I want to give a shout out to your employee Justin Romine. My roof was over 12 years old and after the last storm when shingles were blown off I called my insurance agent. He sent a roofer and adjuster out and it was determined it could be “repaired” at our expense. A few days later a Whitney yellow and black pickup pulled up and Justin came to the door and offered to check our roof as he noticed there was some damage due to the recent storm. After explaining our insurance company had already determined it could be repaired but not replaced, he disagreed and offered to call our insurance company on our behalf. He proceeded to advocate on our behalf for the next few weeks and after much negotiation, we now have a beautiful new roof. Thisv would NOT have happened had it not been for Justine’s persistence on our behalf. I am 83 years old and not in the position to argue with the insurance company but Justine became our advocate and he went over and beyond when negotiating with our insurance company. Even after we just accepted that we could not afford to have the roof repaired and the insurance company refused to acknowledge it needed replaced, Justine did not give up. He assured us he would get us a new roof because we NEEDED one and he did just that. You are very lucky to have such a kind and dedicated employee who does not give up when told NO. We highly recommend Whitney Roofing for your roofing needs not only because of the great work they did but also because of Justin’s persistence and professionalism. It should also be noted the crew showed up at 7:00 am and the job was completed and property cleaned by 4:00 pm. They are an all around impressive company. Thank you Justin.

Insurance fraud. After a project manager came to my house and gave me his pitch I now see why this company has so many 5 star reviews. This project manager told us they would cover our home insurance deductible. That is insurance fraud. Roofing companies that brag about and do these kinds of things are one of the largest reasons the cost of home insurance is increasing in this state and why a roof here costs double what it would in AZ, NM, and other nearby states.

Alright so let me get to the deal here with my review. This company and specifically Eddie really are stand up people. They do incredible work, they will HELP you with anything you need. You have questions? They have answers. They will deal with all the hard stuff for you. This was my first experience with an insurance claim on my home. Not only did Eddie and his team come through for me and get me the BEST they could with a nice new solar powered vent and beautiful work, they took care of the whole process and where transparent about everything along with an itemized report all way to the penny. Eddie also kept in touch with me throughout the whole process even while dealing with his own personal issues. This company, the employees, and the people they use are TOP TIER and deserve 5 stars in every category. I'm a picky person I care about the dollars and cents and the bottom dollar. They satisfied me and they will satisfy and other customer as well. I 1000% recommend Whitney roofing and construction especially Eddie as well. Joshua Russell has helped my mom through the whole process. My mom doesn't speak much English and he is incredibly patient. When I was not available, he made it very seamless when talking to her insurance company. He was there when the adjuster came and made sure that we were paid out for every one of the hail damages.

The professionalism of his roofing team and gutter team are top notch. They were able to properly install the shingles in one day, as well as the gutters in another day. They look great; we really like the black on black look.

I had a leak in my roof and also had about 9 years of hail damage. I called Mark Cooper came out the very same day. He dealt with my insurance adjuster from beginning to end to help make sure I got what I needed to get a new roof. The new roof was completed then. Whammy!!! High winds came through and took a chunk of shingles and they quickly came out and repaired. I 10 outta 10 recommend Whitney Roofing!!

I’ve got to be honest, the truck wrap actually had caught my eye on the highway several months before Whitney Roofing stopped by my house one day! lol. I decided to let Joshua Russell take a look and he said I did indeed have roof damage. I’m a good judge of character and after going over things and visiting with Joshua, I was convinced he was on my side and it was the beginning of a great business relationship and Joshua took care of helping start the claim to finishing up the job. Whitney Roofing and Guttering were great to work with and I believe got me everything I had coming from my insurance company. They had a great day and started early one morning and were finished up by the time I got home! Everything was cleaned up and you couldn’t tell they had even been there! Went door to door in the neighborhood without a solicitors permit. I from the get go said I was not interested, but they kept asking questions. I again said I was not interested and they kept on with questions. I asked them to please leave and one of the guys saw I was not going to budge and he made his way to the driveway. The other guy stayed with his foot on my porch asking more questions. They were asked to vacate the premises several times and ignored the multiple requests. Very very aggressive tactics. Reputable roofing contractors do not need to go door to door to gain business.

We recommend WRG to our customers!! They do a great job and help as many people as possible. They also installed my hail resistant roof in November, 2023. It still looks brand new and protects my home from all of the Oklahoma weather. 5 stars*****

Zac Owen and the team were exceptional. Zac worked tirelessly for 6 months to get all the money he could out of our crumby insurance policy. Dozens of other roofers tried and only he succeeded. The team was very professional. They were fast and cleaned up every peace of debris including using a tool to scan our property for nails. They also got our insurance to pay up more for gutters. I highly recommend them and I will not be using any other company the next time a storm causes damage.

Whitney's representative agent was prompt, precise, and extremely polite. He worked seamlessly with our insurance company and their adjuster. He proved an excellent interface between our insurance and ourselves. He was thoroughly knowledgeable of the processes surrounding our claim. We felt very fairly dealt with. There were no hidden fees, late arrivals, or the lack of attentiveness to any enquiries we had along the process. Curtis McRae is an excellent agent and representative of Whitney Roofing. He even volunteered his time to seal shut a damaged wind turbine before the recent massive storms descended on Oklahoma City. Having not addressed this for us, we would have had a massive attic flood and leaks.
The finished product is beautiful. The installation crew were very nice and extremely efficient. All in all, our experience can only be summarised as entirely pleased.

I regret to inform you that our recent experience with a roof replacement project was extremely unsatisfactory. Following the installation, we discovered damage and breakage to the newly installed shingles. Despite our repeated requests, the company responsible for the installation has declined to rectify these issues. Furthermore, we observed unprofessional behavior from their employees, including urination in our backyard.

I had to schedule 2 different adjusters from my insurance company to do 2 different inspections before they would sign off on replacing the roof. The first inspector only used a drone and missed a lot of the damaged areas. The second actually got up on the roof with a camera with Tristan. Tristan was able to point out all the problems and thanks to him, the adjuster was able to see everything and submit a roof replacement approval.
