Triple Diamond took care of replacing my roof earlier this year, and I am very pleased with the job they did. It took a little longer than I expected but Chance Clemens worked closely with my insurance company to make sure all damage was addressed and fully taken care of by the end of the job. He was very easy to work with, always available to speak with (or he called back within a short time) and very patient with my questions, explaining every step along the way. I would definitely use this company again.
This company, from Von to all the crew who worked on my house, were excellent. There was a terrible hailstorm in April 2021. My roof was inspected and the claim initiated for my repairs. The work was done to my satisfaction. It was handled by a former product manager. Triple Diamond subcontracted repair of my sunroom to another contractor. This subcontractor was unable to perform the rebuild of the room until Triple Diamond had already finished the roof. I had no idea that the subcontractor had cut into the shingles laid by Triple Diamond. The room was completed. The statement after completed the job was that the room company didn't do the shingling. They did not state that they left the shingles laid out by Triple Diamond had been cut into. Two years later, I noticed a bubbling on the ceiling, which I thought was caused by a heat/cool unit in the room where I noticed the most damage. I had a handyman come out to see if he could repair the area. He said he could but it wouldn't be fixed because I had a leak in my roof. The leak was a result of continuing torrential rains. I called both companies and my insurance to see what could be done. Triple Diamond blamed the subcontractor for cutting into the shingles they had previously laid. The subcontractor Rooms and More denied any wrong doing. Von from Triple Diamond took responsibility for the issue. They came out and repaired the roof at no cost. The Rooms and More insisted they were not responsible and took no responsibility due to their statement that they did did not do shingling, even though they were shown pictures of the damage they had done. My insurance wouldn't cover the "poor workmanship" of the original roof. They filed a claim and sent an adjuster to survey the damage to my room. The adjuster found more places on other areas of the room that showed definite damage from a leak. The claim was approved with a $1500 deductible for $2,000 damage I recovered $500. I had Triple Diamond do the repair needed in the room. The work was done quickly and effificiently. Bottom line is that Triple Diamond took ownership of an issue even though it wasn't entirely their fault. So many times, companies don't take responsibility. I appreciate the customer service and goodwill Von showed by making it right. I would hire them again in a New York minute. I have told this story to several friends who were impressed with the customer service extended to me.
Best experience I have ever had when dealing with a Roofer or building contractor. Chance Clemons and Triple Diamond made replacing my damaged roof extremely easy requiring little of my time. Chance is professional in all aspects, He kept me extremely informed of every aspect of the project. They dealt with the insurance company , holding them accountable for the coverage I had paid premiums for. Chance made me feel comfortable when asking questions along the way. He kept me updated on dates leading up the the actual replacement with great follow-up. The crew they used was large and efficient, finishing in one day. The end product was flawless, cleanup exceptional, a five star experience. I will recommend Chance and Triple Diamond to my Family and Friends if needing roof replacement
They worked really hard with my insurance company to get as much of the damage covered as possible, and their team did a great job. Thank you Chance, Sage and crew!
Hunter did a great job working with us on the project and keeping us informed with clear communication and updates. Work was performed quickly and professionally. Thank you!!!
Love the way this company works very professional, nice and kind people. Mr Nathan was very nice and professional when he talk to me about my roof he checked it and told me the truth with out trying to make money of my roof knowing that my roof is still good. Thank you Nathan for been honest with me.
Mine was a great experience with this roofing company. From the first day, Hunter was constantly in touch with us walking us through the steps. The coordination with our insurance company was thorough. The company also assigned a Project Mangar who managed the work of the full roof replacement. Honestly, I highly recommend Triple Play.
Hunter and the whole crew have been great to work with. Kept us up to date and did all the background work for us with insurance. Great experience!
We all know insurance claims are not fun, but everything was made a lot easier with Triple Diamond! Such a great experience that we are referring neighbors! If any issues did come up, they were resolved quickly. Chance and Vonn were absolutely fantastic to work with throughout the process. Next storm, you’re up! (Just not anytime soon)
Hunter was amazing and made the process so easy, thank you for helping me get my new roof and get through the insurance process. Sage and his team was fast, thorough, and in frequent contact with every step. Thank you Triple Diamond!
