I was really happy with MitchCo's work. I had an unexpected plumbing job on my property that required holes in the floors and walls of my guest house. It was a stressful time because I rent that house out, and my tenant couldn't stay there while his entire bathroom was dug up. I hired Bob with MitchCo to fix that area, and then asked him to redo my kitchen floor and back door as well. It was a pretty big job, but he made everything happen within a matter of weeks from our initial phone call (and this was during Christmas/New Years!). He also kept me updated with what was going on along the way. I would definitely use him again!

Amazing job. Ive used this company twice and i couldn't be happier. It was time for a new roof and a little bit of damage repair inside my home and i wasn't sure how the whole process would work so the contractor who was very knowledgeable on the subject broke everything down for me and made it easy to understand. Everyone who took park in the construction process were polite and respectful. Throughout the entire process i was kept updated on where they were with regards to the job and properly notified of the time frame on when to expect the contractor and/or his employees. Overall i was very pleased and would definitely use this company again for any type of roofing or construction needs.

I had a vision of what my home would look like after the remodel, and Bob made it happen. He kept us on budget, reused some material, and made things right when needed. I am so happy with all that was done. Load bearing wall removed, sunken floor leveled, door raised, patio remodel, kitchen gutted with custom cabinets, new windows, new driveway, electricity ran to shop, and most important he treated me like a friend, not a job. We're getting our house ready to put on the market and have been having problems getting repairmen to complete projects or even to show up. When the heavy rains hit we discovered we had a leak in our round room that drained all the way to our entry way. When we struggled to find someone to fix it, we were referred to MitchCo Roofing & Remodeling. and we ended up using them for all of the remaining projects. They repaired the composite wood around our round room, as well as corrected some roofing issues that were causing the problem. They also replaced or repaired all the railings around our porches, as well as sanding and repainting our ipe wood front porches. They replaced ceiling fans, reinforced balconies to make them safe, repaired drywall, repaired soffits and trim and repainted the exterior our whole home. They showed up every day, all day until the projects were complete and they really knew what they were doing. We're very happy with the results.

My roof was leaking a significant amount of water into the entryway and after several attempts at trying and failing to find a local contractor to help, I reached out to MitchCo Roofing and Remodeling. Despite my home being more than an hour away from Oklahoma City, MitchCo was willing to take the job, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The source of the leaks was identified, MitchCo brought in the best subcontractors to do the work, and my roof no longer pours water into the entryway. The cost was reasonable and everything was handled professionally and promptly. If you have problems with your house and need a qualified contractor to handle it, you need to call MitchCo Roofing and Remodeling.

MitchCo not only offers roof repair, they are also a general contractor for remodeling, paint, garage door installation etc. Great Service and Great Price! We used MitchCo to install our roof exhaust vent. We have 2 whirlybirds installed and we immediately felt the difference of the temperature inside the house afterwards. According to the owner, the technician James felt a tremendous hot air coming out of our attic the moment he cut the holes to install the vent. I don’t doubt it all because we haven’t been able to cool down this house since we moved in last summer! Finally now we can have some breeze and hopefully a cheaper electricity bill thanks to Mitch Co! If we don’t get the heat out of the attic, it will actually penetrate the insulation and come into the ceiling and cause the air conditioner to run excessively. Again great service, great price and I absolutely recommend this company for roof repairs/ attic ventilation jobs. We have several other projects lined up down the line for this house and will write reviews for those after we use them again!

Bob was responsive and professional to all of my questions. He flew a drone over my house to get pictures & video of my roof. His crew fixed a longstanding issue with ventilation in my attic. While in the attic, he found a couple minor unrelated things wrong in my attic and sent me pictures and asked permission to fix. Planning on using his services again to fix a window and also install some storm doors.

I had a roof replacement completed by MitchCo Roofing, they installed GAF Armor Shield II Impact Resistant Shingles, they took time to cover and protect the outdoor equipment during the project. I’m completely satisfied with the job and professionalism they provided. Thanks for the Great Job,

An uninsured motorist plowed through our fence along a major road. We didn't know what to do. MitchCo saw the damage and help guide us on what our next steps were. They were able to work with our homeowner insurance and rebuild a better fence. High quality material and great company to work with.

After months of searching for a company to update our home's exterior, we were very thankful to find MitchCo. The siding crew did an excellent job. It was amazing to watch them work. The paint crew were fast, efficient and did a great job as well. Bob even came by after the job was complete to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction.

