Premier Roofing Company - Saint Louis, MO

We want to say how well we’ve been treated and taken care of by Premier Roofing. They have followed through on everything they said they would do and totally took care of us when we had a small problem on our existing gutter covers after our roof was replaced. Will Burns has been our point of contact on our project and he has gone above and beyond to make sure we’ve been taken care of. He always responds and has kept us in the loop throughout the entire project. If you need roofing, siding or gutters do yourself a favor and call them today, they’re the best.

The process to get my siding repair started out really stressful until Jose started managing my project. He kept me informed when supplies would be delivered and when the work would be completed. He kept his word and really took care of me! Thank you Jose!!! It looks fantastic!

These guys are seriously the BEST. its really hard to find a company that actively displays a "customer first" mentality. They were amazing to work with, work fast, and did an amazing job. If my family ever needs roof work done in the future Premier Roofing is the only company I would consider working with! 10/10

There was some damage to vinyl siding from the original roofing job. Premier assigned Jose Rivera to oversee the repairs needed, and he did so with full competence. He arranged for a crew to come today and they did a wonderful job repairing the damaged siding. Mr. Rivera was courteous, professional, and thorough in explaining the project and directing and overseeing the repairs. Because of him, we would be willing to contract with Premier if we need future work following a storm. He’s a credit to Premier.

Dominic with Premier roofing has stopped by on several occasions to address minor issues. Response time has been within 24 hours to 2 days which was very impressive. We have been very pleased with the professionalism and expertise at Premier Roofing.

David has gone above and beyond for us. Including taking multiple rounds of pictures, and making multiple extra trips to
our home when our insurance was being stubborn. We are very thankful for his extra time and positive attitude through the whole process to help us out.

Service was excellent, Michael Null responded promptly to answer about situations that came up during the work on the roof.

I would have no trouble recommending Premier |Roofing to anyone. My new rood has held up well in recent storms, and it looks great on my home. Premier is a GREAT COMPANY.

Well done and very efficient, especially given a high-pitched roof 2.5 stories high. The costs fell within the rough quote range, with a some extras found later in the installment that were justified. Gutter/downspout team also did a great, given the many corners on a 100-year old Victorian style house.

Terrible experience!! My gutters are messed up!! Drip edge is in front of gutters!! Ripped out parts of gutters and threw shingles on my deck that is now scratched from dragging shingles across!! Tricks leaked oil all over driveway that is now stained and haven’t heard anything since and no one has offered to fix damages!! Not happy at all!!

Live in Sakura and Hoa manager hired them and roof leaking and Hoa deny having any of our condo fees to fix someone got paid so where's our fixing problem work on this company gravios location. The HOA manager says no money 2027 so went to home owners insurance water leaking.

I had a horrible experience working with Premier Roofing. It was a series of lies and broken promises.

They knocked on my door and offered a free roof inspection. After that the games and lies began.

They promised to show up during the insurance inspection but never showed up. They promised to work with my insurance company to get things reinspected and the claim corrected. Another lie. After that I didn’t hear back for months until I followed up.

I was majorly screwed over by this company and their lack of integrity. Please don’t let this happen to you!

Premier Roofing and their Field Sup Eli Baxter provided excellent service from the first stage of a free inspection all the way to replacing my entire shingle and flat roofs, a project that was paid for by an approved insurance claim. This was a relief after being denied on a previous hail claim last year!

The new roof looks great, the crew did great work and were super thorough cleaning up around my home as well when they finished.

I highly recommend this company, especially to anyone affected by the many recent hail storms this spring that have already hit the St. Louis, St. Charles and Jefferson County areas to name a few.

Your company keeps sending me letters saying I owe you money. But won't answer your phone. I have called and left multiple messages. No one will call me back and you want to send me a letter stating you are placing a lean on my home. If your company would would return my calls we wouldn't be here right now. Premier did a great job on my roof from the inspection to the build out to the final settlement. It was a great and satisfying experience of an otherwise difficult one. So I am immense appreciative.