Triple Diamond did a great job replacing my roof and repairing other hail damage. Hunter was very helpful explaining the work needed and keeping me updated on the progress. Dominic scheduled all workers on a timely basis and was able to get all work completed within 1 week. I am very pleased with this work and would recommend Triple Diamond Construction.
Hunter Jones @ Triple Diamond was fantastic. She is very personable, professional & efficient. I definitely recommend Hunter & Triple Diamond!
We just had our roof replaced by Triple Diamond, as well as some gutters, siding and fence work. Throughout the whole process, David was very friendly and excellent at communicating. This was our first insurance claim, so we were a little nervous about the process at first, but David made it a breeze. We had Ralph assigned as our project manager and he was also very friendly and was on top of the schedule and communicated at every step of the way. I highly recommend Triple Diamond Construction for your storm restoration! They do great work and make the process super easy!
Happy with the work done great place to work with they took care of everthing i needed i will use them again any time i need anything fixed on my house
Triple Diamond went door to door in my neighborhood giving free inspections. I told them it was fine to inspect my roof.
After the inspection, they said there was tons of damage and it definitely needed to be replaced. They also drew a bunch of chalk on the roof supposedly on damage. They acted like they were shocked I hadn't noticed any leaks in the roof, and that I should sign a form so they can work with my insurance. I told them I wasn't going to sign any form and I was going to get a 2nd opinion, but that I'd consider them. They were very pushy and rude after that and really wanted me to give them my contact info. They would not give me cell phone photos they took of the damage unless I signed their form. Supposedly the form didn't oblige me to use them, but I still didn't want to sign anything.
I then had a 2nd opinion come and look at the roof. The 2nd company told me they see almost no damage and that I was perfectly fine. Even in the spots where triple diamond drew a bunch of chalk on the roof. That lined up with my inspection of the entire attic, where I found no evidence that there had been any leaks.
My neighbor had their roof replaced and I had 3 different people knock on my door at different times. Two different times to get me to let them do a roof inspection. One was the initial visit with my neighbor, the next was on a followup visit. and the last was after the roof was completed all the while having a No Soliciting sign clearly visible. When the project was completed, they wanted to give me a business card in case "trash blew in my yard". I think I am able to pick up a few pieces of plastic, don't need to call you and have you come do it. I also do not need a business card to contact you, if it gets that bad, I can ask my neighbor who did their roof. If your crews are so careless to let tons of trash blow around on the job site, it seems like you might have a different problem. Marketing tactics are relentless, must be slow. I echo others, good roofers and construction companies do not need to heavily canvas neighborhoods and cold call. This is a very poor business practice. Its a No for me dawg.
Dillon Vasquez was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He gave me an honest and insightful inspection of my roof when a previous company had tried to mislead me. I'll be referring and using in the future!

Mason came out and asked to do an inspection since he was inspecting my neighbors roof. I obliged, fully prepared to say no to a follow up appointment or some kind of quote or sign up, but 10 minutes later he came back and said I was good to go and the roof looked great. I appreciated the honesty and I’m happy to leave a good review because of the experience.
Mason came by and was very professional and polite. He explained why he was there and looked at my roof. He was very honest in his assessment.
Gage and Jordan inspected my roof for free. There was not enough damage for the insurance to cover. They were polite and honest. I appreciate their honesty!
Gage and Jordan stopped by earlier today and did a free inspection on my roof. I am typically a bit skeptical of a free service like this, but they were very polite and didn’t pressure. They found minor damage that I was already aware of, but that just let me know they were actually looking. They even helped me price a skylight without going into a full on pressurized sales pitch that I didn’t want at the moment. I genuinely appreciated how they went about their business and will definitely be looking them up if I need any help with the roof or skylights at my home down the road.
While I can’t speak to their roofing ability, I can say that John Cooper, a field inspector asked to look at my roof. There was no obligation. He inspected the roof and told me that it was in good shape overall. I appreciate his honesty and that he didn’t try to sell me a roof that I didn’t need.
Our home was effected during the storm that hit Edmond in April of 2023. We knew we needed to do something before the exterior damage became interior damage over time
Said NO to all the “roofers” that came by looking to “cover my deductible” and get me a roof fast and cheap.
