that the entire roof needed to be replaced. Being a new homeowner, this was not the news I wanted to hear, but was interested in working with premier after hearing from Brandon that Premier can take care of everything for us at no expense to us. Brandon negotiated with our insurance company on cost to repair, scheduled the dates to repair the roof, all the while keeping my wife and I in the loop the entire time. Everything was almost completely hands off, and there were absolutely no hidden costs at our expense. The roofers did a professional job completing the work in a day, all with quality materials for the roof. I am very pleased with their work and implore anyone else needing work done to contact Premier for their services.

We were very happy with our experience with Premier. Jon Prokop handled our claim and was very attentive and kept us updated and educated on each step of the process. We were also very impressed with how quickly the crew put our new roof on and how thorough their clean up was afterwards. Definitely recommend!

Premier replaced my hail-damaged roof in NE Minneapolis last fall. The rep, Brandon Price, inspected my roof and discovered damage that I was not aware of and handled the claim with my insurance company. He provided me with great service and communicated with me every step of the way. The roofing crew was very experienced and I am very happy with the results. Dan was super helpful and patience with my insurance company. They screwed up so many time and he was able to sit with them on the phone and go over all the items that was incorrect.
Not just that, I had an insurance claim prior to this one that my old contractor dropped the ball on. We never had anything replaced because it was going to cost a lot of money. Dan was able to look at our policy and found out that, I can still use my old claim along with my new one to have my house fixed and we were able to replace my roof.

We contacted with this company after they came knocking on our door. Roof was originally scheduled to be replaced 10/28/2022 which was then pushed back to the next day, then the next week. During this time we were given a variety of reasons for delays including predicted bad weather which was untrue, and that the slope of our roof required special contractors, which certainly would not have been new information. 2 weeks later they tell us they are overbooked and can’t do the job until spring, now we are informed today our homeowners policy is being cancelled due to the work not being completed. I called our contact with the company who was apologetic and I understand there’s nothing he can do, but the only reason we pursued this is because they came to our door, now the work is not done and we have to find a new (likely more expensive) homeowners insurance policy. Also the giant stack of roofing materials has been sitting outside our house for almost 2 months. We have asked for it to be picked up but I’m skeptical it will be at this point. This company did not do the work, has been a hassle, and is actually costing us money for having associated with them.

Horrible experience with an employee of this company. He went door to door in our Windom Park neighborhood in NE Minneapolis to give free roof consultations after it hailed multiple times this summer. He got on our roof, swore we had hail damage, and recommended we submit a claim with insurance. We trusted him, so he submitted a claim on our behalf and called our insurance to schedule time for a claims adjuster to fly out to our house. He PROMISED he would be there the day the claims adjuster came, because that was what made Premier so different from other companies. If he weren’t there, he said that the adjuster would most likely not approve our claim. When the claims adjuster arrived, the roofing rep NEVER SHOWED UP, and he was the one who scheduled the appointment! The claims adjuster told us the roofing rep called him earlier and said he couldn’t make it. But the roofing rep didn’t call us to explain! Sure enough, we were denied the claim. We called the Premier Roofing office and explained the incident to the manager, upset with what had happened. He said he would figure out what was going on and call us back immediately. HE NEVER RETURNED OUR CALL! Such an irresponsible employee & manager… I definitely felt like this company took advantage of us as young, first-time homeowners & recommend that other homeowners in NE Minneapolis avoid working with the company.

They were tasked with repairing roof on town home. Got in and out in one day! They even patched up the lawn where their machines went on grass and Josh Gerick brought my dogs toys and treats for the day they were roofing! Great job and quick! ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ For sure!

Started a roof right outside the bedroom window .asked them to please follow city ordinances and not start until at least 7 .then told them I would prefer they start at 8 .I know the city ordinance states 7 so if they started at 7 it would be legal .was told to go ahead and call it in they were not stopping.tried calling the salesman's complaint number ,then the company's main number ,they were not available .I guess they do not like being disturbed that early .they act like they are above the law .started at 6 am

Premier was a great company to work with. When there was a small issue after the roof was completed, they promptly responded. Their staff member Dillion Oien was friendly, respectful and did a great job identifying and fixing the issue!

The process was fast and easy. Tim May was very professional and answered any questions that I had. The installation was done that day and wasn't any inconvenience to us.

Our roof was replaced last week and it has transformed our home. Alex was an amazing representative of Premier. He was informative, professional and even came by to replace a section of our gutter spout that was damaged during the job. We can't thank Alex and crew enough!

