Great place, great people, great service, great ethics. They replaced my roof a couple of years ago after a hailstorm. They dealt with the insurance issues which made things a lot easier for me. After the last few days of heavy rains I was worried that I might have a minor roof leak, so I called them to have it checked. They responded quickly, looked everything over and reassured me that there was no leak. Both times I dealt with Jacob Ford who was great. Can’t recommend Jacob and Colorado Superior Roofing highly enough. After dealing with other companies in the past I really don’t want to go anywhere else for roofing issues.

I had to determine whether or not the house I just purchased in Parker had Class 4 impact resistant shingles or not. No info was provided by the seller. I spoke with Kevin a couple of times and he was extremely helpful in understanding my unusual issue. He provided me with several options to consider and I ultimately found the critical info I needed. Robert Korotky recently came to inspect the 20-year+ old roof on my Denver house. He did not recommend immediate replacement, and he took the time to go over the status of roof's condition and areas that needed small repairs. I appreciated his honest assessment. He also inspected the gutters. He went above and beyond by coming back a couple of weeks later to hammer a couple of nails in on loose shingles and add silicone to a couple of exposed spots. Couldn't recommend him any higher. When it does come time to replace my roof, I will call Colorado Superior Roofing & Exteriors.

I’m a landlord & Colorado Superior Roofing replaced the roofs on 3 of my Lakewood homes several years ago. With last June’s hail storm, I now need 7 reroofs. I have awarded 6 of them to Colorado Superior. Sam Worley has been amazing to work with…very patient & persistent. One roof has solar panels and I felt confident Sam would handle it properly. Called these guys out to do an inspection of the roof. Sam was great; he did a good job of explaining what condition the roof was in and what the process would look like with insurance. No actual work was done since everything was fine so can't review that particular aspect but I would definitely call these guys out again to do any work that needed to be completed.

Posting a month after getting our roof done with CO Superior Roofing, and these guys were great. Highly recommend. Most kudos to Rob our sales and project manager. They really walked us through the whole insurance and payment processing. Always on time. Good communications and quick replies. They did fast work and cleaned up well afterwards. They also went the extra mile and helped with a minor siding issue discovered during the project free of charge. So thankful. Definitely worth your time getting a quote from this company.

I have been working with Kevin and Colorado Superior Roofing to replace our roof and repaint our house which was needed due to hail damage. Kevin was onsite during the insurance inspection and has helped expedite the entire process with the insurance company. We are about half way through the process and I couldn't be happier with their professionalism, expertise and guidance which have all made a stressful situation seem like a breeze.

I called Colorado Superior Roofing & Exteriors of Parker for a free estimate and the person on the other end of the phone was polite and knowledgeable. Pricing was also very fair!

This review uses a star rating aimed to not hurt or help this business as my only interaction was by phone in an effort to obtain a quote. I did not do business with this company. I did call to set up an estimate for either a full roof replacement or repair of the broken concrete tiles on our home. An answering type of service answered the call, took my contact information and said their sales team was all on calls, but someone would call me back in 15-minuites.

A man called me back from their main number about 30 minutes later and I explained our needs briefly. In short, a large home with concrete tile roof in need if either repair or replacement. The caller, in a rude “I don’t want your business” way, said “my minimum to even look at anything is $2,500.” I told him a project of our scope is not going to start this way and I hung up. It was really odd, like he was doing me a favor. My initial call was to the Parker location, but the call back came from the main office in Lakewood.

I originally added them to the companies I wanted quotes from as they had 5-stars on 44 reviews (Parker). Since my experience was so odd, I looked the company up a bit more. While their website says they have been in business since 2002, the secretary of state shows them registering under this name in 2015. There were similar names that have expired, but those even date back only to 2010, not 2002. Their website (and even Google) says “free estimates,” which clearly is also wrong or misleading from my direct contact.

