They did great and efficient work on replacing our roof and were right there to repair any minor issues after the initial completion. We highly recommend this company for roof repair.

Full roof, garage doors and gutter replacement. Very thorough and quick turnaround from start to finish. I didn’t have to deal with my insurance much at all. They even followed through to make sure there were no issues after completion of installs.

Just got my roof replaced with Kennedy Roofing. Our guy Johnny did an amazing job. He was so easy to work with and very professional. Communication with him was a 10 out of 10! They took the extra steps to help protect all our flower beds during the demolition of the previous roof and the cleanup was perfect. There was no trash left in our yard and no nails found anywhere after 2 weeks of completion. If your needing a new roof I would definitely recommend!!

Not a pleasant experience at all. WAY overpriced. I ended up paying much more than I was quoted. I still have damage to some screens that they never came back and replaced. They did do a job/fast job on the roof though. So..the roofers did great it was the other side of the company I was disappointed with

We worked with Donald and Randell on getting our roof, gutters and garage door replaced. Was a great experience. They took charge and handled every aspect of the job. Donald constantly checked in with us letting us know how the job was going and came by checking on the work done by others (garage door and gutters). We are so happy with Kennedy.

I had little to no experience with the process and reached out to Colin Green and his team. I needed a new roof, gutters, and a garage door. They took a risk and installed an impact rated shingle that was higher priced than the insurance initially quoted. Not only did they look great after being installed, the insurance ended up paying for it for no additional cost to us plus we received a new roof discount once the work was completed. The gutters got updated from 3" to 5" gutters and the installation team installed gutter guards to block leaves and debris from clogging them up for no additional charge! That alone can be a little pricey. Then I personally chose an insulated garage door that cost more than the original non-insulated door and did end up paying the difference on that. The communication was very clear throughout the process and we knew what to expect every step of the way. Once everything was scheduled and supplies were available, the total work only took three days and every team I met was extremely polite and easy to work with. Call Kennedy Construction and Roofing and let Colin and his team take the stress off of your shoulders! Great people, highly recommended!!

From the beginning of the process to the completion, Jonathan Cajas was the lead contact and kept me informed throughout. He explained everything in detail and kept my wife and myself informed. The materials arrived the day before work began as he said they would. The next day, the roofing crew arrived early and got to work right away. They worked until sundown, they had a portion to complete the next day, however, they finished, cleaned up the yard all the way around and were gone well before 11:00. Jonathan came back by and reviewed everything looked good. He did have someone come make an adjustment. On Monday the gutter crew came and installed new gutters that look superb. All in all, l am very pleased with the work Kennedy Roofing and Construction performed. Jonathan Cajas is professional, courteous and thurough, and will make the process very smooth.

My wife and I were completely satisfied with Kennedy Roofing. We had an full roof replacement and they were responsive, professional and courteous. Kennedy's interaction with our insurance company was seamless and smooth. Our project manager, Donald was great. He was diligent and detailed, always keeping us informed. The project was completed on time without delays. We were very pleased with the quality of the work. And, last but not least, our new roof is beautiful.

Zero stars. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. It’s completely unacceptable to have a dispute over work that hasn’t even started. Despite no work being done, I was repeatedly harassed by two employees, and the manager even went so far as to threaten to show up at my home for a physical confrontation.

After that, I immediately cut off contact, except to send a formal text officially canceling their services. If the harassment continues, I will take legal action. I refuse to do business with any company that engages in threats and intimidation.

Kennedy roofing fought with our insurance company for us so we could get our roof replaced. I am so very grateful for that as it took a lot of stress away from me. Though the did forget to seal part of the roof they were out the very next day to repair it and fix the damage to the ceiling. Over all I am thankful to them for the work they did, especially fighting with our insurance company.

We hired Kennedy Roofing to complete a roof repair with insurance along with additional siding replacement. Kaitlin was an absolute joy to work with! She was communicative, followed through consistently, extremely knowledgeable and explained the process well. Our job was completed with excellence and without any problems and for a fair price. We’ve referred countless people to Kennedy and Kaitlin specifically. A great experience!