We needed a General Contractor that could help with more than just my roof, and also facilitate some upgrades we were looking to make during the restoration.
Triple Diamond was a pleasure to work with, especially when it came to working directly with my insurance during/after my adjuster meeting for everything needed for a quality restoration!
Von (Production Mgr) and Cory (Project Mgr) did a great job of communicating with me and all the subcontractors needed to complete my project!
We couldn’t be happier with our stone coated steel roof (Decra) that last 2.5 times longer than asphalt and upgraded garage door that offers more insulation and looks much better!
Highly recommend choosing Triple Diamond Construction when you need the same help we did!
Matt was a great guy and stayed with the whole process. The work done by their crew was exemplary. They were efficient and cleaned up after themselves. The job turned out beautifully. They also negotiated with our insurance company that took some stress off. The only thing that was frustrating is that it was a 6 month process, but the end result was great!!
If you're looking for prompt reliable service, my advice is look some where else. They came to my door back in mid to late July offering a free roof inspection. I authorized them to do the reroof job. I was impressed at how thorough they were in each detail including transactions with my Homeowner's Insurance. Shortly afterwards, I was told that I had to pay my deductible which was $2000.00 in order for them to get started. I complied and provided a check for that amount. It is now approaching 3 months since that transaction and I have not heard a word from Triple Diamond or their Reps other than a call I initiated to Account Rep Cody Steinke. I'm not sure if I've been scammed or not but the whole thing is beginning to stink. Beware!
Dear Triple Diamond Construction (Mike and Sage),
I just wanted to take a moment to express our heartfelt gratitude for the incredible work your team did on our home. From the new roof to the gutters, and from the water restoration after the flood to the beautiful paint job inside, every aspect of the project was done with professionalism and care. We're absolutely thrilled with the results!
We highly recommend your company to anyone in need of top-notch construction services. Your attention to detail, expertise, and commitment to customer satisfaction are truly exceptional. Thank you again for making our home look and feel like new. We're so grateful to have had the pleasure of working with you!
Sincerely,
The Robinson's
People have no soliciting signs for a number of reasons... Personally, we keep unique hours as one of us gets up at 3am to work everyday, we have dogs that go wild, I take crisis calls at times for work... also, at the end of the day, we just don't want anyone soliciting or knocking or ringing the bell. We have people we use for things and that is not the way to get on our list.
It is very clearly listed on multiple signs at our home. Despite this, triple diamond has come multiple times to our home. Once they came twice in one day. They were belittling as if our signs didn't matter because our roof needed repair.
I would NEVER use a company who can't respect the basics of no soliciting. if your salesmen can't be trusted to read and respect a sign... How are we supposed to believe you can be trusted to repair the structure We live in?
We are not dumb and have a roofing company. If you spent less time knocking doors who don't want you you'd probably have more luck and a better return in revenue.
Triple Diamond Construction did a great job on our roof. Adam provided excellent service throughout the process and helped me with any questions I had.
Just started the process of assessment of damage to our roof. The initial stages with Gage and Triple Diamond have been very positive! Follow up reviews of entire procedures to come.
Absolutely the most tiresome project. They stopped at my house to give me a courtesy check for hail damage. That was October 2023. They still have not started work. Emailed Mike information and never get a response. They communicate when they want to. If I hadn't signed a contract, I'd be searching for another contractor. THEY talked about minimizing my deductible and out of pocket expenses, but that was just talk to get me to sign the contract. Still had to pay my full deductible.
Adam came out to inspect what I thought was a leaking window or siding on my house above my garage. After talking to him and showing him the area where water was getting in, he diagnosed the problem wasn’t the window or the siding, but it was the roofing nails that had gotten loose and water was getting in through there (something no other company even thought of that came out to give me an estimate). Adam told me that for about $15 at the hardware store I could plug those holes myself. He didn’t try and sell me or quote me for work that didn’t need to be done. Adam is a straight up guy that won’t try and rip you off! Thank you Adam!!
Adam was always available to tell me the next steps in the process. I would have not survived the process without him.
