From start to finish Hector Flores and John lambert guided me through the process including communicating with my insurance company. The finished product of the roof was in my opinion a great quality roof and on top of everything I got lifetime warranty. I would highly recommend them if you’re needing a roof!!

They were quick and efficient. They put tarps around the house to keep debris off the lawn and cleaned up afterwards. They explained repairs They made to the roof and did a great job. I recommended them to my son and daughter. They helped coordinate with the insurance company.

I don't normally take the time to do Google reviews, but I must give credit where it is deserved. Premier replaced my roof and addressed some other opportunities with my home from some storm damage. The high level of customer service and care that I received is almost non-existent these days. I would rate communication a 10/10, their timeliness to complete work and respond to concerns/questions a 10/10, their focus on customer satisfaction a 10/10. The job turned out great. I will pass on my positive experience to everyone I know because they are truly deserving. Bobby, Will, Bo, and Daryl were all very down to Earth, easy-going, and truly cared about me as a customer. Bobby K. was my main point of contact, I can't express his high level of commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction. Everyone genuinely wanted to ensure I was happy through every step of the process. Hopefully, I won't need another roof anytime soon, but if I do, I will for sure be reaching out to them. I been searching for someone who can help me and educate us about the whole process until I found Wil. Wil made sure he did everything including the emails and conversations with my insurance company. He got straight to business. He was definitely a life saver because no one else took the time to explain every step. He was well informed at all times by letting me know dates and times and what all to expect. From start to finish this company was incredible. Contractor Colton and site supervisor Bo kept us informed on what to expect daily. Roof was completed in one day and gutters one day as well. After complete the clean up was amazing nothing left behind…I highly recommend this company and their crews you won’t be disappointed.

Prolonged Shingle Storage:
Leaving shingles in the driveway for ten days after completion is unacceptable. It's an inconvenience and can potentially damage your driveway.
Ceiling Damage:
A hole in your ceiling after a roofing job is a serious issue. It indicates a lack of care during the installation process.
Inconvenient Repairs:
Requiring you to take time off work for repairs caused by their negligence is unfair.
Poor Cleanup:
Finding nails after multiple cleanups suggests a lack of thoroughness and poses a safety hazard.
Poor Communication:
Lack of communication regarding the job and billing process adds to the frustration and creates distrust.

*Not a review of services* Oscar came to solicit at my door, which has a clear and prominent "NO SOLICITING" sign on it. I pointed to the sign and told him you can't solicit here. After arguing with me that it wasn't illegal to bother me and that he has his solicitiors permit, he STILL tried to sell me services. If the salesmen have this level of disrespect for my wishes on initial contact, there's no way I'd hire them to do what I want done to my house

Premier sent a crew out to do a bit of warranty work and they went above and beyond to make sure our roof was in 1rst class condition before they left. I highly recommend this company.

Do not use this company. They are completely incompetent and misleading. They came through our neighborhood and were offering free inspections. They then claimed that they could get my entire roof replaced and I would only have to pay my deductible. Three months later and we were nowhere close to getting the roof fixed and they told us we would have to pay out of pocket to get it fixed completely. Spoke with my insurance guy and he gave me a much more reputable roofing company who did an amazing job and also told us that Premier is one of these companies that make a habit of going into large neighborhoods and doing this to people. A complete waste of time and money.

I used Premier Roofing after I had an insurance claim. Of course the first two adjusters didn't see enough damage to cover the roof replacement. I still had an active leak going into my kitchen, mind you is a two story house. Jay with Premier Roofing came out and was able to show there was substantial damage and got the insurance to pay for the roof! When the job was started they got it completed in a day. Will recommend Premier Roofing to anyone in need of a roof!

We had a door to door salesman come to the house earlier in the year. I told them not interested. Jay gave me his card and said call if we need them. Months later after we had a hail and wind storm, we saw water damage on our ceiling, and we called. Jay handled all the paperwork, he worked with insurance and it was all an easy process. And we have a beautiful high wind roof now. Thank you Jay and thank you to the roofers that worked in 111 degree heat.

Work was top notch, Couldn't ask for a better crew, J Edwards from Wichita , has been the best also. Great job, great crew, very happy with the workmanship, the helping us with getting this done. Thank you so much for these guys. They truly are the best.

My experience with Premier Roofing was great. My coordinator, Jonathan Lane, was there for me every step of the way. Christian and the roofing crew were efficient, very competent and cleaned up well after themselves. Jonathan’s supervisor was also very helpful. Hopefully, I won’t need them again but I high recommend them.

Premier Roofing shingled 4 of my properties they did what was expected of them. They were speedy doing the project.

Had a very aggressive experience with a salesman at my home. I was polite, listed to his pitch. I said no thank you. He wouldn't take the no. I rent and don't own and was in the middle of cooking dinner so this was a bad time for me anyways. I told him that and he still wouldn't take a no. I told him there was a no soliciting sign and he stepped towards me explaining it's legal in Wichita. I explained he was making me uncomfortable and he needed to leave and I said no. He then just stands there staring me down. Retrain your guys Bec I'm not gonna tolerate aggressive behavior from anyone like that. Two stars because y'all can fix this issue with some classes or paid training. Maybe pay your guys better and don't send them our in the damn heat so they aren't aggressive.

This company comes through my neighborhood after every storm, and amazingly every time my roof is damaged and needs replaced, which they can tell just by walking up the driveway. They told me this 2 days after I had already had my roof done, and tried to tell me it was old and the shingles were wore out. SCAM!!! Knocked on my door again tonight, I told them get off my property and I'm not interested, I'll call if I want a quote and I'll call a reputable place. They waited for me to go inside and stuck one of their yard signs in my lawn, so really professional people. I understand you're trying to make money, but do it professionally and respectfully. BBB needs to close this place down.