Premier is the only company I will deal with when it comes to roofing. I went to my insurance company to file a claim for hail damage and they were going to replace a portion of my roof, that when I talked with David Jacob from premier and he fought back against my insurance company and got me a beautiful roof after taking over a hundred plus photos to send to them which reversed there decision from a partial roof to a complete roof install. I want to thank everyone from the roof installers to the adjusters to the Premier staff for the great job they did for us. I also wanted to mention that this was a huge project to rip off the whole roof and install new one and you would not have known this was done because they take care of your property to make sure it is cleaned up after and put tarps over everything to protect it from fro shingles and debris. I highly recommend this company to anyone that needs a roof replaced.

I called them back out 4 times for multiple issues and some were the same. They left nails in my yard (all over) and received a flat due to it. They asked me to have the driveway clear and they still drove on my lawn and put craters in the ground. My front gutters were lowered in the middle so, heavy down pours it overflows in that location. I was promised money back from Thomas Rubino who was the manager at the time (never happened). I called the local office to follow up and they knew anything about it. So I'm supposed to receive a call from the new manager still waiting....they are helpful until they have your money.

The replaced my roof in 2021. I paid half of my bill and told them once I received a receipt I would pay the other half never heard from them. This year I get a bill for the full amount with interest charges. I have tried numerous time to contact them at the St. Louis location and other locations just so I can’t figure this out, and nobody is answering or returning my calls! I highly recommend using someone else. This is not a very professional company when they can’t even return calls on billing mistakes on their end!!!

I worked with Cody with Premier Roofing to get a new roof for our house this summer. Cody helped us each step of the way with getting our insurance claim filed and approved and even came out to the house to help us pick out the color for our new shingles (he got on a ladder and put the samples on the roof- now that's what I call service!). After we had some bad storms I noticed Josh with Premier Roofing talking to a neibhor of mine, when he finished up he came over and did an inspection for me on the spot. Working with Premier was great, I knew nothing about the process or the insurance process and Josh helped walk me through each step and explained everything.

Jesse and the Premier Team were incredibly easy to work with! Through the whole process he took care of absolutely everything we needed from general questions to working with our insurance adjuster to make sure we had absolutely everything we needed. The build was fast and looks amazing! I cannot recommend Jesse and the Premier Roofing Team enough.

I would highly recommend Jesse and the Premier Roofing Team. The process took 3 weeks start to finish and there was little effort required by me, they handled everything. Their work is A+ quality and you will be very happy with the way your roof looks when finished.

Our case manager, Marcelo, was excellent. Especially with us being one of his first completions on the job. PJ was his trainer, and he too, was excellent at both communicating with us and teaching Marcelo. We got to see first hand how the company treats their employees and train their new staff. All gentleman fixing the roof were very respectful and worked very hard. We appreciate all the people involved and the company for a great experience. Everything was completed in timely manner and every process was pretty much taken care of by Premier employees, making it super convenient and easy! Our roof looks great and solid. My experience with premier was good but Joe made it great! He is one of the the most down to earth people you will meet and he goes above and beyond. He came out multiple times to not only meet with adjusters to make sure they do their job correctly, but to also make sure the job was done right. If you need your roof repaired or replaced Joe is your guy!

I am amazed at how smooth the process went for getting a new roof! Austin knocked on our door and was so personable and knowledgeable. It seemed like a great company, but my dad was skeptical of the door-to-door method, haha. So I thought about it and looked up reviews and eventually reached back out to Austin. I’m glad I did! Once we got started on the process, Jasper was our main contact, and he was excellent, too! He is very knowledgeable and explained every step of the process. He was present when the insurance adjuster came out but was very respectful of their process. I was glad he was there because he was able to kindly point out some things that helped us get the best estimate. I had an excellent experience with Premier Roofing, St. Louis branch, from the first conversation through the tear-off and installation of my new roof. Company representative Dalton MccLanahan provided accurate information, was timely with responses to my questions and was understanding and accepting of our needs and process. Joe at Premier was so awesome to work with. He met the insurance inspector (who wasn't even going to get up on the roof) showed him the damage and then handled everything from there, even coordinating his team around my babysitter and pets. All around, professional, with great customer service, and quality work, efficiently done. I highly recommend them!