I am posting this review on behalf of my father Mr. Lamar his recent experience with this company. My dad is a tough one to please (retired military ) so when he gives five star ratings for service, that speaks volumes. This is what he said verbatim:
I called Triple Diamond Construction when my house sustained hail damage caused by a recent storm. They sent Ms. Hunter to evaluate the damage. She arrived promptly and began her inspection, briefed me on the findings, and the steps needed to complete the repairs. She filed the initial claims on behalf of me with my insurance company and even filed additional paperwork for damage that wasn’t even noted by the insurance adjuster! I even added two additional projects and she completed right along with the main project. Ms. Hunter overall did an outstanding job on all of the projects. I therefore highly recommend Triple Diamond Construction to anyone that needs home repairs. You will not be disappointed!
Gauge is professional, friendly, and extremely good at what he does. He managed the entire claim process with my insurance in a matter of minutes. Looking forward to working with this company in the future.
I was nervous about how all this was going to happen, but these guys were great. Not pushy. Very patiently explained the steps and reviewed the information as needed. Thanks, guys. Andrew, John, and Eli.
Storm hit Idabel ok. Nov.4 2022 I hired Triple Diamond.it has been a long process but with Ralph LaBrecque as the main guy he came through with a great job I would recommend Ralph to represent Triple Diamond .
Triple Diamond came to my home and wanted to give me a free roof inspection. They claimed that I had a large amount of roof damage and asked my insurance company. I told them my company and agent name only not my policy number, they asked me if I would like them to let my company know about the damage. I told them they could notify my insurance agency of the damage. At that point the two men went to sit in their truck and came back with a time and date for an adjuster to come look at my roof. When I questioned this they told me this was just for them to prove I had damage. They asked me to initial a form that stated I had no obligation underlined twice and explained that the form was just stating that I was under no obligation to do business with them. The next day I was notified by my insurance company that Triple Diamond opened a claim for my roof without my permission or knowledge. I had to cancel the claim, cancel the appointment with an adjuster and explain the situation to my insurance agency. The form also stated they could file a claim but he clearly directed my focus to the NO obligation part. A clear tactic to shift your focus, mind you he had me initial the form AFTER he had already filed a claim with my insurance company .Out of curiosity I had another roofing company come to look at my roof and they informed me I did not have the damage reported by triple diamond. That there was no way a claim would be covered and that Triple diamond had distorted parts of my roof with chalk to question the appearance of damage that just was not there. I feel like this company is dishonest and should not be trusted. Read other reviews, not the ones they have posted on their website. This is a common tactic they use and you should shut the door in their face!!!
Gage has been an absolute joy to work with. He is friendly and very comfortable to talk to he has walked us through all the stages of the entire process. He knows his stuff he’s very educated on what he’s looking at and what he’s talking about. He still continues to touch base even after the first initial day that we’ve met he’s making sure that all of our things are taken care of and that we’re happy with what is happening to our home. I’m a district manager of clothing stores in the Oklahoma City area and I would be lucky to have him on my team. Very proud to work with him. Thank you guys looking forward to all the new things that were going to get to explore.
Triple Diamond, especially Matt Cobbs, has been wonderful to work with. Matt is very helpful and responsive to all our needs!
So far I’ve pleased with Adam Adams helping me with insurance claims. I’m praying the remainder of the process is just as easy.
Triple Diamond and especially Hunter Jones have been outstanding! Hunter is a true professional and she is extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of construction project. I would not hesitate to hire Triple Diamond again…but only if Hunter was assigned to manage the project. Pat Hall
Hunter is the most attentive, thorough company representative with which I have ever worked. She made the ghastly hail repair process bearable. Her patience is amazing. If you are lucky enough to get her on your project, you won’t regret it.
I chose Triple Diamond Construction as the company to complete all the repair work for my storm damage insurance claim and could not be happier!
Tripe Diamond repaired the damage to the roof of my house roof and barn shed, along with gutters, porch, chimney, etc. It was a long list! From beginning to end, they were professional, efficient, and customer friendly. Repairs, paperwork, and coordination with the insurance company were completed to my satisfaction.
While everyone I dealt with from Triple Diamond was great, I have to pass on my sincere thanks to Cody and Dominic. Throughout the entire process, they were extremely patient in answering my seemingly endless number of questions. They also continually kept me updated each step of the way. Thanks again!
