We have Solar on the roof and Cam did all the coordinating of taking the solar off and getting it back on. Work was done swiftly and cleaned up nicely. Our entire neighborhood had hail-damaged roofs and we were approached by 15 or so roofing companies.

Premier Field Representative Aden Knaus was the first contact we had with Premier, and his sincerity, professionalism, and lack of pressure instantly endeared him to us.

Aden gave us an amazingly detailed step-by-step timeline encompassing every aspect of the process. From working with our insurance company on claimable damages, to every single roofing component, the roofing inspection and start & completion dates.

To say he was thorough would be a massive understatement.

Aden’s Field Supervisor, Cam Broadhead, was also extremely sincere, informative, and helpful as we began the roof install.

The roofers were as polite and professional as we expected
after meeting Aden and Cam. They worked extremely hard, were very detail oriented, and did an amazing job. They left no scraps behind, including nails; we never found a single nail in our gutters or yard.

After the roof was complete, the Production Lead Shawn Dwyer came out and walked us through the final details regarding the install, and actually helped us with a plumbing question we had not related to the new roof.

The entire process went like clockwork. Exactly as Aden had laid out in his initial timeline. He dealt with our insurance company as a true gentleman and was always available to discuss any questions we had, and, always answered his phone by the 2nd or 3rd ring. Aden is probably the best representative a company could ask for.

I would say that the entire experience with Premier, from start
to finish, was the most satisfying, hassle-free home improvement/repair we have ever been through, and this is our 6th home.

I have worked with Premier Roofing twice now due to hail storms. My most recent experience was a team led by Dan Branson, Branch Manager. As an existing customer, it meant the world to me that Dan stopped by after the July 20 hail storm, inspected my roof and provided excellent customer service throughout the entire process in the aftermath of the storm. He kept in touch, guided me through the process of roof and gutter replacement and interfaced with my insurance in a timely and professional manner. The day after the storm, he not only checked my roof, but he walked around the entire house, taking pictures and pointing out damage I surely would have missed. His customer service was top notch, with excellent communication and guidance. I couldn't have asked for a better person to guide me through the restoration process.

Also on the team were Adrian Medeiros, Field Representative who helped me select new gutters and Dylan Hodgson, Production Lead for the roofing team. These men and their teams were also outstanding to work with. Everyone worked hard, was polite, kind and did a great job cleaning up after the installs.

I recently had a great experience with Premier Roofing Company after initially expressing concerns about my project. The branch manager, Dan, reached out to address my feedback, and I truly appreciate his responsiveness. The company came back to finish the job quickly and efficiently, and the results are excellent. It’s clear that Dan values customer satisfaction, and I’m now very pleased with my roofing.

Tod came by offering a free inspection. Everyone had told me to watch out for contractors doing this. Our experience was nothing but great. Tod helped us out every step of the way, offering to follow up with my insurance when my work schedule prevented me during normal business hours. When insurance deemed the damages to normal wear and tear, Tod brought some extra shingles by and patched a few worrisome spots on my roof free of charge. When we do replace our shingles, I won't even hesitate to call Tod with Premier Roofing.

My contact person with Premeir Roofing, was Greg Peterson. He was phenomenal to work with. Going above & beyond on more than one occasion. He always arrived on time. Explained in detail the project. He was honest about what did or did not need replaced. He wasn't just selling me a product. He and Cam also met the adjuster on-site to review the damage they found. Great communication & follow-up after the roof was completed. I'm very happy with my new roof. This is the second time we have contracted with Premier Roofing. I would highly recommend to my neighbors & friends.

Great experience from start to finish. I worked with Jacob Heger, and he was phenomenal. He was either early or on time to every appointment he had scheduled. He stayed in touch thru phone calls and text thru out the entire process. Great guy! The crew that installed our roof was amazing! They started at 6:30am, and they were done at 3:30pm, same day! They cleaned up the property, and I saw no signs of trash or debris at all. Jacob came out the next day and inspected, and looked for rogue nails that might have gone flying. Weston was my sales rep and he made sure the job was done right in a timely manner. Super professional!

I rarely ever leave reviews but for all your readers out there. I highly encourage that you go somewhere else for your roofing needs. We got our roof installed in March and that processed seemed simple and easy. However, there has been so much lack of communication from our sales rep part after everything was installed and it came to the invoice and billing. No mater how many emails, texts or voicemails I leave I barley get called back. I would love if someone gave me a call back prompty. I have just given up hope at this point . Just goes to show you that customer service is not their priority. We were made promises from a previous sales rep that left the company and were told by the new sales rep that they would be taken care of. These promises have not been kept and we have felt lied too as well. This has been an awful experience. I will never use this company nor will I ever recommend it to anyone I know.

