If only every contractor/company operated with the efficiency, honesty, integrity, and excellent communication that these folks do!! This is really a standout operation. Steve was a pleasure to work with. He stayed in touch with us throughout the process and everything went according to plan. I hope we don’t need a new roof any time soon but if we do I’m only making one phone call. He was so easy to work with - responsive and informative. His crew was excellent. They arrived on time, worked hard and finished on time. They cleaned up and left the property looking good.

For being such a big job, Dave and his team made our roof replacement an easy experience. They were knowledgable, honest, and efficient. I'm not wishing for hail damage again anytime soon, but if it happens we will be working with them again!

Waste of our time. We were told he wouldn't take the job because of "liability, because the houses were too close together". First of all... he said he would be there at 2:30pm, but showed more than half an hour early and one of us just happened to be there to let him in. Second, when we spoke two days prior he said he would be looking at satellite images of the roof and house before he even came over so he knew what he was getting into. Third, his offices are located in the same neighborhood about 2 blocks away from our house., he should already be VERY familiar with the close proximity of houses in the Baker neighborhood and if he was a professional he should have been able to address this in advance. Thanks for wasting our time with your incompetence!

Denver Roofers is awesome. Steve and Chad were great guys and made the whole process nice and easy. My insurance didn't cover it,so it was not a small investment. They worked with me financially and installed a beautiful new roof at a great cost. They even got my house and garage done in one day.

I was in a panic, and Steve came out the next morning, covered my skylights and offered to come over when the adjuster arrived. He was always reachable and helped me with all the details of the job. So when my parents needed their roof replaced I went back to them and again couldn't have been happier with how easy they were to work with and the quality of their work.

My experience with this company was wonderful. I needed a new roof after the hail storms in 2017 and I am so glad we went with Denver Roofers LLC. They communicated so well and made the process to get the job scheduled, materials selected, etc so easy. They used high quality materials and completed the job as scheduled. Another plus was that we had a new roof in one day and it was like they were never there because their clean up was so thorough. I've had friends and neighbors who used other companies that had to do so much cleanup of roofing nails, scraps of materials, etc on their own after their roofing company was long gone. Denver Roofers LLC is the way to go.

Our roofing experience with Denver Roofers was excellent! Dave provides excellent customer service and great work! We had to pay out of pocket for a roof re-decking, it was reasonably priced and comparable to work provided by other roofers. We went with Denver Roofers initially because our initial conversations and customer service was excellent compared to others. I had heard a lot about Denver Roofers but never had to use them until the Spring 2017 hail storm. Dave was able to come give me a quote a few days within contacting him and immediately got me on his calendar. Since the hail storm was so wide spread I heard wait times were 6 months plus but Dave's crew was out in about 6 weeks. It took them one day to get my roof on! They kept the mess to a minimum and whenever I had a concern I could tell I was being taken seriously. I'd never consider anyone else to do my roof. Huge shout out to Denver Roofers.

Across the board, Denver Roofers did an excellent job for me. They replaced my roof in Golden after the spring hail storm and were prompt, professional, and did exceptional work. Dave is great to work with and their field personnel not only did a very good job, but the cleaned up very well, which shows their attention to detail and delivering the best roofing service from start to finish.

Denver Roofers replaced our roof in Highlands Ranch about 2 years ago. Dave M and the rest of the team did a great job from start to finish. They have always been on time, on budget and honest. We recently had a storm and had some minor damage. Dave sent folks to inspect and they corrected the issues on the spot for us at no cost. Would not use anyone else for roofing an would not hesitate to recommend to friends and family.

I had hail damage on my roof and based on reviews I decided to go with Denver Roofers. They worked with my insurance company, showed up on time for inspections, got the job done when they said they would, had the city inspect the roof, all without me having to do much at all. I got the check from my insurance and it needed to be endorsed by my mortgage company, lets just say it took about a month to long. Dave could not have been nicer about the whole thing. the roof looks great and I could not ask for more.