I give Triple Diamond Construction a double thumbs up!
Excellent experience. Roof was put on extremely quick, and you couldn’t even tell they had been there except for the new roof. Hunter was very helpful through the entire process keeping me informed as what to expect and when to expect it. Would definitely use again!
We couldn’t have been happier with our experience with Matt and his Triple Diamond crew. After we were hit with a EF-4 tornado we were lost and overwhelmed, and were inundated with offers from shady construction companies. It was hard to know which company we could trust.
What a blessing it was to find Matt and Triple Diamond! Matt walked us through the process of repairing our home, and his crew of workers were awesome, working literally from dawn till 9 pm every day until our home was new again.
We couldn’t be more grateful to Matt and Triple Diamond, and we highly recommend trusting this company to take care of you when insurance companies fight your disaster claim. We felt heard and taken care of because of Matt and his crew during a really scary and uncertain time. Thank you, Matt, and thank you, Triple Diamond!!
Very great company to work with! Used them on my old house for hail damage and also on my current house for fire damage! David was always easy to get along with and was very helpful along the way! In the future I will only call them
Had our roof replaced. David was always available for questions. Once insurance gave the okay it was quick and painless. Awesome job.
Hunter with Triple Diamond was the absolute best! She was so helpful and knowledgeable about all the steps we needed to take. Having hail damage and needing a new roof is stressful, Hunter did a fantastic job leading us through the process of getting our roof redone after a hail storm. She was professional and honest and always on time. I highly recommend Triple Diamond Construction. Thank you for all your help! SueZann and Theresa
TDC put on a new roof for us and we are very pleased. David Coury was a pleasure to work with and his crew were all respectful and hard workers. We also had some water damage inside and they were unbelievable how efficient and thorough. David dealt with the insurance and made it all look easy. Thank you, David and crew. Job well done!
Triple Diamond is a very professional roofing company that made my replacement roof an easy process. They worked with my insurance company with all the details and then replaced my roof at just the insurance deductible cost. Sage was over the project each step of the way and was very professional and easy to work with. I am very pleased with the quality workmanship of my new roof!
Triple Diamond Construction and project manager, David worked with insurance claims from start to finish to ensure all damage from hailstorm was covered. The roof and other associated smaller projects in the scope of work were completed in an timely manner with quality workmanship. Would highly recommend, especially if there are issues with insurers and proper, complete coverage for a claim.
Triple Diamond did a fantastic job!
David and Dominic were great with communication and had everything finished in 2 days!!! You will not be disappointed :)
Worked with Matt Cob. He was a big help in getting my roof and shed fixed a quick fashion. Overall a great experience.
Very professional ..great to work with!! Would highly recommend!! 5 stars!!!! Hunter jones is very knowledgeable and she listens to your concerns...This customer is VERY happy!!!
Hunter with Triple Diamond was terrific to work with while we were getting our home repaired from damage incurred from a tornado. I would definitely recommend Triple Diamond Construction for all your home repairs!
Hunter Jones was awesome. She answered all our questions and texts quickly and professionally. She ensured all claims were filed and updated as needed. The contractors did a good job , courteous and efficient. Overall I will recommend her and Triple Diamond Construction to everyone I know.
Adam was the best he did everything and told me up front every time what was going on very pleasant experience thankyou
While I had a decent experience with Triple Diamond at first, it drastically fell apart when I found out they installed the wrong class of shingle on my roof. I had informed at least 4 employees that I had a class 4 shingle. The employee that told me a class 4 shingle was not installed said insurance wouldn’t pay for it. He said he was sorry this happened and then asked for proof I previously had a class 4 shingle instead of saying let me check our records since we had the contractual obligation to determine the materials needed and the responsibility to communicate with the insurance company.
I contacted Triple Diamond and my insurance company multiple times during the next 3 business days. During that time, the insurance company admitted partial fault for not initially including the class 4 shingle on the loss statement. Even though this happened, Triple Diamond had the obligation to make a determination of the materials needed. Triple Diamond did not do this.