Our field rep, Corey Buys, was excellent. He cared to make the experience an excellent one for us. He explained everything in detail, and if he didn’t know the answer, he found out right away. All information he gave us was true to fact, and our re-roof was a good experience overall.

This is the second time we have had to replace my roof and the second time I have used Premier Roofing. Their field representative was very responsive and their customer service is excellent. Justin came and knocked on the door and said he would do an inspection of the roof. Two minutes later came back and said roof is damaged and needs to be replaced. Also said he would help me do the insurance paperwork and it will only take minutes.
I said I will get second opinion and get back to him.
I got the roof inspected twice from two different companies and they both said roof was in perfect condition.

Premier Roofing Company of Fort Collins, Colorado has installed 3 roofs for me. The representative, Cody, was courteous, friendly, and efficient and the company helped coordinate my insurance claims. Installations were fast and high quality and clean-up was meticulous. High quality materials are used. Highly recommended!

Be very careful with these guys they are storm chasers who are theifs. They will not provide a estimate without your insurance estimate. Do your homework or you will be getting ripped off. I had them do my roof in 2019 and it was a hassle. Also now 2023 thought it might be a better experience nope same games they tried to pull in 19. I do not recommend.

I went with Premier about 3 years ago to replace my roof for severe hail damage and they did a great job. Last summer brought another sever round of hail and I went with them again. I will not be calling them back. This time around the quality declined. Instead of a nicely finished job there are globs of clear sealer that line all the joints now. They left the flashing off and decided to pile on whatever they had in the caulk gun at every seem. When I pushed back on the quality I was given some lip service about how they would make it right and nothing ever came of it. The service writer assured me they would take care of it. He also had a few missteps in communication on how the follow up payment would work. Told me the insurance company would send them the rest, not the case. Hope I’m not getting taken to the cleaners but still had to send in the final payment despite being told different. I also had an electrical problem that I was told would be looked in to and… lip service again. I patched up the junction box in the attic myself. Will not go with them again.

Premier showed up as a newer roofing company in my small NE panhandle town. Not known and in one summer, they rocked it. Am so happy with the results. Premier worked with my insurer to let them understand the actual cost involved vs a quick ‘hey take this initial payout’ and call it done. This is a really strategic part of Premier that is also so cool. They do not tick off your insurer but know how to work professionally with them to negotiate. My rates will go down in 2023 with my insurer due to good product roof chosen. I was so happy; a previous Premier customer in another state. I did not know what was going to go on after literally a 10inch hailstorm in early June 2022 damaged a good section of my rural town. So thankful! Job #2261522

Martavius made sure we knew the schedule and listened to our concerns and made sure they were addressed before the roof was replaced. This company won't take the hint. They've been chasing trying to make an insurance claim at my house for about a month after a hail storm. I've told them no, I've told them that I already had my adjuster come look at the roof and state it does not need to be replaced but Premier Roofing is chasing insurance checks and continues to harass me almost daily with phone calls or soliciting at my house. Not a professional company.

Stay away from this company. I came home to a card on my door saying "Working with Gene down the road". To leave this card he had to walk past the sign that says NO Trespassing. Also other sign that says No Solicitation. Will never do business with a company that does not respect private property owners. You should consider this when looking for a roofer. The red marks the location of the sign.

After a hail storm we had several businesses come to our house asking to do an inspection. It turned out we need all our roofs redone. One company even tried to get us sign a contract right then. Premier's representative Cody Barton-Hancock warned us about companies like this being predatory. It was because of this that we chose Premier Cody was upfront and was professional through the entire process. He saw the project through checking in to make sure everything went well. They installed new roofs and skylight on all three parts. excellent work and timely manner.

Premier put on a new roof for us after a hail storm this fall. The whole process was very easy. Greg Landorf and Martavius Foster were great. They answered all of my questions timely and I felt comfortable with the entire process. They dealt directly with the insurance company so I didn't have to worry about it. The actual roofing job was completed all in one day. There was a small stain left on my driveway by the roofers the day of the job and Greg took care of lining someone up to come take care of it. It was gone the next day which was very much appreciated.

Premier is a professional company and will ensure your project is done on time and budget. The field supervisor was extremely communicative and helpful throughout the entire process. They will provide the resources you need to get it done with a full crew and I would only recommend walking the job with the project manager the day of construction to make sure it meets your expectations.

Jonathan K was amazing. Really went above and beyond to make our experience easy and pleasant. He even cleaned our garage when we found out things had fallen through and made a mess. He was also very personable and hard working. Got to chat a bit while he helped us and had a great time getting to hear a bit of his story and make a good connection. Martavius F was great too.

I'm honestly not sure how to rate any of the services below. Frankly, the majority of the process (once I gave the thumbs up for setting a construction date) was mostly void of almost any communication. I'll go through the 5 services asked to be rated.

Field Representative: We were never given a start date on construction. They just showed up one day and started putting packages of shingles on our roof.