We are satisfied overall with our experience with Premier - job number 2044272. Our roof looks great and all the financial logistics have been taken care of. During the process, we ran into a number of issues. The roof install was pushed back a few days for "weather concerns" despite there being no threat of bad weather. Parts of our roof were not installed properly - the quality of install was poor and they installed the wrong materials compared to what was in our contract. We had to do some of the work ourselves (last minute and in the dark) to keep the install on track. The project manager was not even on site for part of the time and did not seem to be very knowledgeable when problems came up. HOWEVER, after bringing these issues to Premier's attention, everything was resolved. A new crew came out immediately and went above and beyond to fix all the problem areas. We are very happy with the end product.

Very professional. Clearly explained the process and gave me all the tools to make decisions. The crew was conscientious and cleaned up after themselves pretty well although I have been still picking up a few nails off the driveway. Overall I was pleased with Premier. Their field representative Alex Bruns was very professional. He was polite, knowledgeable and very helpful through the entire process. The crew knew what they were doing and finished in one day. The only complaint that I had was communication about whether my gutters qualified for replacement. Other than this, job number 2046866 went well and the gaurantee I have gives me comfort in knowing that Premier is not a fly by night outfit that will leave me hanging if a problem occurs.

Normally, I dodge contractors who stop by my house because I do a lot of my own work. However, a Premier Roofing rep was working on a neighbor's roof and stopped by to let me know that he saw a problem with my roof that I hadn't noticed. They also patched it without obligation. That spoke volumes to me about how they operate as a company.

The entire team carries a level of professionalism, clear communication, and great customer service throughout the entire process made it simple, fast, and easy to work with them - including coordinating communications with my insurance company and stepping me through that whole process. I can't recommend them highly enough.

My job # was 2046631. My experience with Premiere was great. My contact was very helpful and also thorough with us. He made the experience very painless. He was helpful and professional. With out him we wouldn’t have known there was an issue and would not have a new roof. He also assisted us and are getting new siding as well. We can’t thank premier enough for all they did. On the day we got out roof replaced the crew was great and super efficient I can’t believe how quick they get the work done, very impressive. We are so impressed and love the final product.

After my free inspection and discovering my roof had hail damage. Alex Bruns, Premier Roofing, field rep. instantly submitted the claim to my home owners insurance, that evening. Alex should be Premier Roofing Employee of the year, as he was there from start to finish. My homeowners and car insurance is with Nationwide. Alex is quite good at his job and we had quite the roller coaster ride, playing chess with my claims agent: Nathan Lantz. Who first words on the phone to me, was I had no hail damage. My roof was done this fall, on Friday, October 9th, 2020, it turned out very good. Premier Roofing is very organized and I would highly recommend to all. It should be noted that the internet says the average home value increase is $ 12,500 after a new roof replacement.

SCAM - BEWARE - horrible harassing series of phone calls for over 2 weeks now. Each time they call and I decline a free roof inspection, they call again from another number and ask again! This very last time the lady tried a brute force method and just rattled off a scheduled time and wanted to make sure it was okay. Horrible way to run a company. We haven't had any significant hail this year in this neighborhood. Don't know how they sleep at night thinking they are being honest and respective to our community. If you need some roofwork done, I suggest you call somebody local who you trust, not these lying bunch of clowns.

I just had my new roof installed this week (Job#2044665). I am super happy with everyone I interacted with from the very beginning! Everyone was extremely courteous and responsive. The only reason I rated 4 stars instead of 5 stars was the fact the crew stayed on my roof literally until sunset which was hard on my kids who needed to go to bed. I'm sure I could have asked them to get off and they would have but I wanted the project done. I also love the quality shingles and the warranties that come with Premier and would definitely recommend them to others looking for a roof!

I've been getting spam calls from this company every day for weeks now. I've blocked their number every time and I always get a call from a new number, even after asking them to remove me from their list. If this is any indication of what they'd be like at their job, I imagine they don't take direction well. I recommend literally any other company to perform your roofing

My favorite part of choosing Premier was the diligence in communications throughout the project. Due to COVID the project was pushed out a couple months, and I would hear from the field sales rep during the delay to let me know the project was still in motion and the current status. I received a call prior to the build, automated communications, and very thorough instructions as to what should be expected during the build and my responsibilities as the home owner (they were very little!).
