I got quotes from 3 different companies, and liked them all. I chose Premier in large part because of Andi. She has been a genuine stand out from the first conversation throughout the entire process, truly impressive with her throughness, her attention to detail and the genuine, down-to-earth customer sensitivity of Andi and the workers. When an issue came to light afterward, it was immediately and impressively addressed. I am truly glad I chose Premier and recommend Andi and her crew to all in search of a quality product provided with true Customer Care.

We needed our skylight fixed and within 3 days of a call, they came and fixed it! The workers were so kind and respectful! Definitely recommend this company.

I have used Premier twice now thanks to Oklahoma hail storms. Both times Junior has been amazing. He explained things every step of the way. He even helped make sure I knew what coverage I needed when I was shopping for a new insurance provider. Anyone I have communicated with at Premier has been helpful and kind. They seem to be honest and just want what is best for the customer. A big thank you to Junior for always being helpful and answering my millions of questions.

Premier Roofing did a great job on our roof after the last hail storm. They finished the roof in one day which I loved. I was very impressed on how smooth the process went and that was all because of Chris Patterson. Chris was honest and professional. He answered every question we had and we had a lot of questions. He was amazing!! Thanks Premier Roof we will definitely be using you all again!!

I was woken up at 6am to these knuckleheads firing up their generator and unloading tools in my front yard. They were unhappy when I interrupted their loud conversation since they needed to talk over the noise from the generator in order for me to explain to them that my lawn is not a storage place for their tools nor is it a water cooler in their office for them to gather at. Throughout the day the laborers threw trash and work related garbage into my yard which was beyond unprofessional. My wife came home for lunch and could not even get into our driveway because the crew had their girlfriends delivering them a truckload of tacos that completely blocked my driveway. When I told them they needed to move the truck and stop blocking my mailbox and driveway they have the gall to try and argue with me that they should be allowed to finish lunch before having to unblock it. OUTRAGEOUS. I would never use this company due to the utter disregard they have for other people and if this is the kind of employees they prefer to have represent them then you can be assured that they will treat their clients with the same lack of integrity.

I would strongly recommend Premier to my friends, which I already did. Their team are quick to act and provide satisfactory results. Especially Chris Patterson who has done a great job in my neighborhood.

Thanks to Junior and Jared very satisfied with everything, they crew work daylight to past dark and know how to getter done ! Been a contractor for 45 years, there is a right and wrong way to every job, definitely done the right way and can live out my remaining years in comfort knowing my roof was done properly .

Premier's representative HUY was a true professional. He explained the entire process before anything was done. He was very easy to work with and responded to all of my inquiries. The roof looks good also.

If you need a new roof, the company to call is Premier Roofing. They are very professional. We started the process on a Thursday and the following Thursday my roof was on. They have a Production lead person who was on site the entire day. The crew was very friendly and knew their job well.
My site was cleaned up very nicely once the job was finished.

Going door to door and harassing my wife. Gave the typical excuses when she said we don’t allow solicitors and he wouldn’t stop pressing her. I’ve seen the owner says they do free estimates in neighborhoods that have had recent wind and hail damage. We’ve had neither. I can’t speak for their quality of roofing but I’d never hire a company that goes door to door like they do. They aren’t doing work in my neighborhood like they claim. The salesman parked his Corolla in front of my house as he went door to door.

I recently went through the process of getting a new roof (first time for me as a homeowner) and Premier came highly recommended. My Premier associate Jasper came out at the same time as the insurance adjuster and made the entire process go as seamless as possible. He was knowledgeable in upgrades I would need to meet current code (home is late 70s) and communication was great throughout. High quality work and customer service! Thanks Premier

I had a couple post roofing problems and I was surprised how equitably and quickly management settled these issues to my satisfaction.

We had a great experience with Premiere Roofing! Mitchell was professional and courteous and helped us understand every step throughout the process. He made sure we stayed informed and answered all of our questions thoroughly. Junior and Jasper were persistent and never gave up on making sure our insurance company covered the full replacement of our roof. It was a bumpy ride with insurance, but their persistence paid off and now we have a brand new beautiful roof! We can’t stress enough how professional Mitchell was, we would have never known where to start and what to do if it wasn’t for his patience and understanding! I thank God for the day he showed up on our doorstep after the hail storm. He is the angel we didn’t know we needed!

Premier was more than impressive! From the quote process to the finished job, they were professional, responsive and high quality! We had 3 different companies come to quote our roof and Junior with Premier was the only one who answered all of our questions, carried himself with integrity and could tell he was knowledgeable about the process. It carried through with the communication with insurance, the roofing and gutter crew, to the cleanup. They addressed all our concerns in real time and communication was always open and timely. I work from home and can see a large part of our roof from my office window and was very impressed by the roofing crew and the quality of work they did. If I were looking for a new roof, these guys would be the last people I call. They can’t respect a no soliciting sign on my front door, what other ways do they disregard what they’re supposed to do?
Edit: So after you disregard my sign with your ‘free service’, you have no intention of soliciting me your roof services? I doubt it. And I doubt anyone else that went through the effort of installing a no soliciting sign cares about that distinction either. You’re a solicitor with extra steps. Premier Roofing was top-notch with their impressive services on our roof. We were having serious issues with our insurance company and they handled the stressful situations with them so it was less for us to deal with on our end. Our contractors, Briar and Junior were very honest and thorough about inspecting our roof prior to the installation. They made the process so easy and seamless! They with us through every step making sure that everything was going exactly the way it was supposed to! Ludwin was our contractor during the build process, and he was also very communicative with us about how long the process would take and what to expect while the builders were there. Even after everything was cleaned up, Briar came out to extensively check the roof as well as our property to make sure everything was perfect! I highly recommend this company!

