Frailey replaced our flat rubber roof in 2017. It was a difficult job and one that not too many company's were willing to bid. Frailey did a great job at a reasonable price.
Fast forward to 2021 and we had a leak during a torrential downpour. We contacted Frailey and to our surprise, they asked to come out the next day to see the damage. It was determined that there was a flaw in an independent section of the roof over a window area. Rather than patch the area, Frailey recommended that the entire section be removed and replaced, which was done the following week. Additionally, they agreed to pay for the small area of drywall damage on the interior.
Anybody can sell you a roof, but very few contractors stand by their work nearly 5 years later and go out of there way to make it right. Highly recommend Frailey Roofing!!

I had Frailey Roofing do a roof for me in Steamboat Springs. The roof was done well, part of the roof is metal and the rest is composite (shingles). There are two vents on the metal roof that needed to be installed with extra attention to detail. 1.5 years after the install, the seals around the vents on the steel roof broke open in the middle of winter. A large amount of water damage happened to the interior of this 2 + million dollar home. I called Randy and we both agreed that the permanent repair needed to be done after the snow was off the roof. We made temporary repairs that held well until spring. I called Randy several times to make an appointment to have do the final repair. We landed on a Tuesday morning in June and he never showed up. Many calls, texts and emails to both his cell and office phones, still nothing back from Frailey . NO FRAILEY ROOFING EVER AGAIN!!!!!!!

We had our roof and gutters replaced by Frailey Roofing due to a hail storm as did two of our neighbors. Everyone had nothing but good things to say about the workmanship, professionalism, and excellent customer service provided by Frailey Roofing. Randy and his team are very conscientious about making sure the work is done correctly and making sure we as customers were satisfied. We had a very good experience using Frailey Roofing and would refer them to anyone needing Roofing related work!

They are professional and efficient. Their crew is hard- working and got the job done quickly. Our roof is great and we would use them again. We've recommended them to several people.

Frailey Roofing replaced our roof in the fall of 2017 after we suffered significant hail damage during a summer storm. They also replaced three roofs of our family and friends. Our collective experiences with Frailey Roofing were all positive. They communicated regularly, provided timely estimates and completed each of our roofs as scheduled. The roofing crew was polite, very hard working and did an amazing job cleaning everything up. We remain grateful that FR was able to fit us in their schedule. I would not hesitate to recommend FR.

Don’t believe anything Frailey Roofing tells you. We were lied to, and ignored multiple times.

They measured and ordered way too much, and then charged us the restocking fee. On top of everything when the bill arrived, the math didn’t add up. When this was brought to their attention the bill fluctuated at least twice and still wasn’t right.....

Not impressed, their customer service sucks, and using somebody who knows how to do math would be a plus.

We just paid the bill and wrote it off as a lesson learned.....

Wow, we came home from a trip and had ask Frailey to do the work while we were gone. Stunning is the word, our home looks so nice, everything was clean and very professionally done. I would highly recommend this Company to anyone needing a new roof or any repairs.

Contacted Frailey roofing to get hail damage on our house repaired. On the first call we were told an estimator would be calling back shortly. The following afternoon, not having heard back from anyone, we called again. They confirmed the correct phone number then advised the estimator would be calling back right after she got off the phone with another client. Two days later still no call. Tried calling back one more time and got the same story from the previous call. 3 days later still no return call. Total garbage customer service or perhaps just total incompetence. Have since contacted Superior Roofing and they were out the next day providing great service.

I can't tell you how pleased I am with my roofing experience from Frailey Roofing. After going through the nightmare of roof replacement just a few years ago, we decided to look into putting a concrete tile roof on so we wouldn't have to keep replacing an asphalt roof. Some of my neighbors gave me Frailey Roofing's contact info and it was smooth sailing from there. Randy Frailey and the folks who work for Frailey roofing could not be nicer, more professional people. The process was easy and my roof is fantastic! We had a small leak in our roof over our garage that many roofing places did not even want to consider doing because it was too small of a job. We were quoted a high amount by a different roofing company and then we had Frailey roofing come out to take a look. There price was phenomenal and service was outstanding! They did a great job and explained exactly what and why they were doing things the way they did. I would highly recommend this company!

Frailey roofing Saved our lives!!!! building a cabinn in Colorado was not easy we came to the last part the roof!! we could not find anyone available because of a big hail storm all the roofers were too busy. After contacting Frailey roofing and expalining our desperate situation, my husband camping in below zero tempertaures and not being able to find someone right away so we can get this done and he could leave. They were there for us, instantly!!! they came and in two days our wonderful roof was done!! very good job and with no delays, this company cares about people, they were very reasonable priced, and excellent workers! we highly recomend them always!!!

Frailey Roofing did my roof after a terrible hail storm this year. I was under a time crunch due to other projects being done on the house at the same time, even though Frailey had tons of jobs due to the storm, they worked so well with me to get my roof done in a day! A brand new beautiful roof in ONE DAY! They put all of their guys on it to get it done for me and Angela kept me in the loop on everything and even took care of the insurance claim paperwork.