Project Manager: Not once did anyone knock on our door during the entire construction process. They just showed up and started working.

Crew: I guess they were fine. Roof looks good and for the most part things were cleaned up. They did disconnect the attic fan and didn't reconnect it. We only discovered this when our solar company looked in the attic.

Roof: Once again, it looked fine.

Office Communication: No communication. As I mentioned earlier, they just showed up, worked, and left. Not one person bothered knocking on the front door.

Additional Comments: The underlying theme here was they left us completely out of the process. Once the roof was done I had to reach out THREE TIMES to ask the company if they wanted money and how much the check needed to be for. Once an appointment was agreed on I STILL never received the amount due AND their guy never showed up. At this point I just gave up. More than a month later I finally get a call asking for us to set up a time for him to stop by, check the work and run a magnet around the property to make sure all nails were picked up. Mind you, this was over a month later and I had already gone through the yard to make sure my kid didn't get a nail in his foot. And the kicker, once he did show up and check the roof and ask me to sign off on the job he STILL didn't run a magnet around the yard to check for nails. Overall, the actual process was truly a shitshow.

Premier Roofing is the place for you to put your trust in if you need a new roof. I found them to be very trust worthy and did everything they said they would do and were very efficient at it. Cameron Broadhead was the field representative who handled the contract. He was professional and knowledgeable and answered any questions that I had and followed through until the job was done. The roofing crew did a great job too. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to any one seeking quality services for their money.

The roofing project, Job # 2152429, went smoothly and FAST! The 4-man crew worked diligently to get the roof done in one day and started at 7 AM and finished at 8:30 PM. They added some support to a lean-to roof over my patio which naturally required a little more time than normal. I was grateful they took that extra time. Clean-up was perfect even as the sun started going down. I walked around the yard the following day and everything had been picked up.

My Field Representative, Cody Barton-Hancock, was attentive and made the whole process go without a hitch! He was respectful and took the time to answer all my questions so I always felt like I was in the loop. I was especially pleased to learn he was a Marine and served our country and thanked him for his service. I would certainly recommend him highly as one of the most dedicated employees of Premier Roofing due to the great customer service he provided and his praise about the product he was representing!

I will never recommend this business, they have bad mouthed smaller roofing companies who are local in order to "get ahead". I was walking my kids to the park the other day and two of their door to door sales reps were talking nearby and what foul language they were using.

I've heard similar stories with their sales reps being unprofessional but experienced it first hand for myself this last week. As I stated before- I will never respect a company that goes out of their way to bad mouth hard working smaller business that would stimulate and support our local economy. Everyone can have their success and be positive influence in the community however it seems premier will do anything they can to tear other hard working men and women down if it means they earn that extra pay. That's not competition that's just trashy. They call themselves the neighborhood roofer but seem more like the neighbor no one likes/wants around.

From the first day Callum Merkowitz to the last day he set foot on my roof, Cal and Premier made the entire process of job #2152207 easy. Cal kept me updated on every step. He was friendly and never pushy. Always answered my questions without any BS. The project manager, Logan and the roofing crew made me feel at ease. Best of all, the job was completed in 1 day.

Working with Premier Roofing was awesome. My job number was 2150885 if you want to verify my review. I don't give referrals unless I am truly satisfied with a company. They handled everything with my insurance company and saved me a huge amount of money because they were familiar with Longmont building codes that the insurance company didn't include in their original settlement. The field rep was extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with. The crew finished up in less than a day and the clean-up afterwards was excellent. In regard to Job #2148043. I found Joey (my Rep) to be very knowledgeable and communicative during the entire process. He helped navigate the insurance steps, scheduling and even helping with the best color for the roof. The communication regarding the build from the front office was spot on. The construction crew was on time and completed my total roof replacement and clean-up in one day. I did not have any contact with the project manager, but that was due to me not being available because of my work schedule. A very good experience on a project that no one really wants to deal with ... I would recommend Premier Roofing to anyone!

We were skeptical that they could complete an entire roof replacement in one day. They pulled it off! From accepting the contract we waited a few weeks to get on their schedule, then materials were dropped off on the 24th, the crew started at 7am on the 25th and were finished and cleaned up by 3pm the same day! Two story 4 bedroom house, full roof replacement in one day. They worked great with our insurance company and we only paid our deductable out of pocket. The roof looks great and we're thrilled.

Update after a year: the roof is still perfect. We’ve had house painting that needed constant repair, plumbing that didn’t work more than a month. It’s great to find a company that knows their business and does it well.

Recent update - I needed a letter stating my roof's information to get a discount with a new insurance company. I called up and talked to Taylor and she immediately wrote the letter and sent it to me within 15 mins, which I needed quickly for insurance to go into effect. Nothing but great things to say regarding them.