What also came up were building permits under the companies name in Douglas County, which dated back to only 2010. It is odd that they have only 44 reviews when they claim to be in business for 22 years and from the number of permits pulled in Douglas County (a lot). Lastly, Google also shows they were sued in 2019 for failing to pay $79K of workman’s comp insurance premiums over a two year period before the policy was canceled.

Overall, I’m happy to have come across these issues before having them involved in our project as opposed to deal with problems down the line. I was able to secure three estimate appointments with other companies, all free and without any concerns on the calls. This interaction did have me look into the other companies further also and I eliminated one due to some findings there.

The quality of the installation was great. The job site was cleaned very well. The inspector said the roof was installed better than was required. Communication left a little to be desired.

Superior roofing went beyond our expectations. After signing a contract, the kept in touch with us each step of the way. They also coordinated our siding repair and painting. We recommend them highly.

Rob was prompt, professional, efficient, responsive and personable. If he is indicative of the company, I will definitely use them when my roof needs replacement or repair.

Robert performed an inspection of a portion of our roof with a suspected leak. He was professional, honest, and forthright about what he noticed. He took the time to look the section over in detail and discuss with us where repairs were needed. He then took the time to caulk up the most obvious area of concern and laid out a plan for evaluation and additional repairs if needed. Cannot praise Robert and Colorado Superior Roofing enough, I recommend them wholeheartedly!

Josh Escandon and Colarado Superior Roofing did a great job on replacing our hail damaged roof and dealing with the insurance/mortgage companies. I definitely recommend them and will use them again for any future roofing jobs.

We had a damaged roof ridge vent from high winds, and Kevin from Colorado Superior Roofing came over the day I reached out to make sure it would be water tight with impending storms coming in. Then, they came out the very next morning to make the thorough repair. They were amazing to work with, and if we ever have a full roof replacement, we will definitely use this company.

We unfortunately made the mistake of going with another roofing company, but wanted to provide a review on Superior's process for estimates. They were very easy to schedule an estimate with. They provided an entire packet, even including information for homeowners to research before signing a contract. The estimate was detailed and had extra notes. They made us feel like it was worth their time to speak with us, that they were working on our HOME; we were not a bothersome or just another job. We did not have to ask for any certifications; everything we needed like COI was included in our packet. They truly seem to be a very honest company; no hidden fees, no hidden tactics. We ended up only with the other company because our insurance company made the decision to mail them a check versus us. The samples they provided us with were in stock and available. I wish we had gone with Colorado Superior instead!!!

We are selling our home and the inspector had a concern about light that was coming through into attic from the roof. Dominic came and did an inspection from the attic and from on top of the roof. He also took pictures which he sent me along with a report of his findings. (Which he said there was no problem, our roof was properly sealed). When I asked what I owed him, he said we owed nothing, they do free inspections. He didn't try to sell me anything. He was pleasant and friendly. If I have any future roofing needs, I will definitely use Colorado Superior Roofing and Exteriors of Parker.

I contacted Pete at this company asking for scraps for a dog house roof. He called me immediately, asked all about the project and said he’d be in contact next week. 30 minutes later called to tell me he had some scraps. Then he also gave me some underlaying and nails, helped me get it loaded and spent time explaining what I needed to do with it. He refused money. He was one of the kindest people I’ve met, really went above and beyond. I almost wish I needed roofing done as I would hire him and this company immediately! Thanks Pete

From Dominic scheduling my initial appointment, to Jacob visiting the house and giving the estimate, to Alfredo and Gabriel performing repair - The entire experience was fantastic and would definitely recommend this company!

A great experience again, working with Colorado Superior Roofing and Construction. We needed fascia and soffit repair work done and they did a fantastic job completing the project. The team was out last year for another different project and had the same great professional result. Highly recommended team and company. Replaced facia boards due to rotted areas, and replaced/updated gutters in the affected areas. The process went very smoothly from the estimate through the one-day repair and installation. We felt the pricing was fair also.