After I received notification and admission from the insurance company, a manager from Triple Diamond contacted me and still requested proof from me. I was able to tell this manager the insurance company admitted partial fault and Triple Diamond had responsibility as well. I received no contact from Triple Diamond from this point forward. I continued to work with my insurance company, and it took about a month to finalize the situation and get all of the paperwork. I decided to go with a different contractor due to the treatment of Triple Diamond. While working with the insurance company, I found out Triple Diamond had filed for additional payment. Whether they were entitled to that payment or not, it certainly solidified my decision to not do business with Triple Diamond again.
Would the owner or any employee of Triple Diamond like to be treated the way I was? There is value in taking responsibility for and attempting to work together to resolve situations such as this one. Yet, Triple Diamond made the decision to put the burden on the customer rather than themselves. I hope Triple Diamond takes steps to ensure this doesn’t happen to anyone else.
12/26/2023 Update: I'd like to provide information I learned after my experience with Triple Diamond to help others avoid a situation like mine. This was my first time getting a class 4 shingle roof replaced. I was under the impression the employees I had told that I had a class 4 shingle would know the insurance terminology used and would inform me if there was a difference. When I received the updated insurance loss statement that included the class 4 shingle, I didn't see the term 'class 4' used. The term used is high impact or impact resistant shingle.
Also, if a customer signs a pre-construction materials list that doesn't include a class 4 shingle, I was informed modifying this list is possible. One way this list can be modified is when the contractor begins the tear off of the old roof. If the old roof has a class 4 shingle installed, the shingle will have the term class 4 stamped on the back. The contractor can then compare this to the new materials to ensure the proper class of shingle is being installed. I have been informed that getting to this point with the incorrect shingle happens enough that contractors need to have a process in place to ensure the proper shingle is installed.
I hope this helps other people unfamiliar with the terminology and process of ensuring a class 4 shingle is installed.
My roof was replaced and all the rain gutter. Outstanding work! The roof was replaced on my greenhouse also. Again outstanding work. All the work was inspected. Outstanding crews. Hunter Jones was the best you could ask for to work with. Can't say enough about the company, first class!
Hunter with Tripple diamond was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was with us from start to finish to make sure everything went smooth. Tripple diamond takes pride in their work and they try to make the process as smooth as possible with dealing with the insurance agency so you don’t have to deal with the headache. Was probably the best experience Iv had dealing with a contractor. Really dig the professionalism and the work ethics and will recommend them to anyone I come across needing repairs done!
They did a great job replacing our roof. They were responsive and came out a few times to make sure everything was done correctly.
I worked with Hunter who was outstanding in supporting our needs throughout the entire process to get our roof replaced. Very communicative and addressed all of our questions and needs. The workers completed our roof in a short amount of time and cleaned up superbly, did not even find a stray nail. I will do business with this company in the future!
Matt Cobbs, the guy I first met was open, honest & always professional. I even recommended my next door neighbor & we’re both happy campers!! I would also like 2 add that after completion of the job, Corey came by & upon inspection found a screen that needed replacing & did so today as promised, that’s Grade A+ service!!!
As many other reviewers have experienced, this company knocked on my door today and offered a "free inspection." After my wife politely declined, the salesman became pushy. I intervened and pointed to the "NO SOLICITING" sign on my door. The salesman claimed he was not selling anything. I politely asked him to please leave FOUR TIMES before he started to leave. On his way, he said to me loudly, "I hope you have a bad day!"
Other reviewers have had similar experiences and I see responses from Triple Diamond saying they would correct the situation, but it keeps happening. Completely unprofessional, pushy, and rude. I will NEVER do business with you.
Great job! I have enjoyed Hunters help throughout this process and can’t thank her enough. Dom is a great project manager. I would recommend Triple Diamond to anyone.
This is the 2nd time I have worked with Triple Diamond. Due to Oklahoma weather and storms, I had to have my roof replaced twice. They’re professional, courteous and have completed the job in timely fashion without compromising the work! I have faith in knowing Triple Diamond will always do a great job for me when needed!! Thank you! Sue
After a hailstorm our home faced quite a bit of damage (roof, skylight, gutters, garage door, etc.) and we were recommended Triple Diamond to help with repairs. We are so glad we went with them! They were excellent at communicating updates in a timely manner and were so thorough throughout the entire process. They also worked with our insurance to make the process go smoothly. Situations like this can feel overwhelming and you want someone you can trust - Triple Diamond is that. We are so thankful for their team! Hunter was our main point of contact and we could not thank her or recommend her enough!!