Did a decent job on the roof but damaged some siding in the process. Burnt a 3 foot square in my neighbors yard with their compressor. Not sure why they used the neighbors yard. They damaged some of our plants with their tarps. They were made aware of all of this but they are not making an efforts to take care of things or not going to repair anything. Clean up was not very good.

Premier-Roofing came to me via a knock on the door asking if anyone had inspected my roof for damage recently. From that moment on we were treated with professionalism, respect, patience, and timeliness. We call with many questions and all were received and answered quickly, and with knowledge.

I have tried to stay away from all the request for filling out review surveys because I didn't want someone to blame me if they had a bad experience. I do not feel that Premier-Roofing will give you a non pleasant experience.

Overall I had a great experience with Premier roofing. Everyone was nice and professional, from the construction crew to the field representative. My yard was actually cleaner after they were done, then before they started.

I highly recommend you find a different roofing company for your home. I worked for Premier for 4ish months and saw up close and personal how they do business and i immediately parted ways as my reputation is important to me. Premier completed insurance fraud multi stimes without my knowledge because my direct supervisor Jay mislead me and the clients on what exactly they had installed. I sold roofs in MY neighborhood and have to tell my neighbors what has happened to them and the fraudulently signed documents from Premier. I lost so many sales opportunities because other departments never showed up to scheduled meeting.I lost sales because of the mess the subcontracted roofers left at a job from Premier working on his neighbors house. I had to go a drag the yards and flower beds of the two roofs that were replaced but their neighbors as well. Now to top it all off! I gave my notice and thought we were parting on good grounds. I finished out open contracts ,drove hours to get payment checks, answered customers calls politely told them I no longer worked for Premier and whom they should contact. After 3 weeks of Premier not paying me for the remainder of my sales…… today I received half of what they owe me. Every customer I was involved in any way with their roof replacement will be hearing from me. They should know what they have verse what they were actually sold. I made the PC manager aware of all of this. I could add even more issues but they are nothing in lieu of the fraud and the lengths they will go for money. Liars and thieves are the worst people in the world…..if I can’t trust you I have no use for you in my lane.GTFOTW! Rear view! Don’t get taken advantage of.

Cameron was excellent. He took his time to explain everything to me, answered all my questions and stayed in contact with me throughout the process. He went above and beyond the work of a Field Supervisor. Before construction started a tree limb fell on my house and put a hole in my roof and kitchen ceiling. Cameron came out and got the limb off my house and covered the hole. Whenever it rained Cameron would either come out or call to make sure the tarp was holding up. Premier Roofing did a great job on my roof.

Premier Roofing was easy and awesome to work with from start to finish. I only had to make one call to insurance and Premier took care of the rest. The representative and roofing crew did the entire project in one day (and we have a pretty good sized roof). Would highly recommend!

These guys did a great job. My sales rep was super informative and low-pressure. Everyone I dealt with in the company was very responsive, and they easily worked around some scheduling hangups on my end. The crew was great, and the new roof looks great. Competitively priced as well.

My roof had been damaged a lot by hail. They worked with insurance and I love my new roof. Looks beautiful and sturdy. They were very good about cleaning up after and the process only took a few hours

The roofing team was amazing to watch. They all worked so hard and well together helping each other succeed to achieve the over all goal. MY ROOF! I was highly impressed.

The crew doing the installation showed total disregard for protecting my property. Many of my shrubs were damaged or destroyed, they parked equipment on my grass and killed it when there was a completely available 3 car driveway for their use. They did not clean up the nails from the tear off. I had 3 5-gallon buckets full of nails and grit removed from my gutters (they didn't clean it up, I had to hire someone else). There was an entire side of my house where they did not install the drip edging. The shingles were not trimmed back correctly on the front of the house and I had to have them come back. They blamed it on the guy who cleaned the gutters and replaced a small piece of guttering that they damaged when delivering the shingles. Really? There arent even gutters on the side of the house where the drip edge was missing. How can they possibly blame it on someone else? The sales representative/field guy repeatedly lied to me. I was charged extra for a steep roof, but none of the employees wore fall protection as required by OSHA. The Company did compensate me for the damages, but that doesn't change the experience. Horrible!!

The roof installers worked really hard all day to complete the job in one day! The quality of the job is excellent, as far as I can tell!

When Nick was walking the neighborhood and walked up to me in my garage to talk to me and try to "sell" a free inspection for my roof, I rolled my eyes to the back of my head figuratively speaking. However, after listening to him, asking Nick questions, and allowing him to talk both my wife and I through the process without ANY commitment, I immediately became convinced that Premier and Nick was the right decision. Nick's communication skills and communication period, kept my wife and I confident of the quality of service we were getting. Nick was also a VERY trusted and valuable resource when it came to working with our insurance. Anytime I had a question about the process, the claim in question, or verbiage, Nick was there right away to respond immediately via text, phone and/or email. All of the answers Nick provided to my questions proved right in the end. Without question, Premier Roofing and Nick, was the right decision for an enormous budgetary expense like that of replacing a roof. I will also add that Nick's suggestion for replacing our guttering (Konner from Harms Contracting) was again, wise advice. Nick and Konner were amazing in how they worked together, both did amazing/quality work and both communicated beyond my satisfaction. Thank you Nick, Premier and Konner!