Lane Generaux has been a pleasure to work with. I was super cautious because it’s very hard to trust people’s intentions these days and after having issues with my insurance company I didn’t want to be bothered. But one day Lane showed up and from day one he has been sincere, honest, helpful, kind, and is an extremely hard worker. He, the crew that repaired my roof, and the other employees did an excellent job in working to take care and advocate for me . I’m so happy my representative was Lane, someone I could trust, and I highly recommend Premier.

Jasper and Jake were extremely helpful in getting the process going on our new roof and walking us through contacting our insurance and working directly with the insurance company to handle any differences in price. They sent regular updates on deliveries and on project plans. The foreman and crew were on time and had the roof completed and clean up finished in 1 day. Jasper and Jake came back out a day later to inspect the roof and explain warranty coverage and additional insurance checks. Very professional and easy to work with from start to finish.

Unbelievably pleased with Premiere's work at my house in Edmond. They removed the roof down to the decking, redecked and finished the roof in about a day and a half! They worked with purpose because rain was coming---but they were polite and left our yard very clean. Just looking at the roof compared to our neighbors, ours looks better finished--complete with a high-profile roofline and a drip edge. We didn't ask for these or have them before, so that was a pleasant surprise. Junior, their rep, was very friendly. My husband used to work for a roofer and he was super impressed.

Worked with this company for over 2 months after they inspected my roof for damage. They were super helpful with my insurance company and dealing with the adjuster, but now two months later they sent me the most ridiculous estimate that’s almost double that of any other roofer. I’m sure they do good work and the people were nice but be prepared to pay significantly more money for your roof. Ask for an estimate up front. Don’t get strung along for two months like I did.

Christian was helpful, start to finish, in getting our roof replaced after hail damage. He knew how to complete every step of the process with our insurance, and was always quick to respond when we had questions. The work was done quickly and well, and we have no complaints!

The most organized and professional roofing crew we have ever seen. Arrived at 6:45 AM and finished 6:50 PM! Cleaned everything up, including our front porch and back patio. The little details such as painting the flues, and wind turbines, flashing matching the shingles. Jasper, Kory and Junior answered all questions.

The entire experience with Premier Roofing was tremendous! From my initial contact with Daniel and Jasper all the way through the project with Dean and his crew, Premier Roofing was great to work with.

All expectations were clearly explained. Communication was excellent. Everything happened exactly as promised. Once the actual roof replacement began it was finished sooner than expected but in an excellent manner. Guttering followed two days later and done in one day.

Jasper was such a champ to work with! He stuck with the project all the way through and worked very hard with our insurance provider to get us the end result of a complete and beautiful new roof!

Armantti and Jasper were absolute professionals and wonderful to work with! My 72yr old mother’s 20+ yr home had suffered much damage from several bad storms in Oklahoma and we never knew until we noticed there was a bad leak along the edges of the ceiling. Fortunately, premier roofing was already working on a neighbor’s house so they offered a free inspection. From that point, I could tell they were extremely professional and patient and made sure we understood every step of the process of getting a roof replacement. They walked us through the insurance process as well as made sure to be available for any questions all the way through the installation day. The entire roof installation also only took one day! We are so happy that we worked with them and highly recommend them to others!

All of the employees were very professional and friendly people that are happy to be working! During the long hot days of working, all I saw was smiles from the workers. I was amazed of the top quality job that was done only in 2 days. I was surprised to see after the cleanup all debris was gone and not one nail was found anywhere in the yard.

The closing of my account for the roofing job was delayed because of my sleeping insurance company. They were actually trying to avoid their obligation to withhold $2,990 from my reimbursement. Thanks to the job manager Jasper G., he spent over 2 hours playing phone tag with the insurance company. He was very nice to them but stern sticking up for the truth. Finally, everything was worked out giving me the correct payout.

Austin made me feel so at ease with the process! My roof was damaged by wind and hail and he guided me through the process and worked hand in hand with my insurance company. He provided exceptional customer service, responsive to questions,. Would absolutely use them again!

I don't appreciate door to door sales in the time of Covid, nor do I like people that choose to ignore my "No Soliciting" sign. It is there for a reason, I don't want random people knocking at my door to sell things.

UPDATE: 5/5/23 - Here they are again going door to door and totally ignoring no soliciting signs. Had the absolute nerve to say they had permission to ignore the signs on people's doors. I have it up because I do not want ANYONE at my house.