I would highly recommend Triple Diamond Construction for your repair needs. They are awesome. They took care of all the issues I needed to get my home repaired. David Coury and Dominic Derr are the very best. They were there to answer all my questions and communication. THANK YOU!
Ralph took care of me on my home that got tore up from the tornado. He was excellent. If anyone needs something done give them a call.
I had a good experience with both Hunter and Dominic from Triple Diamond Construction. They responded in a timely manner, kept me updated and making sure everything was taken care of. I really appreciated that.
Hunter was excellent to deal with and Dominic stayed on top of the project. All the work looks great! Roof, garage doors, screens, and gutters turned out nice.
I have over 35 years of experience in construction and contracting and I have my Project Manager Professional (PMP) certification. I can honestly say that Triple Diamond is the Best contractor that I have worked with in the residential sector.
Our roof had hail damage and we had 2 other roofing companies inspect our roof and turn in claims that were denied. Both of the contractors stood on the ground when the adjusters inspected our roof and didn't engage with them.
We were furious with our insurance company and started shopping for a new one. Then came Marcus with Triple Diamond. He was driving through the neighborhood and asked if he could inspect our roof. I told him about our experiences with the previous claims, but he confident that Triple Diamond could get us a new roof. He called our insurance company and together we filed another claim.
Later that evening David with Triple Diamond called me and told us he was the account manager that would be handling our claim. I told him about my past experiences with the other claims and he wasn't concerned.
When the adjuster called to schedule the inspection I told him I wanted David there and he replied "I don't need a contractor holding my hand during the inspection." He scheduled the the inspection for 3:00 pm., but showed up at 1:00 pm probably to avoid having to talk to David. I called David and he dropped everything he was doing and was here within 15 minutes of the adjuster's arrival.
David got up on the roof and walked with him and by the time they got off the roof you would have thought they were best friends. David pointed out several items that were damaged other than just the roof. The claim was approved! I was focused on my roof, but the claim also covered replacing 3 exterior doors, repairing siding and painting and David gets the credit for that.
Cory with Triple Diamond was the project manager assigned to the job. We had a hick-up with the "first" roofing crew, but within a couple of hours a new crew arrived. They were outstanding. They get paid by the square foot of roof they replace, but took the time to shim the new decking in low spots etc. and when they were done it looked like new construction. BTW they were the first crew that I ever tipped.
Cory kept me informed about the schedule and made sure their subcontractors completed everything according to the specifications. He has excellent project management and customer service skills.
We have another property that will be needing a new roof soon and Triple Diamond will be the contractor. True Professionals!
They were great to work with. Aaron was always available and worked well with me when we had to make certain adjustments because my husband is sick. Aaron , you were great kudos to you. I’ve had several compliments from neighbors about how pretty it is.
I had a terrible experience with Triple Diamond Construction. The company ripped me off and provided subpar service. I hired them to complete a home renovation project, and it was a nightmare from start to finish.
First, the company significantly underestimated the cost of the project. They promised to complete the job for a particular price, but once they started, they kept adding extra charges and fees, claiming that it was necessary to complete the project. I felt like I was being taken advantage of, and I couldn't trust anything they said.
Secondly, the quality of their work was appalling. The workers showed up late, didn't clean up after themselves, and left the job site in a mess every day. They did shoddy work and cut corners, leaving me with a renovation that looked cheap and poorly done. When I pointed out the issues, they were dismissive and unresponsive, refusing to fix the problems.
Overall, I wouldn't recommend Triple Diamond Construction to anyone. They were unprofessional, untrustworthy, and delivered poor quality work. I wish I had hired a different company for my renovation project.
We’ve been working on getting our roof and garage doors replaced after receiving hail damage. Aaron Clark has been wonderful to work with, his attentiveness and communication have made this process flow smoothly.
Made appt online very easy. Contractor-David was professional and kept open communications. Very patient and assisted through the steps with the insurance. Great quality of materials. The Roofing team was on time and completed the same day. The Gutters were installed within 2 hours of arriving. Everything looks way better. Would recommend Triple Diamond Construction!