Today we had the pleasure of meeting Cody Wittman. He was driving around our neighborhood with his supervisor checking on homes where they had done work in the past. He very politely approached my husband when he was outside and informed him that we had damage to our roof that might result in a leak. He offered to repair it FREE of charge. I was obviously very skeptical. Most contractors do not offer to fix things for FREE, especially without a contract for additional work. To my surprise, Cody did just as he said. He was so polite, professional and took the time to answer my questions. Unfortunately, we have already contacted another roofing company to replace our roof (which we were honest about upfront and he still did the repair). If not for already working with another company, I would hire this honest hard working young man. Please consider Kennedy roofing in the future. We have saved their business card!

So I had 2 Roofing companies come out to do a bid on a minor roof leak( a ridge vent came loose during some high winds). The companies where Patriot Rooking who wanted to upgrade the entire roof cap by getting rid of the ridge caps and cap the roof and install 4 to 5 new roof vents on flat side of roof, then I had Kennedy Roofing and Construction come do the exact bid and I guess it was a waste of their time to do the repair so going to either find another bid or just go with Patriot Roofing

If you find it stressful dealing with insurance and roofing this is definitely the place to go to take that burden away.. I highly recommend RJ Plumlee he made my whole process a breeze and way less stressful..

I used Kennedy roofing for my residential roof and have nothing but great things to say about them. They have been helpful and always offer an answer to any questions I had through the whole process. I dealt with Brian the entire time and can honestly say he is the most personable guy I have ever met in a sales position. Any time I have called him he answers or gets back to me within a timely manner. Brian has made this whole process easy to understand and deal with, I cannot recommend him enough. If you are needing any roofing or construction jobs done this is your company to go with.

I had my roof replaced in December, they did a wonderful job! Cody and Chris were very easy to work with, from estimating through the installation. Very professional crew and great clean up. I would highly recommend them.

RJ from Kennedy Roofing came out and completed a free inspection of our roof. He located an area where the shingles were loose and lifting.
He showed us photos of the damaged area and explained the process for the repair.
He was able to get the shingles and make the repairs quickly. (We paid cash and the cost was very reasonable.)
I am amazed at the efficiency in handling this issue. But more importantly how RJ was invested in making the repairs prior to the incoming storm. He truly cared, and that meant so much to us.
It is refreshing to know there is a company that has integrity, complete exceptional work, and have people who are friendly and professional!

We have lived in our house for 13 years and until recently wouldn't let the hundreds of roofers who came around after a storm go up on our roof. I thought I knew best, had a few shingles replaced and from the ground the roof looked fine to me. Then along came Ms. Jenna LaBelle whom convinced me to just give her an opportunity to climb up on the roof and take a look. I was astounded with what she found. While the roof looked fine to me there were cracked shingles, areas that had been pounded by wind and hail. The vents on top that I couldn't see were all damaged by hail as was the gutters. After seeing pictures of the damage that she found and with her help along the way I filed a claim with my insurer. We now have a new roof, gutters and vents thanks to Ms. LaBelle. If you even think you might have a problem I would highly recommend that you call Ms. LaBelle and schedule a visit to find out for sure what it really looks like up there.

Good experience overall. Colin did a great job evaluating our roof damage and coordinating with our insurance adjuster. The process was relatively painless. The roofing crew removed and replaced our roof in less than one day. Clean up was thorough with only a few tiny pieces of roofing scrap and a couple fasteners found after they finished.

Stefan and the team did a great job guiding me through the process and assisting with getting my roof approved for replacement from my insurance. Additionally they care about doing the job right and got the work done quickly and addressed any and all questions I had quickly.

I’d recommend them to anyone needing to get their roof replaced and they were even able to upgrade us to hail resistant shingles at no additional cost for us. They have earned my business/trust and the next time I need a roof I will be getting back with Kennedy Roofing and Construction to assist in the future.