I have been in my home for almost 20 years, and my house was one of the few if not only that didn't need a new roof before.
My turn was up. My first meeting was with Jacob Ford and my insurance adjuster. He requested they be there at the same time so they were in agreement. He was very professional, on time and not at all pushy.
My next meeting was with the Field manager and crew. I worked with Pete Amador, he was one of the nicest person I have met.
Like Jacob he was professional, on time and made sure the job was done well. After they finished and had gone home I discovered that my garage door would not work. I contacted Mr. Amador and he came right over and fixed it. He could have just told me what was wrong ( motor plug fell out , from outlet at top of garage) and left me on my one. What he did was get back in his car come back to my home and explain how it worked and fixed it.
As a side note I am a recent widow and senior , Which a lot of companies and individuals take advantage of and don't care about service. this company is the best.

From the time I made the call requesting an estimate for a complete roof replacement and through to completion of the project, Superior was amazing. I had tried to get my roof replaced twice in the past and in each instance, when trying to work directly with insurance, my experience was not very pleasant. After some time passed, I decided it was time to replace the roof, regardless of whether insurance would cover it. Thankfully, I decided to call Superior for an estimate. Within two hours Jacob had come out and completed an inspection. More important, he committed to coming back to assist in my interaction with the insurance, which I believe is what finally tipped the scales in my favor. I can't say enough about Jacob, and the crew that completed the work! The crew was timely, professional, and best of all - produced quality work! Pete kept me informed throughout the work and answered all of my pesky and irritating queries with a smile - thanks Pete! Last but not least, Superior brought in Paris to do some mudding and drywall repair for a minor leak in the house. Needless to say, the work he did was spot on. And like Jacob and Pete before him, and Kevin afterward (in addressing a minor issue), he was the consummate professional. Thanks for everything, Superior!

Awesome company. This is by far the best experience I've had working with a roofing company, having several properties over the years and multiple roofs replaced. Pete Amador, the Field Manager was on site throughout the project. He did an outstanding job, going above and beyond. He kept me informed, and explained what they were doing along the way. He made sure I was happy with the job, and repeated that the company stands behind their work if I found any issues with their work. I had no issues, they did a beautiful job. They completed removal of old roofing, repaired damages, showed me pictures of areas of concern, and installed a new roof within a day. Their quote was very reasonable. Everything about the gutter replacement project was a breeze. They met me within a day to give me a price, and were finished within 2 weeks (only 1 actual day of work), even during busy summer months.

Last year 2019 the last hail storm of the year we got hit pretty hard. It caused much noticeable damage to our home. We needed a new roof and new paint on the house. We reached out to Colorado Superior Roofing In the winter. We waited till the winter because we were researching companies and finally made our final choice. Once we set up a meeting Rob came out and was very kind and professional. He was so easy to work with and very knowledgeable, he was able to answer our questions and make the process so smooth. Because of it still being winter we were in no hurry to get the work done based on the weather. He set up dates that worked out great based on the weather. They removed our solar panels professionally and within a couple days started working on the roof. As soon as the roof was done and weather permitting they reinstalled our solar panels. The paint was then scheduled later in time and the painters did a great job. They finished our house faster than I expected. All in all we are so happy with the final results. Colorado Superior Roofing did an amazing job for our family. Our daughter is special needs and we emphasized our concern about making sure there were no hazardous materials left behind. Peter and his crew went the extra mile for us. Peter made sure to communicate with his crew how important this was for us. The crew set up extra measures to ensure that no nails were left behind. They set up extra tarps and used their magnetic sweeper various times throughout the day to ensure my daughter's safety. After the very heavy rain in Castle Rock this past couple of days I NOTICED A WATER LEAK in our laundry room coming from a vent opening in the ceiling. I called a roofing company that we had done significant business with in the past and was told that they were too busy with large jobs to help us out so I contacted Superior Roofing and Andrew responded the next day. He was very knowledgeable and professional and found the source of the leak and repaired it preventing further damage. He also helped a neighbor with a similar problem without delay for administrative matters. We now have a new "GO TO" roofing company that I highly recommend.