The way they ended up doing business was very poor. After over a year we get ANOTHER invoice that stated past due when this was the first one I saw WITH A SNOTTY note that accused me of not wanting to pay. There were other issues within attempting to pay them and we had to chase them down to pay and now well over a year later they are accusing of us of non-payment. No phone calls by Brandon...no emails...just a letter with a rude note and Nothing certified mail. Certainly won't be having them do any other work and will not recommend them. Did I mention their note came with a threat?
Yes sir, I am pleased with the jobs that have been completed. The young men that came by today very personal, new their job, very efficient, polite, alert, etc. David the contractor loyal to the company he works for. I knew he was fighting for the little person (that made me happy). Because I am a consumer, the little person, David very focused, patient, understanding, transparent, a very good representative for triple Diamond . Sincerely Linda Walker
I am completely happy with Triple Diamond for the replacement of my roof, exterior lights and guttering with gutter guard. They were good to communicate where my claim was, always did what they promised and were on time for repairs and work promised. I would not hestitate to use them again.
Thanks to David Coury and Triple Diamond Construction on excellent work on replacing the roof, gutters due to storm damage and replacing 2 window screens. Recommend using in future work.
UPDATE 08.19.24: the project was completed. Hallelujah!
For the sake of fairness and to reflect the current status, the original review score was changed from 1 star. Anyone willing to complain about mistakes should equally dole out praise that is earned.
While the timeframe was still entirely too long, TDC did eventually do a lot of things right. Corey proved his intent to resolve the issues. He and Von have been very polite, professional, and pleasant to deal with, showing up personally and/or sending a crew multiple times to remedy complaints regarding workmanship. Their willingness to accept responsibility ,admit when TDC is at fault, and correct their errors is important, and these two have done as much as they can to redeem TDC’s shortcomings.
Things aren’t perfect, and it wasn’t fast, but I’m satisfied with the work overall. It’s difficult to dislike a company whose outward-facing employees seem so invested in obtaining a positive outcome for their client.

After a hail storm in March of 2020, I hired Triple Diamond to do multiple repairs, including a total roof replacement and replacing a shed. It is now February 2023 and Triple Diamond has STILL not completed the job. A roof repair that was paid for, by my insurance company— a repair which triple Diamond says they completed in December 2021 — was found NOT to have actually been done by another contractor who was on my roof last month. That is a very alarming claim, which I’ve reported to triple Diamond. They have scheduled two different dates to check out the issue but have made it out to look exactly ZERO of those times.
My new shed is inaccessible, as the door cannot be opened. The shed door has been repaired about half a dozen times since it was installed in Dec 2021. It’s last “repair” was Dec 8, 2022, and I have been asking since that date for them to return and fix the still inoperable door. They have not yet been out.
This shed door issue has been ongoing since it was newly installed just over a year ago. I have been told multiple times that they will come out and fix the shed, but the delay for months, “fix” it, and the same thing happens again and again. The shed has essentially been inaccessible since install because the door swells and shifts the lock, making it stuck so the door cannot be opened. They’ve also said they’ll come look at the roof, which they have not despite several conversations about this concern that my insurance was billed yet no repair was done. I contact my rep at least once a week but these issues are still unresolved.
Annoyingly, they have asserted that most of their repairs only take 90 days. I am not sure why my repairs are taking three years, but that timeframe is far past ridiculous.
If you see this company’s reps near you, RUN the other way unless you are looking to be stuck in a meaningless and frustrating long-term relationship with a contractor who could not care less about your project.
This company seems reputable at first - THEY will come to your house and talk a good game but in the end, they stole $5000 from us. We were going to use them. We gave them a check 7 weeks ago for $9603. They never came and did the work. After we contacted them to say we were going with another company - they said they were ready to do the job and even brought out tile samples. After contacting them to let them know we had decided on a color they said it would be 2 more weeks!!?? We made the decision to go with another company because clearly they WERE NOT ready and they did not do a proper assessment of the damage to our roof! They returned a check for $4503. I would not recommend this company to ANYONE and insurance companies should blackball them as well. Surely if were family or a close friend of the owner or staff we would have been handled differently.