The website was outstanding!! I couldn't wait to call them and set up an appt for an estimate. Side note, we've had to move often due to career. With every home purchase we do a major remodel or finish the remainder of the house we purchase.

We decided to finish the attic in our home. I called with excitement, simply from the professional appearance from the website, I was so impressed! Unfortunately I was met with an individual who, although kind, was not enthusiastic, seemed "put out" that I wanted to schedule an estimate, advised me that I was looking at spending at least $60k and asked if I really wanted to schedule the appt or not? Wow! To say that it was a deflating, "put out/off" experience is putting it nicely. I assured him we are aware of the price, we've only done about 10 of these, and scheduled the appt for the following weekend.

The whole conversation never sat well with me. I'm a realtor, I can tell when people want to do business and don't. I spoke with my hubby that evening about the sad interaction. The following day I had two other AMAZING companies come and do their estimates. The other companies were sooooo professional, kind, knowledgeable and enthusiastic! We've decided to go with one of the other two companies. I called back and kindly cancelled our appt.

The reviews on this company are outstanding, and I have no doubt they are amazing! Unfortunately, the person I spoke to that day, and the following day, didn't exemplify this company's normal charisma and professionalism. I won't use them in the future ever, but I have no doubt they are probably very good. It's too bad this is the interaction I recieved.

Bob Mitchell is a perfectionist. He built me a new roof and he built me a fabulous screened-in porch. Everyone who has seen the porch loves it. He made suggestions for me and helped me to stay in budget. The deck of the porch is just beautiful, so much so that I almost stopped right there. But I wanted a screened porch and he made me one. Each of the crew who worked here was respectful and polite. Bob himself worked on the roof of the porch to be sure that it connected properly with my new roof (which he also built). He was thoughtful enough to make me very safe steps and added a handrail. I consider Bob to be my friend now and I recommend him to everyone.

Called MitchCo RR Construction and asked for recommendation to have 10×10 ceiling tiles removed and sheetrock hung, textured and painted. We was recommended Enrique and his crew. Enrique is very nice man along with his crew very pleasant. They take great pride in their work. We are completely satisfied. Fantastic job. I couldn't be happier with MitchCo construction. I had part of a tree fall onto my roof and gutters which had caused quite a bit of damage. I had to have a large section of my roof replaced along with all of my gutters and a bit of carpentry work done. The contractor was extremely helpful and knowledgeable when it came to any questions or concerns that I had. He kept me updated and informed throughout the entire process. My job was completed in a timely manner and I found everyone who worked on my repairs very professional and polite. For any future projects or repairs I will be sure to go to MitchCo construction first. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for any work done on/or in their home.

MitchCo's owner, Bob, and his crews were wonderful to work with when I needed to replace my siding, facia, soffits, and guttering. When getting the estimate, Bob said he noticed something wrong with my roof. He went on the roof and took a video. While what he thought was wrong initially was nothing, my roof had significant hail damage. Bob worked my insurance company on my behalf to spare me the stress in that process. Bob made a number of site visits during the process. In addition to that, Bob was in consistent communication throughout the job. Bob ensured the work was quality and completed properly. Bob was respectful and made sure I was pleased with the final product. My home is now better protected and looks so much better. Thank you Bob and team!

Recent wind and hailstorms left our home in need of repairs. We worked with MitchCo and our insurance company to do a full roof and gutter replacement.

MitchCo put down new decking to bring our home up to code, placed splash guards along with new gutter and wind turbines, making sure to correct previously inappropriately installed flashing from another company was done correctly on our entire house.

The previous contractor had also failed to install any moisture barrier around our chimney facade so we had extensive water damage, so we had MitchCo do a complete makeover of the chimney as well. Other details, such as window trim, damaged screens from the storm, and damaged trim above the garage were all completed with the utmost professionalism.

Working with MitchCo was a great experience and I would highly recommend them for any work you need on your home. We were completely satisfied with their work, their professionalism and especially the care they took in protecting our flower beds and swimming pool during the entire process.

Mitchco replaced our roof last month and did a fantastic job. They were on time for every appointment and were really helpful with choosing a type and color of shingles. MitchCo did a great job. Bob personally came out after the hail storm we had to check on the roof and the patio that he did last year. As he was checking he found that our roof needed to be fixed and our patio cover needed to be redone even though it was brand new last year. He even went down to check on my sons roof.