So we have been through a couple of roofers who tried and failed getting us a check from our insurance, then Johnny showed up offering to get it done so I said “If you can get that paycheck it’s yours” wouldn’t you know it that boy wanted that check and got it!

Jenna is amazing. You never know who you’re going to get knocking on your door after a hail storm. She inspected our roof, told us that we had class 4 shingles and we had very little damage and didn’t recommend a replacement at this time. But she also inspected our neighbor’s roof and it’s totaled. She could have told us that ours needed to be replaced but she did her job and was honest. She earned our business for life!

Katelynn reached out and got us set up with an appointment to get the house exterior checked out and did great following up throughout the whole process to keep us informed. They came out and spotted a good amount of damage that other guys missed and were able to get us covered and fixed up with our insurance. Colin Green handled my roof on two different properties dealing with two different insurance companies, and he did fantastic navigating all the details associated with a complex run of interactions between two separate insurance companies on two separate properties and kept me free from the details (Which I was thankful of)! Both roofs were completed when scheduled with no unforeseen problems that I had to deal with. There was a hiccup on one of the properties but Colin handled it and I didn't have to get involved. great experience and I would use them again for sure!

You know how it is, the hail comes through and shortly there after a flood of roofers come through telling you that you need to have your roof replaced. That happened to me, and after about the fifth roofer that tried to get me to use their service, I finally quit responding to them. I listened to everyone, and then went and checked out each and everyone of them and came back, not excited about using any of them.

Then the team from Kennedy showed up. They were extremely professional, thorough and very knowledgeable about what needed to happen with my roof and the insurance process. I decided to check them out online and saw nothing but good information. I then decided to call my insurance adjuster to see what they thought, and their response was “you’ve picked a good one if you use Kennedy, they do an outstanding job, very thorough, and they’re local and have been doing this for a long time“.

So I decided to go ahead and use Kennedy, and I’m extremely happy that was the choice I made. They are professional. They are thorough. They are very good at what they do! I couldn’t be happier and I wholeheartedly recommend them to whoever is looking for a roof replacement.

First off I would like to say THANK YOU!!! Colin for actually taking the time to crawl and scale the entire roof, we have had multiple roofing contractors come out and look at our roof every spring and they all climbed up on the easiest part looked around and said the same thing there is damage just not enough to warrant a claim. So when Colin knocked on the door I didn’t have high expectations of him finding anything different. Colin’s work ethic didn’t stop at the initial inspection he maintained the same level of attention to detail, worked with insurance company, field adjusters and roofers. He was on-site the entire day for the actual roof replacement and addressed all of my concerns in the moment. Colin was very responsive to all communications and went the distance to ensure we were happy with him and Kennedy Roofing.

I am absolutely satisfied with my experience with Kennedy roofing and with my project manager Jaime Murphy! My house looks beautiful and Jamie spent an extra hour after everyone left in the rain rolling our yard again to make sure my dogs where safe to walk in the grass.

We had a new roof installed on our store's building and we've had leaks since then. We've contacted Chris Kennedy SEVERAL times, with pics, and he's not sent anybody out to make repairs YET. Texts go back to December of last year and we're still here with a leaking roof and wet ceiling tiles. He won't even answer phone calls or texts now. Be leery of these guys. They're all pleasant and accommodating while they keep jacking your insurance company for more and more money but once the job is completed and they've got their payout, they're GONE. If you'd like to see my correspondence with Kris, don't hesitate to contact me. I'll be glad to show you what I've got. I am not one to just randomly post a negative review about a business online but when all attempts at getting some kind of "warranty" repairs done have resulted in us being blown off for 5 months now, it's way overdue.

EDIT: In response to the owner: Jon came out and was VERY professional. He got up on the roof, diagnosed the problem and took care of it. He even offered to replace the ceiling tiles that were leaked on. I have his business card and contact info and he's asked me to reach out at any time. Again, I never wanted to put this review out there publicly but I had tried to get it resolved with the "other guy" for months and resorted to this as a last ditch effort.