Earlier this year we noticed our roof was missing a few shingles but we were totally unaware it had also been badly damaged by hail. From start to finish it has been a pleasure to work with Denver Roofers. They also worked very closely with our insurance company and helped to make the whole insurance claim process simple. In addition, while the roof was being installed, the Denver Roofers project manager monitored the work and made sure it was done with quality and care. We are very happy with our new roof and the customer service from Denver Roofers was exceptional!

After a recent hail storm in July I contacted several roofers on Google to get an estimate. Of the five roofing companies I contacted only three responded and gave me estimates on the roof, but only one (Denver Roofers) of those three responded the next day after I called.

Mr. Dave Metz showed up on time at my house with a friendly and polite demeanor. Dave was not pushy nor did he attempt to get me to sign a contract on the spot. Instead he informed me he would get to his office and email me the estimate by the end of the day. Three hours later I had an estimate with the total cost including the permit and taxes. The price was awesome, and reasonable compared to the other companies who also gave me estimates.

After hiring Denver Roofers, I was looking for a certain style shingle. I explained to Dave what I wanted and the brand of shingles I was looking for. Dave made it happen. He arrived at my door with samples of various colored shingles. After selecting the shingles I added I also wanted to get the gutters replaced, Dave being an honest person, advised me some people say their gutters are more expensive, and some say they are cheaper. I decided to get three estimates from other companies and discovered Denver Roofers offers a better price on gutters too.

The work was completed in one day. The crew did an awesome job all around. The gutters look great. In closing the entire job from the initial phone call to the finish 8 days. Great job Dave Metz!

Those guys are great. I had a flat roof with all kinds of leaks and they did a fantastic job fixing it even with the pre existing equipment on top. Honest, fast, clean and at a great price, I couldn't have asked for more.

Denver Roofers have installed two roofs for me. On the first one we had trouble with a weird insurance adjuster, and Denver Roofers were very patient while I got that straightened out. Then when I had a second roof to fix, they were actually still willing to work with me. They are very responsive, and returned all calls and emails very rapidly, and provided pictures through out the roofing process so I could see progress. Their prices are also quite competitive. If I ever have another roof to replace, I'll call Denver Roofers.

My wife and I needed all of our gutters and downspouts replaced on our early-20th-century bungalow in NW Denver, as well as new roofing on our front porch and rear sunroom addition (which has skylights). Dave was able to do the estimate within a week or so after we called. The estimate was very competitive and they were very responsive and professional, so we chose them over the other bids we had gotten. Dave and his project manager, Eddie, were easy to reach by both phone and email and provided plenty of updates without us needing to chase them down. They clearly explained the work and the products, and were willing, able, and quick to answer all my questions. The work was scheduled and completed as quickly as I could have hoped with on-and-off cold weather and precipitation. They were very attentive to building codes. They absorbed extra costs incurred when they found they would have to use flat roofing material instead of shingles because the angle of our front porch roof was different than what they had originally measured, and was too low for shingles. After all the work was complete, I noticed a slight inconsistency with the height of the bottom elbow and extension on one of the downspouts, and they agreed to come out and change it to match the rest without delay or complaint. We're very satisfied with the work and the customer service, and would recommend them for replacement of roofing and gutters.

My project was a long ongoing one as I had some outside repairs to make in addition to the roof and gutters. Dave kept in contact with me over several months (and all of my color changes) until everything was ready to go.

These guys are great! Had an adjuster scheduled to come out to inspect our leaking roof. Dave from Denver Roofers drove up that morning to meet the inspector and make sure Farmers was aware of all the hail damage. The adjuster insisted it was just an old roof, but with everything Dave pointed out, the adjuster decided a replacement would be covered.
Dave was very patient with us for the next 45 days while we decided on shingle and gutter colors. When we finally decided, Dave scheduled the work for the next week and they had everything done in a single day. And the work they did was outstanding. High quality shingles and everything was done beautifully. And Dave made sure to meet Broomfield's code with drip edge, etc, and passed everything on to Farmers. Effortless on my end. With so many shady roofing 'companies' out there (and we met with two before Denver Roofers), it's tough to feel confident signing up with one. We were lucky to be referred to these guys. I highly recommend them.
